Absolutely horrible customer service. I was astonished at how rude they guy behind the counter was. Went to AutoZone and the workers were cordial. Plus their parts are better and have better prices anyways.

Great place to get hard to find parts and pieces to rebuild most automotive parts . Napa parts are always of great quality strongly recommend for the true do it yourselfer that rebuilds parts rather than repalcing units whole . Very knowledgeable staff in all facets of automotive repair.

Employee who I guess we will say helped me was rude and had zero desire to help me. Which lead me to leave and shop elsewhere and spend over $100 elsewhere. Go somewhere else if you want your money spent somewhere where they appreciate it.

In the future it would be appreciated if the experience of picking up items ordered online were better explained and if the store would take more responsibility for confusion in the process (even if you are a local franchisee and the franchise is who is doing the advertising for such services).

I try not to shop here because its usually over priced and most of the staff are rude.

Great big store. Instant confidence once you walk in that they are going go have the part you need! Nice clean aisles and lots of people on staff during my visit to help find what I was looking for. I prefer Napa parts over other stores, I just find they are built better.

Great place knowable employees

They had an ok amount of stock on the shelves but, that is about the only thing good to review. Prices were outlandish, service was terrible and... well, thats all I am going to say....

I really want to like this store better. I mean, they often have way more parts i need in stock than the other stores in town. Heres the issue, the staff make me feel like Im an inept bother to them. I cant put my finger on exactly how or why, but it is the feeling I get every time I go in. Ive taken to using them as a last resort

The store in front, yes, its got all the parts, but the gold is in the back - the MACHINE SHOP. And in there is Loren! The car guys CAR GUY. If your engine needs fixin, he can help. His knowledge and crew are unmatched and there is no one better to place your trust or hard earned dollars.

Dude got under my truck to see my driveline. Couldnt find the part(they had the kit for pretty cheap, but Im super super cheap) there but I sure feel like they helped me. They have some far better than they should be mechanics chilled there usually. Highly recommend in bend most of the others have teenagers.

My first time here. Bought a $10 license plate cover opened the package and realized I had my perfectly good old ones in the trunk. Brought it right back into the store minutes later and the guy said he wouldnt return it because he couldnt resell it. I get that--but with a little effort the packaging could have been taped back together and possibly resold or reshipped back to manufacture for repackaging. Not a good way to start off and I probably wont go back to spend money on big ticket items when they were too chincey to take back a $10 dollar item with ripped packaging. Customer service matters when the next guy will give me the same price and has a rock solid return policy. Not a good look for NAPA!!

Drop up with a dead battery, left with a new battery. Staff provided me with the tools to change it on the spot. Came out twice to check me. Napa, you just earned my loyalty.

Had to order a part as not in stock, shipping was fast though. Made sure part was correct as had old one with me to exchange...downside 1) old part went into box the new one came in so i had a part in just a plastic bag to take home. (Sorry I like the box).

I only go here in the worst of emergencies, employees talk down to me by assuming I dont know what im doing. I havent seen a single smile or anything close. Beyond over priced on every item in the store. Often refuses return even with receipt. I would suggest any other auto parts store over Napa.

Commercial department is a joke. Im sure they are fine for the average guy needing a part here and there, but they are a very bad decision if youre a growing business.

Probably the best auto parts store in bend, theyre the only ones I know of that will bust out a book to find a part thats impossible to find anywhere else. Napa know how is actually a thing

NIce bait and switch, quote over phone online price, then+ 25% when you walk in the door!!! Manager reply They cant compete, then they shouldnt...Very unethical,to Owners reply- Now you are just avoiding responsibility. Could have provided a number for the corporation you represent, but they did nothing wrong! Local BEND store QUOTED an online price over the phone, then increased the price as I purchased the items..Avoid your responsibility. I will call NAPA to complain. You can become Freds Parts!

Excellent part House with Quality Parts to sell. You pay a little bit more than the others but the quality and guarantee shines above the other part houses.

Classic Napa. Lots of the stuff you need without the fluff of other places. This is a pretty large location with machine shop too. Staff was friendly and helpful. Prices are a little more, but its napa. Ill go here anytime I need to get stuff done right the first time.

Machine shop is a joke. The manager didnt seem to give a crap about new business or answering any questions. I was ready to pull the trigger and give my engine new life till I was treated as if he couldnt care less and act like a jerk.

I brought in a less than one-year-old, failed battery clearly labeled as a NAPA product, and they wouldnt refund any of my money for it because I didnt have a receipt (Im traveling and I dont have my files with me). They claimed some sleight-of-hand sob story about company stores and privately-owned stores and the inability to get their money back out of it. I really dont care who owns the store. The sign says NAPA, the battery said NAPA, and the battery was defective in less than a year. Should it be that difficult to back up your company products?

Quick and easy help. Bulb was inexpensive and a quick check w their meter showed my battery was bad. Who knew..

This part store in my openion has the best staff. They actually know what they are talking about.

They did not have the bulb I needed and expected them to have in stock. However, they did surprise me by having the door handle I needed and did not expect them to have. Their employees are generally cordial and always knowledgeable.

It says you close at 7 but I got to the store at 6 . A bunch of people working but nobody would answer the phone .. I only needed a case of atf+4 sad to see nobody goes out of their way for anyone anymore .. my boss has a business account with this place and Im gonna tell him to take his business elsewhere . RIDICULOUS
