My husband and I went in to look at trucks and the lady there was really nice and showed us a few trucks and then she showed us a GMC Sierra and we really liked it had everything we were looking for we got to test drive it a couple times and then the boss came in and we started doing numbers and we took home a new truck

The paper work and everything went fast and easy! But the only bad part is they said the truck would be detailed and the inside was dirtier then the day before when I test drove it and there was buffing compound on all the door handles and every door jam. Other than that it was good!

This is my second time dealing with approved auto! And BOTH times Ive done business with them I’m absolutely amazed by the skill set and the positive vibes that are employed by this business! We worked with Marcos in Redmond. There were several really nice cars at good prices on the lot. Marcos was THE BEST car salesman we have ever worked with. He is honest, knowledgeable and does not use gimmicks to pressure you to buy. We had been working with dealerships in the area and were so put off by the tactics they use to not let you leave the lot. Plus, we got to drive the car we were interested in without a sales person in it - thats a huge plus. We could have conversations about the car with no pressure. Marcos is the nicest guy. He even let us take the car to a mechanic to do a quick look over. We are very happy with our purchase and we both said we would buy all future cars from them, especially if Marcos works there. They get their vehicles from trade-ins at car lot(s) in Bend (Subaru and maybe others) so these are not auction vehicles. I originally called the lot in Bend and the service over the phone was exceptional there as well. Thank you for making our car purchase so easy and stress free.

I purchased a vehicle from here about 5 months ago. I was told if anything went wrong it had a warranty and it would be handled. The battery and break lights were trash from the get go. Fast forward to present day: break light is out again and Im told to pay for it. The guy doesnt even seem like he wants to help. Said he would help then I said what time I would be there and then he said I had to pay for it and like he really didnt want me there.This car is the only way we are keeping a roof over our heads these days and they seem like they cant be bothered.NEVER. I repeat, NEVER buy a car from these people. Shady and dishonest.

OK, I NEVER write reviews but with service like this I have to. My husband and I went into Approved auto with no expectations, our situation was not perfect but we needed a truck for our family. We were greeted by Mike and he introduced us to Danielle. Danielles customer service was out of this world and so genuine. All she wanted to do was help us get into the truck of our dreams.. Which she did! :) We are so thankful to have worked with awesome people that werent concerned with how much money they were going to make off of us, and just wanted to help. I would recommend them to everyone!

Some really great people. Did absulotely everything to get my mom approved and into a new car. Its the nicest car shes had in my lifetime. Its been a long time since Ive seen her that happy, especially over a vehicle. Also their dog is the absolute best and allowed me to love on him for a solid 15 minutes (dont tell my cat)

Horrible customer service, I came in excited to look at a BMW that they had on their Frontline. I open the door and there was old McDonald’s bags, garbage & 2 pairs of old shoes. Which I could have over looked, but then the salesman was extremely rude to me. I asked for a price and I asked if that was the best they could do because of the damage noticed to the vehicle. He slammed the door shut and told me to go elsewhere because the back bumper had paint falling off. I just asked if that would be fixed? I could’ve bought in the car cash and was very motivated until I was treated very poorly & did respected. There’s a lot of other cars out there for better prices and much better customer service to be had. I was dis respected and treated horrible. I then call back to speak to a manager and they kept me on hold for 10minutes cussing and wouldn’t let me speak to the manager.

My first time purchasing a car on my own couldnt have been a better experience. Ray and Mike guided me through the entire process with kindness and patience. When it came time to move through the process, they couldnt have been quicker. Fantastic experience, would highly recommend!

This place was a disappointment. A huge number of cars on the lot were priced, but not serviced yet and werent available. How can they price cars when they havent cracked the hood to know their condition? One of the cars we wanted to drive they didnt have a key for. Our salesperson was overly talkative and felt like he was nervous. We were told we couldnt borrow so little money(?) after our down payment so they started pushing a warranty on us to raise our cost. The car we wanted had an air bag warning light on and a possible engine miss. Since they hadnt serviced it yet along with the others they couldnt tell us any information about its condition.Honestly, wed have liked to buy the car we test drove, but with so many unserviced cars on the lot and the feeling they werent being straight with us, we walked away from the car we wanted because we didnt want to do business with them.The real kicker is the general manager Michael Trivigno, whom we met, is posting five star reviews on Google and Yelp to advertise for his own business. Its against Googles policies under Conflict of Interest and frankly just plain shady. I wont buy a car from people I cant respect, much less trust.

Roughly 4 years ago I purchased a 2009 F250 truck at approved auto and had a terrible experience! It was so awful that I didn’t even want to leave a review ..... it was just terrible!!!Here I was 4 years later and in the market for a new car. I had driven by approved auto several different times and saw that they had some really nice sedans. I told my husband “why don’t we go in there and see what they have ?”and he told me “but we don’t like approved auto.”All I can say is I am so thankful we did go to Approved Auto of Bend this time! Approved auto was very helpful after finding out that I was unsatisfied about a mechanical issue that my recently purchased vehicle had come up with. I had not contacted them about the issue instead I had left a review about it a Friday afternoon and to my surprise I receive a call first thing Saturday morning concerning my review. Kindly asking why I was not satisfied with my purchase I let them know what was going on and they asked me if I could bring it in so they could take a look at it as it is my daily commute vehicle and I couldn’t drive it they lended me a very nice Buick to be able to commute to work while they worked on it. I am very satisfied in the results and glad to say that approved auto cares about they’re customers!

I absolutely love this place I heard a couple bad things but they are under entirely new management bought my new vehicle from them and they were 100% upfront with me about any work the vehicle needed. I didn’t have enough money to purchase a newer vehicle so they did everything they could to take care of me and get me a reliable car. I am having my first child soon and feel so much better knowing I’m driving a reliable car. They have many options for warranties to and I feel safe knowing that their service department will be taking care of my new vehicle.

I was in a hopeless situation with the vehicle that I was in. I was way upside down and the vehicle was too small for my growing family. Needed a truck that would be more safe and would accommodate all of us. The amazing folks at approved auto made that happen. After everyone else told us no, we came in and they put us in a truck the same day. I cannot thank you guys enough!!

I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealer. As a first time car shopper, the staff took advantage of me and charged $4,000 more than the car was worth, and upon bringing the car home I found out I basically had to build the car from the ground up. Almost everything needed replaced and they refused to fix the car after I called them a week later when I only drove the car to work and back TWICE. I now have put more money into the car then it is worth at this point and still owe over half of what I purchased the car for. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!

I see lots of negative stuff on here. My wife and I bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 85k on the clock in October. The Jeep was a one owner vehicle and well represented. We are trying to build our credit. Despite a higher than average loan rate, which we expected due to our history, we have had a great experience and the Jeep is fantastic. We love it and are thankful for getting financed to rebuild our credit. We are happy and was treated well.

Bought a truck from these guys and it ended up being the most problematic vehicle I have ever purchased. Right from the get-go Ive had problems with it and now have owned it for only 3 months and the transmission is going out. Paid $17,000 + for the vehicle and I did get the warranty, thankfully. The thing is though that when you buy a product the quality should match the price. Every time Ive had an issue with the vehicle they refer me to the warranty as if thats them making it right when warranties dont cover everything. Im not trying to be one of those people but I am an honest hard-working man who is just fed up with these kinds of dealerships. I gave them my hard earned money and gave them a chance, they fed me a line and told me I was getting a good vehicle. Yes I know that I should have had it checked out but when they reassure you they are trying to get out from underneath a bad reputation and seem sincere, I trusted them and the took advantage and swindled me. I have never been so mistreated in my life. No one should have to go through this, not when that much money is on the line. May not be much to them but it is to me. They have caused my wife and I so much stress over this and she definitely doesnt deserve this. So if you are considering buying a vehicle from this place please reconsider. Love buying a car from them. I got more trade in value from my pickup and I was able to buy a newer vehicle that I thought we could not afford. Also we sold them a pickup that we bought from a different dealer and ended up not liking and gave us a lot more for it that I thought they would.

We came into lot just wanting to look at a couple of makes of vehicles we were considering for our future. Paul Avila came out and greeted us, we told him we were just looking. He said that was fine and to let him know if we needed to look inside any he would be happy to assist. We decided we wanted to look inside one, he was very accommodating with assisting us without being pushy. Much appreciated. After looking the vehicle over we decided we wanted to see how it drove out. Again he helped. When we returned he politely said are you interested? We replied yes but and proceeded to get to meet Michael Trivigno the General Manager. After a number of discussions back and forth Mike was able to meet most of our request. Very pleased with his knowledge and service. At this point we were introduced to Bob Tippet another General manager who finalized the paperwork for us. Sad to see this dealership is crooked. There are cars being sold in Central Oregon that are from Louisiana, Texas, Florida, etc etc... (basically any state that floods) that have been totaled by the insurance company because of flooding. The low end dealerships will go to auction to buy these cars that are listed as totaled, bring them here and slap a high price on it. Best way to check a car is get the VIN # and do a search yourself on your phone or go home and search the VIN on your computer. Dont let the sales person do it . YOU do it.

Worst experience ever! Bought a car and it suddenly has no heat, after 3 weeks of them trying to fix it they give it back to me with no gas and the semi warm heat only comes out of one vent area and now the engine light is on right when I am out of warranty. Now I am stuck paying for a car that isnt worth half of what they sold it to me for and cant afford repairs. Very disappointed and feel like I was taken advantage of because I have less than worthy credit.
