I wish I could Give a 10 Star Ross & his manager (Cory) have not only once came to my aid to help me understand the new product I purchased (iPhone 12)but they have answered all my ridiculous questions those guys should not only Be praised but definitely Will be returning and Switching over my family to AT&T way… watch out Benbrook I think you might have just stole my business from Verizon who’ve I and my associates have been with for more than 30 years I am truly pleased with my experience
Everyone was exceptional! The Sales reps were all very polite. I would definitely recommend going to this store for any of your needs. Everyone was knowledgeable and polite. They put a movie on the tv to keep my kids busy while they worked with me and set up my new account and phones.
Very disappointing experience overall. Purchased a $1200 dollar phone but felt like I was inconveniencing the associate the entire time. Was not able to answer my questions and was not able to transfer any info to my new phone. Will not be back to this location and highly discourage going here unless you are out of options.
Luis Avina was so patient with me and made sure all my questions were answered today! I had previously came in and another young guy helped me but he was rushing to leave and told me to go to best buy geek squad! So I returned when my new phone would not receive calls and Luis helped me with my sim card and transfer everything from my other phone and Im so thankful!
I Must honestly say, stopped in to this location expecting my experience to be terrible after dealing with the corporate store down the road & customer service, but I must say that Young lady Pauline was extremely helpful she got me on a new rate plan plus helped me sign up for New Att tv product truly a Professional class act she was and I hope she get a all the praise and sticks around!!! I will definitely be shopping there more and refering more associates that way, Please Keep doing great things!!!
Went in looking for a inexpensive phone for a kid, let them know right up front what I needed. They still drug me through all the process and took all my information just to tell me to go to Walmart if I need a cheap phone. Seems all they cared about was selling high profit items and once they realized I wasnt buying it, they booted me.
Tony advised I go to best buy and pay geek squad to fix a small problem I had with my voicemail. Lucky for me I knew where an authorized store was and went to the Hulen location. My voice mail problem was quickly addressed with a professional explanation and FIXED in under 5 minutes of me walking in the door. When I told him what Benbrook location told me to do about, his reply was WOW! Never go to the Benbrook location!
Well my samgung galaxy 8 wasnt holding a charge...I took it in for them to look at, I have ins on it. The guy told me with the special yall are running I could get a free one with my trade in...Im like ok as long as I dont do the next plan or new contract...oh no just pay the taxes. One hour later after transferring all of my phone, the other guy came over and said its only 350 off with an 8!!! So I asked them to just redo it give me my phone back and I would do the ins on it.....oh sorry too late ! So now I have a new 30 month contract and higher payment!!! I also took my school badge bc they had told me on the phone I could get a 25% discount with that 2 months ago but hadnt came through yet. Ive been with att a very long time and am now NOT a happy customer
Pauline at the Benbrook store did an excellent job of transferring my data to a new phone. She was very personable and even shared that she had first day on the job jitters. Great transaction!

Nice but they are idiots!We had problems in the past so we stopped going to that store but thought I would give it another try.Bought a samsung watch and went there to get it activated and add a line for it.Well they added my SAMSUNG watch to our account as an iPad 🤦♀️ so of course it doesnt work.

Most frustrating part about this experience was that there was no indication that this was an authorized retailer store. From what Ive experienced in the past, these specific stores dont have the tools and inventory that official AT&T stores do. With that said, they seemed to only have one specific model of iPhones in stock and didnt seem to have more coming anytime soon. Given the current economic climate (with COVID) I understood that inventory could be low. However, I then went to an official AT&T store and they had plenty in stock. It could have just been my luck or coincidence, but I find that authorized retailer stores are never as helpful as AT&Ts company locations.

Great service and never too crowded. The AT&T stores in Fort Worth are always packed and then you dont get great service once you get to talk to a representative. We went in to the local AT&T store in Benbrook to look into switching to DirecTV. The rep, Fonzi, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We ended up doing the whole thing on the first visit.
Im giving 2 stars because I specifically asked for the insurance (had my iphone recently stolen) and for $9 extra a month, seemed like a great price for peace of mind if it ever happened again. Fast forward two months later and I was robbed, again! When I called AT&T they said I never signed up for the insurance and even though we are a long time customers, they wasnt anything they could do. We were not paying for the insurance, which I didnt know until I called, so I have no proof of requesting insurance. Im giving two stars because the man who helped me purchase my phone - didnt follow through and set me up like I requested.

The one off of 377 .. Had a really bad time with the manager it was just no no no.. Not lets see how we can help you resolve this problem after spending a couple thousand on phones and Apple watches we had a hard time turning them on. Went to another one and had no problem. There is a reason why there parking lot is empty and its not due to construction

First time I went no customers, other night only 2 staff and 4 people waiting. Had good service when they finally got to me but was not able to fully answer my question.
I went here to get an iPhone 6s, and got great service. I was immediately greeted when I walked in, and there was no fuss or hassle during the transaction. I think I spent about 20 minutes in total here and walked out with a great new phone.
Wonderful service even stayed with us 30 after close to get us taken care of.
Brian and staff went above and beyond to get me going. I recommend coming here over any other store when you need help or products.

They are a retail store for at&t. Not very well stocked unless you want a 700.-1000. dollar phone. Thats what they are selling. The cheaper models on display are not available.

The manager there, Richard, should be fired. He locked up something on my account that has still almost a week later hasnt been fixed. My husband and I are 20 year + customers. He treated us very poorly. Then on the phone Wednesday he stated he was working on my problem. I didnt have a problem ... he was the store manager and it was his issue.

After 10 years with another carrier,I decided to try out ATT- Worse decision I have madeI went to ATT in Benbrook Hwy to add 2 lines to my account and was rudely assisted by Sales manager BryanHe refused to help me since my State ID was expired, I presented him with Government issued Naturalization papers and he still denied me serviceI requested for him to help me find a solution to my problem since I needed lines todayy and if he couldnt help to please call someone either by phone or in person that could --Bryan proceeded to first scream at me in front of my kids demanding us to leave, then while still kicking us out, he proceeded to answer a phone call and rudely ignore us--He then, while on the phone, told us to leave because he needed to help real ATT customersHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, made us feel inferiorLuckily BEST BUY is 5 minutes away and with their 5 star customer service was able to add 2 lines to my account with no problemsSTAY AWAY FROM ATT in Benbrook- HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEGOING BACK TO VERIZON when contract is over
