These guys are top notch and really know their stuff. They rewired the electrical wiring that goes to the battery in our trailer in just a couple hours. They also fit us in two days before our original appointment, in a snowstorm no less, which was huge because we needed it in working order to take care of our clients. These guys are great. More than that they really know their stuff. I am a small business owner and have a small fleet of vehicles. One of which is a very old work truck. Nothing was labeled and the wiring was a rats nest to say the least. Ted popped under the dash and instantly knew everything about it. What was what, what was wrong, etc. He then gave me a great list of options. Things he believed absolutely needed fixing, and others we could do if we really wanted to do it 100% right. These guys never pressure you into things you dont need. They are always motivated and go the extra mile for what I think is a very affordable price.

Hayden and Mike fixed my electrical problem in 2 hrs. They were professional and knowledgeable. Despite the fact I am a woman neither one of them treated me any differently then they did the men customers. If I had taken my SUV to the dealer it would have cost 4-5 times more. Hello everyone,I have a 1985 F250 diesel. It had been an extremely good truck until I had an electrical fire with had melted a good portion of the trucks wiring in the cab and in the engine bay. The result of the fire caused the lights of my truck (inside and out) to stop working along with the gauge cluster. I had gone to previous mechanics shops before which had installed temporary gauge pods and really did a bad install.I knew if I wanted to get my truck back to being usable the whole system would have to be gone through. I wanted a well experienced shop to do the work and I found Cascade Auto Electric! I talked to Ted on the phone and from the very beginning I knew my truck was going to be in good hands!Ted ended up not only repairing my entire trucks wiring harness he also installed a highly complex Dakota Digital aftermarket gauge system. I can officially say that all of the electronic components on my truck work! Even ones that didnt work before the fire! Ted also installed additional clearance lights on my truck and fixed my trailer lights on the spot without an appointment!The only downside to Cascade Auto Electric is that their shop is 300 miles away from my house (I live in Seattle Wa) but with the quality of work they produce I have no issue driving that far! Cascade Auto Electric has gained a customer for life!

Ted from Cascade Auto Electric was insistent on fixing an electrical problem previously overlooked on my bronco. As he explained, there wasnt enough draw off the battery to alert any red flags which is why it wasnt noticed the first time around. Yet, Ted took on the project, narrowed down the root of the problems, and have me many good options. Although I decided to sell the rig, he was true to his word in a quick and helpful manner. After bashing my head against a problem with my mercedes 300cd I took my car into Cascade Auto Electric. I was fully expecting to sign off my first born to get the thing fixed but I ended up being qouted a very reasonable figure and all said and done they got it fixed for under what the estimate was. All in all I was quite pleased and would recomend them to anyone.

Helpful staff, I was hunting for terminal connectors for a newer Kia but they didnt have it unfortunately. If you have something more common, this place would be great.

Had something wrong with the charging system in my rv and drove to Cascade Auto without an appointment. At first they said it would be two days before they could get to it, but because they told me driving might cause more damage I left the rv. A couple hours later they called and told me the problem, and that the rv would be ready to pick up later that afternoon. These guys are extremely competent and straight talkers. Recommend totally.

I have used Cascade Auto Electric for twenty years. I own ServiceMaster Cleaning Specialist/ ServiceMaster Recovery Specialists in Bend plus a farm. We run twenty plus vehicles in our fleet with ServiceMaster. I will use only Cascade Auto for my batteries, alternators, starters, and wiring issues. I can attest they are very honest people who know that if you take care of the customer they will come back. I remember very well around ten years ago when one of the larger local car dealers told me that my batteries were bad (F-350 7. 3 diesel) that means it has two very expensive batteries. I took it to Ted at Cascade Auto and he checked it out told me they were fine. I drove two more years with the same batteries. They could have told me they were bad and sold me $300 worth of batteries. Before you take the recommendation on your auto battery from a tire salesman I would recommend that you call Ted.I consider Mike and Ted complete wizards when it comes to diagnosing complex electrical problems. Because of their immense knowledge and experience they can find and correct problems quickly. They can find and fix problems with starting systems from glow plugs, to batteries to starters. Charging systems, of course, are something they do every day.I have also seen some pretty tricked out project cars being completely wired in their shop. Imagine wiring an entire car completely without wiring harnesses. That is a job!
