I went to get some help with my husbands phone and my screen saver. All the young man said he did not have stock available for our phones and for me to check elsewhere. That was it. There was no other client in the store and all three employees had their phones out messing with them. Okay, what happened to an employee trying to look for help online. Why would I drive down there, ask for help and be sent to another store. Sorry but one star is generous.

I worked with sherry yesterday to switch to T-Mobile. The store was packed but Sherry was nice and attentive despite the busyness of the store. She got my iPhone up quickly but my carrier was giving her a hard time to take the number over. So Sherry sent me home and stayed on the phone with them for over an hour. When they finally wanted me to verify information to release the number she called me back and we handled over the phone. She even told me to come back when I get my screen protector and she’d put it on. I’ve only had T-Mobile for 24 hours but I’m very impressed.

The store is awesome. Theyre so friendly and helpful. I needed to transfer all my stuff from my old phone to a new one. Id had to do this once before at my old carrier, and it was a pain. So I was expecting the worst. Brie was a huge help and got my phone synced up with all my stuff, and even helped find a good case to keep my phone safe.

T-mobile in Benbrook is awesome. Always polite and very helpful,no matter what my issues are. I am always getting them to put a screen protector on one of my many devices,or replacing them. Never a problem for these folks,thankfully,cause I always have something. Thanx yall.

I walked in to Tmobile on a lovely Tuesday night, and this young lady by the name of Brie met me at the door. She was so nice and very informative about tmobile and just in general. I couldn’t have ask for a better experience then I did at this location. I will be recommending my friends and family to this location for future service problems or anything Tmobile related!

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE AND HOW THINGS WERE HANDLED .. I WAS SWITCHING COMPANIES BECAUSE OF THE GREAT ADVERTISING T-MOBILE PROMOTES THEIR COMPANY. ON MY WAY HOME I STOPPED AT THIS STORE. AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE/ MARKETING MANAGER THAT I AM I RATE THIS STORE A NEGATIVE -10CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY POOR I FELT LIKE NO ONE WAS TRYING TO GET A NEW CUSTOMER .. BOTH REPRESENTATIVES SHOWED POOR INTEREST AND KNOWLEDGE ON WHAT THEY WERE DOING...I WAS IN THE STORE FOR 3 HOURS ..THE PERSON HELPING ME WAS AS FRUSTRATED BECAUSE OF AN ISSUE THAT WAS HAPPENING.THE OTHER WORKER THAT WAS THERE WAS JUST SITTING ON HER PHONE THE WHOLE TIME INSTEAD OF HELPING THE NEW EMPLOYEE THAT WAS HELPING ME...MANAGER THAT READS THIS SHOULD JUST TAKE A LOOK AT CAMERAS..NO ONE WAS ABLE TO FIND THE ISSUE, I LATTERLY HAD TO ASK THE REP TO GIVE ME THE PHONE SO I COULD TALK TO WHO EVER HE WAS ON THE PHONE WITH SO I COULD TRY TO HANDLE THE PROBLEM MY SELF.. THEY DID NOT TRY TO DO ANYTHING TO MAKE THINGS BETTER. EVEN THOUGH I KEPT CALM EVEN THOUGH I WAS BOTHERED I FELT LIKE I COULD OF GOTTEN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE OR JUST GOOD SERVICE IN GENERALFINALLY I GOT OUT OF THE STORE UN HAPPY, I GOT NO EXPLANATION ON HOW MY PLAN WAS GOING TO BE.. OR HOW WAS I SUPPOSE TO BE PAYING MY MONTHLY PAYMENT OR ANY INFORMATION ON HOWT-MOBILE WORKS. I PAYED WHAT I HAD TO PAY,AND IT LOOKS LIKE ALL THEY WANTED IS ME TO LEAVE THE STORE SINCE WE WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY ACCOUNT..IF THEY WOULDNT OF RAN MY CREDIT ALREADY I WOULD JUST LEFT THE STORE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, REPRESENTATIVES WERE NOT SHOWING ANY TYPE OF INTEREST ON GETTING ME SERVICED.. I AM VERY VERY UNHAPPY AND SUGGEST CUSTOMERS TO JUST NOT STOP AT THIS STORE .. Was AT&T customer for 15 years and very disappointed by their agonizingly polite incompetent customer service. From the start Mark made a great impression and phone support is nothing less then excellent. At first I was concerned about coverage with TMobile for all family members so I signed up with one account and tested coverage at everyones home and work locations. All were equal or better coverage so I changed to TMobile on all family members phones, and after several months now everyone is very happy about the change. No more data monitoring to insure we dont exceed the 30 Gig plan for everyone because everyone is unlimited and no more bills with a dozen or more different taxes, fees, and service charges. My bill went way down from about $180 +phone installments on 5 phones to 120+ phone installments for 6 unlimited phones. Definitely a well satisfied customer for over 3 months now.

Went in today needing help with a trade in. Mark the manager went over the top to help me! Great to have this new store down the street and to have people working there that are eager to help!

AAA+++++ customer service! Kylon, David, Lauren and Steve were tenacious in trying to fix my Android BlueTooth problem. When they were unable to correct the problem, they immediately ordered a replacement phone which was covered by the insurance on my plan. 2 days later, my new phone arrived at the store. Once I went in, Kylon & David got me all set up and on my way. Excellent attitudes and customer service by all associates!!!!!!!! UPDATE: New visit on 10/21/2019. Had multiple phone issues/questions that I needed help with. Once again, Kylon, Lauren, Stephen and Steve were all very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly in addressing all my needs. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
