The couple over at fix it planet, are great. They are inviting, accommodative, kind, and knowledgeable. Today, while I had time, I brought my laptop in to get repaired for a charging port. It was a non-standard repair, as he was fixing somebody elses previous attempt. He charged a decent price, and even allowed me to view the repair from a big screen tv.Although he did a stellar job, after I put the computer back together, it computer never turned back on.That being said, I very much enjoyed visiting with them today. I will be suggesting them to others, and will be coming back, not just for them to fix stuff, but also just to support them in any way I can.Its good and honest people, like this, who work together, dont settle for half done jobs, look at everything and say yes we can do it. Well figure it out, and are personable - almost to a fault, that deserve my business.

Oh man I don’t think I ever left a review for this place but a few years ago I built my first computer and of course I messed up but my computer worked fine for the first year and then one day died! I thought I bricked it and lost years of photos and then I took it in to get repaired and everything was saved and my computer was back to working!! I have a old dead phone with photos still on it I need to take in and see if they can be recovered!!

WOW! is the best initial description I can provide. My phone died, I had no backup and precious memories on photos and video of my Mom would be lost. Cassandra and John are very personable and understood my distress. Other companies had pronounced the phone dead, reload or replace losing all of my photos and memories. John understanding my distress went right to work examining the phone and with great detail provide options to possibly reviving the phone and possibly recovering the photos. Johns skill and experience in this arena was evident right away. I left the phone in Johns and Cassandras care and before I knew it John had revived my phone, recovered the photos and found Fix It Planet a customer for life. A friend referred me to this place to perform a repair on my iPhone glass backing. I guess no one cares to answer the phone, because after calling twice, I reached a man named “John” & he was very short with me after asking about pricing and hours. Did not seem interested in my business. Would not recommend to anyone.

It would appear they pick and choose what they want to repair. After receiving a long spill about what he would have to do he stated he is not interested on working on my items. I gave three stars for the honesty but the company name should be I fix computers only.

Scammers! They buy parts from Amazon.com, eBay.com and other sites and open disputes and chargebacks and get refund without returning the products.

I dropped my brand new HP, busted the the touch screen, and bent the aluminum casing. They were able to replace the screen and full touch capabilities as well as smooth out the aluminum! Of course its not brand new perfect, but it totally works as new! Thanks!!

Fix it Planet is a big surprise in my life. I was working on my PhD dissertation however the screen of my laptop failed to bright up. Best Buy told me it will take at least one month to fix it, but I have no time for waiting. Then I took it to Fix It Planet. I explained my situation and John showed his great empathy. I brought it Thursday and he achieved fixing it in the evening of Saturday. I knew he spent two busy days working on it so that my laptop wont delay my graduation to next semester. Im really thankful for his professional and kindness. My laptop had a short circuit and one mother board was burnt. It was replaced, the burnt part was cleaned and all other parts are examined. With a total clean of dust, my laptop looks new again.

I took my laptop in one morning after not being able to get it to respond and the owner John was nothing but kind and helpful. LIFESAVERS!! When I accidentally knocked my phone into the sink and the charging port got fried, I was unable to charge my phone. With all my contacts being not backed up, I was desperate! I sent my BlackBerry KeyOne to Fixit Planet and they were able to order a new part and correctly microsolder it into place. None of my local repair stores wanted to work on a BlackBerry phone, didnt have the parts, and/or were unable to do microsoldering. John is an old school expert on all things electronic. I searched high and low across the U.S., to find the best technician for my phone and found it in John. Cassandra was very responsive to my questions, and helped the process move along smoothly. The service was expert and professional, and affordable. I will use FixItPlanet in the future and highly recommend them!

After attempting to replace the screen on my iphone8+ by myself I kept getting the reboot logo (phone wouldn’t turn on). I was freaking out about it and decided to go to Fix it Planet to see if they can diagnose the issue. The guy that owns the place is so nice and was happy to look at the parts under the microscope to see what have been damaged. He was very busy and probably spent over an hour (on a Saturday) looking at my phone while explaining common errors to me. In the end it was the home button ribbon that was damaged and we were able to replace it that same day. He really saved me a lot of money and didn’t even charge me a diagnosis fee! I can tell that he really knows his stuff and does quality repairs unlike most shops I’ve been to. Definitely coming back again for anything else I need.

The gentleman who runs the store is professional and has saved me money twice when he didnt have to. First, I had an external hard drive with a broken connector port, which he informed me was just a regular hard drive, and instead of spending a ton of money, he told me just to take it out of the case and get an external HD dock, which worked perfectly. Second, I had a broken laptop HD, which i had backed up, and he told me it would be more expensive to get the data off it than to just get a new one with a new operating system installed. Very grateful and very recommended.

I took my Mac laptop in because I couldnt print at my residence. John spent a good deal of time with me, showing how to set up my printer. He even fixed my iPhone. Came in with an old Samsung S2 that keep getting stuck rebooting due to what I thought was a broken power button. Was prepared to shell out a good amount to get it replaced, but instead was told that the button was just dirty. They cleaned it up for me and didnt charge me a cent, nor did they try to convince me that I needed a new button or phone. Working fine a whole week later. Can highly recommend!

They were great, found a missing screw on my laptop, when replaced the broken plastic near the hinge became cosmetic and they warned me the replacement part was to be expensive (because it includes the keyboard). Ill use them for all repairs going forward. Didnt charge me for their help.

I was looking to get my BRAND NEW (less than 2 weeks out of the box) iPhone 6+ screen replaced (due to a careless drop by me:/) and contacted a reputable repair service according to Google reviews located in NRH, which turned out to be dissappointingly unprofessional in both its manner of communication (via text per his request on his voicemail recording) and its lack of good follow up communication about scheduling my repair after multiple contacts (via both calls and texts) by me. So needless to say, on the heels of this very poor experience, I was quite picky in my next choosing of who would actually be the one replacing my screen as I still had (and still do have!) a bad taste in my mouth from such inconsiderate and unprofessional treatment by someone looking to receive my hard-earned money! When I called John, I could tell immediately that his whole approach to customer service in business and the care of my phone was of top priority to him. The manner in which he addressed me from the very beginning was kind, professional, considerate, informative, and genuinely helpful.
