Worse customer service ever. I did not feel appreciated at all. It makes me sick how this generation is lacking the ability to show sincerity and kindness. Of course I want to feel appreciated! Especially when im paying for a service im just going to switch providers.

They charged me for a phone case without telling me and wont refund the $45.99. They never told me that they were charging me for the case. Both girls including the manager were very rude about it. Do not use this location. They get commission for sales like this. The girl that was helping me stood there in front of another customer while talking about service and says I work for metropcs & their service sucks. Wouldnt recommend going here at all, very unprofessional.

Rude and unprofessional

I went to 2 of these, the one by AutoZone, and the one closer to the traffic circle. I was having problems with my phone. The girl at the one by AutoZone was useless, couldnt do anything. Last time I go there, even though it is very close. The one near the circle had better help. The girl there got my phone straightened out. I think I should be able to tell it what to do, and have it do that.

Poorest customer service ever!! Called to inquire about call blocking feature and they informed me they could not help me unless I came into the store! Did not even offer to help me!! When I told them it was not possible for me to come to the store every time I had a question or was interested in what a service has to offer they hung up on me!! I called back numerous times and they would not even answer or they would answer and hang up without even addressing me as a customer or caller!! These people are pathetic!! Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE!!!! So unprofessional!!!

Morning employee (female but unfortunately didnt get her name) was super helpful! Made the company switch very easy and set up the phones.

I t takes knowledge and experience to earn my business.They have it! I like that.
