This Discount tire store is the best. They are so nice and so helpful. I came in today looking for a lugnut key and the guy at the front desk came out with a box of probably 24 and tried everyone of them. I bought some winter tires here last year and after getting them switched back on for this winter, I got a flat. The employees went out of their way to get me back on the road again as fast as possible, and for free (thanks to their excellent certificate program).Also, you can stay in your car for the entire duration of the service for a contactless (and more entertaining) experience (since you can watch the tires being installed).Thank you Adrian and Austin!

Ended up having to wait until after a person who had a later appointment than I did finally got a clue and had moved his truck and travel trailer out of the way for the workers to access the bays so that they could get the other customers that were already waiting for their vehicles to be able to leave the building, so I was pretty disappointed to not be compensated for the delay in any way, got a good pair of shoes 2 for the car though for a little bit more than I thought Id be able to get 1 for.

Excellent service done safely during COVID-19. Buying the tires and making the appointment online are seamless and quick. I am really happy with the tires I bought and felt like I not only picked the right tires, but the right place to get them installed. It was fun sitting in the car while they did the work too. Garage had decent music AND free Wi-Fi.

Drove 50 miles to go to the store that Hugo the manager now works at, he always stayed in touch with me about making sure my tires has enough air in them, and not charging me a dime, went in he was out on medical leave but Mike helped me . let me tell you that these guys are fantastic they take the time to ask you what type of tires you’re looking for and what kind of driving you do and they fit the right tires for you vehicle. Lakeway location is the only one i.ll go to. the manager ryan is great and the guys are really good at what they do. asap towing brought my truck in and within an hour i was back on the road. i suggest to anyone buying set of tires definitely get the certificates 40 bucks each is nothing when 1 tire cost 300. AND definitely go to lakeway location.

They require you to arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment but they cant get a tire rotation and pressure check done in 90 minutes. Car didnt even leave the parking spot. They blow off routine rotations and prioritize sales. DONT BUY YOUR TIRES HERE if you commit to routine tire rotations to validate your warranty. Tire rotations are included in the price you pay for the tires so if they can make it a hassle for you to commit to routine tire rotations theyll do it and it shows.

I was having problems with my traction control sensor. It kept killing the power to my engine while driving at low speeds. I called discount tire and explained the problem to Tony. He told me to bring my Murano in asap. I brought the SUV in about an hour later. After looking at my vehicle. Tony determined that I needed 4 new tires. I told him I was on a budget. He worked with my budget and got me all 4 tires with everything for under $700.00. The job was done by 3pm that afternoon. When I took the SUV on the first drive. I noticed all the sensor lights had gone off and it was driving perfectly! Thank you Tony! You solved the problem and saved us from a huge headache.5 STARS

Came in for a flat tire, unable to fix it (which I knew going in). Danny was awesome. Very friendly, quick service. Visited the store on Sat. Changed 4 tires and fixed one wheel in under an hour of waiting time is impressive. The staff was friendly. I would recommend friends to come here. It was my first time getting new tires, so I was a bit confused on how to proceed when booking appointment: I had no idea what are my options for tires nor the price quote. I had to call the store and get clarification which is fine. The staff answered my call was very informative. However, I wish I was given more details about the price range and choices of tires before coming down to my appointment. Received a call from the store today, and it was regarding the survey I completed about the service I received on my visit. Staff who called was concerned about my experience and listened to me patiently. Thumb up to their post-purchase service.

The staff here is incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating, even when the lobby is busy with people. I was able to get a discount tires card and the tires installed all in one day, which made the process even better since I was on a time crunch. Last friday we had just started our road trip when we noticed a large screw in our tire. We stopped into Discount tire. Ryan was fantastic. He took care of us and we were back on the road in 40 Minutes. Above and beyond helpful and he didnt charge us!

Really outstanding service. They can be very busy and you may have to wait in line. But they are always friendly and helpful and seem to operate with a high degree of integrity. Of course it doesnt hurt that they fix flats and rotate your tires at no charge.

I had gotten a quote from Les Schwab and decided to shop around. The price Discount Tire quoted me was at least $20 less a tire and because they didnt have their base tires in the shop, they gave me the upgrade tires at the same price. Jeremiah scheduled me an appointment right away and was ready to help me when I got there. They put on two new tires and a spare. They installed the new tires on the rear, moved the rears to the front and balanced ALL the tires. Super helpful, super nice. They were nice to every person that I saw come in. Just a better experience than most auto places. No up charges, no hidden charges. I will go straight to them next time. Thanks Jeremiah.

Im still new to Bellingham, so I asked where I could go to get a tire checked and hopefully fixed. (They are new tires) A co-worker said Discount Tires was the best. I went to the location next to Fred Meyer. I was greeted right away. I told the guy what I needed, and he said, Lets take a look. He looked my tires over, and set me up with an appointment. Yes, it was a 2 hour wait...but hey, I went shopping at Fred Meyer!They fixed my tire for FREE! They didnt have to do that, it was totally unexpected. Then they offered me an opportunity to insure all my tires so if anything happens they would treat them as if I bought them there. I paid for that coverage, and feel so much better knowing that I now have the same coverage here as I would have if I were back in Kansas.Once again, I am blessed by Bellingham hospitality.

I have bought tires there several times over the years, and been very satisfied each time. Among the aspects I appreciate is that they offer only tire-related services -- they one time did recognize and mention another issue while working under my car, but they dont find things they themselves need to fix -- which makes me uncomfortable at other places.Just this week I brought a new to me used vehicle in with a quote from another tire place in town. I wanted to replace just two tires, to match the other two that were still good. The first place gave me a quote for $400... Discount was great. They showed me that the tires I was trying to match were under-rated for the vehicle weight, and explained why they dont recommend going that route. They quoted me significantly less than the first quote of $400, but strongly recommended choosing a different kind of tire, and buying four -- but without pressure. I went home and did my own research. They were right -- those tires never should have been on the vehicle. I went back and let them know my price range, and that I was hopeful about the value of the tires already on the vehicle... they gave me a very reasonable trade-in value on the old tires, and I left with 4 new all-season radials rated for 65,000 miles... all for less than the first estimate for two tires. Cole Mike and everyone I have worked with there have been very helpful. Again and again they have taken care of me and I appreciate it!

Reliable tire sales and service. They do charge an installation fee in addition to the price of the tires, but prices are very reasonable. Free lifetime tire rotation with installation. Friendly service and a comfortable waiting area. Weve bought a couple sets of tires here over the years and have had tires repaired, too -- always a good experience. My only criticism is that the charges (installation) arent always made clear.

Best Tire Shop in Town! I have been going here exclusively for at least 2 decades. Always excellent customers service and great prices. These guys really do go above and beyond. Ive bought three sets of tires from this store, always get a great price and treated with respect. Free rotations are great, knowledgeable staff. What I cant wrap my head around is why you build a new SMALLER location than your old store? Its always busy and I end up waiting at least a couple hours for a 30 minute job, even with an appointment.

This place is busy and for good reason: Discount Tire beat the competition by more than $300, plus I got a $50 veterans rebate. Ryan is a straight shooter. He explained my options clearly, plus he made a recommendation based on his own experience. He estimated that my vehicle would be ready at 4:30, which gave me enough to time get an oil change and run some other errands before returning for the installation. The work was done in about 15 minutes, and was done at precisely 4:30 (and this was on a Saturday). I even got an automated text the instant they were finished. Highly recommended.

They had the tires we wanted at nearly $200 less than the other guys. Little did I know I would lose over 4.5 hours of my day waiting on getting those tires. Had I been given this time estimate when I dropped the car off that would be fine but I was told my car would be ready in under three hours. I get that these things take time, but a more accurate estimate would have made a huge difference in my day and my experience here.

Great place to save $50 when you buy a set of tires! Horrible horrible horrible if you ever want them rotated or a flat fixed. A few years ago I finally changed from Les Schwab to Discount tire. Customer service, prices, and tire brands beat everybody, hands down. Being so good they can be busy. Plan to leave your car and do something productive.

Good place to have tires replaced. Pricing and warranty is fair. The reason for the 4 star is that I made an appointment a week in advance. I showed up for my appointment and they just put me on the waiting list or next available opening that day. Why make an appointment? I would go there again. It is still a good place.

Best tire shop around. They offer the best prices on tires and friendly, efficient service (free rotations for life of the tires). The only downside is that they are so busy, it can sometimes be long waits.

Simply the BestI often write bad reviews for businesses in the auto sector but I am happy to report that these guys are great. They are helpful. If you need your tires topped up just drive in they will fill them with air and smile while doing so.They have a great selection of tires and wheels at very good prices.They do get busy but always take the extra steps it takes to keep the customer satisfied.I have been dealing with them for about 12 years and have never been disappointed.If you are looking for tires dont go anywhere else.

Took my car in recently to have tires rotated and was in and out of there within thirty minutes. Just great customer service. The store is immaculate, not like your typical tire store. Shiny clean floors, sparkling windows, service technicians dressed in nice uniforms, complimentary water and coffee. Purchased tires here a couple years ago and received better than Costco price on Michelins as well as great customer service. Buy your tires here--you will be happy!
