We were taking in right away the appointment was at 7:30 we are leaving at 9:00. Everyone was kind and courteous
On time dont over charge, friendly & professional!😊👍🏻
Very frustrating! I tend not to write bad reviews unless well deserved. With that being said after the third bad experience I believe it is warranted. When you call to make a oil chang appointment they give you two choices. One, drop it off in the morning and pick it up in the evening. Or make an appointment. We do not have the resources to leave our car all day so we have made appointments. The first time I took our vehicle in for a one hour appointment I spent three hours in the waiting room. The second time (4 months ago) my wife took it in and it was done in three hours again. At that time they told her that everything looked great (tires, brakes, etc) except for the belt had cracks and needed replaced. Recently we took in our vehicle again for an oil change. This time it took two and a half hours for a one hour appointment. They proceeded to tell my wife that the tires were at 5%, and so were the brakes but the belt (which we have not changed) was good??? So in four months our belt healed itself and our brakes and tires all the sudden need replaced. I know quite a bit about cars/trucks and checked the tires, breaks and belt and they are all just fine. First of all if you are making appointments either make sure they are real appointments that are punctual or don’t even offer them. People don’t revolve around your schedule if you are giving them your business. If you do have someone sick (which seems to be the go to excuse) then call your customers and make them aware so they can reschedule if needed. Second, what is up with trying to sell people stuff they do not need. Not sure if it is because my wife (a woman) took the car in or what? Can’t businesses just do what they say and say what they do. I don’t appreciate being mislead at all! Where did the honest businesses go?
