Zach and his crew took good care of me. Excellent services and was up front about fees and costs. I definitely plan on using their services in the future. Looked all throughout Bellingham for this type of service and finally found them believe it or not by a recommendation from Bellingham Nissan service rep Justin. Their recommendation along with Zachs great customer service at BAW definitely will keep me coming back for all my vehicle services.

My sister was using my car and got a small scratch on it. Based on a previous experience of my own, I recommended this place. She took the car into Bellingham Autoworks for an estimate this morning. They quickly buffed the scratch and cleaned it up for her. No charge. This is my go to place from now on!!!!

My boyfriend and I brought his bike there for a paint job. We came in, went over paint samples and picked the paint and agreed to a price. My boyfriend and I dropped the bike off and Zach said it would be ready in a few days…2 weeks went by and then we checked in, not quite done…3 weeks later and still no word, then we hear that Zach has been riding the bike around town and he tells us to come pick it up and says the job is finished, he hadn’t even painted it yet but said it was finished and wanted money. After we arrived and 6 weeks later, the paint job had fish eyes and runs, decals were put on with double sided sticky tape and falling off, the rear fender was painted a completely different color. The inside of the saddle bags looked like they were painted by a toddler and over sprayed. The paint job looks like it was done by a coke head during amateur hour. So, long story short I would not recommend him for kindergarten crayon session or anything. In fact we are being told that it is going to cost about 8k to have the bike prepped and repainted due to Zach’s incompetence.

Bellingham Autoworks did amazing fast work! I took my van in on a Monday, and it was ready for pickup that following Friday. They were very commutative and kept me updated as the week went on! Highly recommend going here.

Got some minor bodywork/major painting done on the left side of my car. Zach and his team were super helpful and made sure to accommodate me with a nice loaner car in the meantime. Highly recommended for auto works of all sorts!

No hassles, no excessive waiting, which is so helpful when trying to figure out how to get a car back in running order. He also worked with me and the insurance company to get coverage for the repairs. The car looks fantastic. Excellent and responsive customer service. All in all--highly recommend.

They do very high quality work at an affordable price. Zach is very customer service oriented and committed to leaving people satisfied. He especially does a great job at finding after market parts at a way better price than anything a junk yard would have. Zach is your guy and you will not regret working with him.

Zack did meticulous work on a big repair from a nasty rear ending. Multiple panels that are notorious for being hard to line up flush as well as a difficult color code to match surrounding panels. Turned out great! Patient, helped every way he could, and addressed all issues.Also helped after the claim closed from post-accident issue (sunroof rattle).Highly recommend.

Went in to get my helmet clear coated after it was painted, took about 4 business days later and its done! Couldnt be happier with the quality! Very friendly staff and owner as well.

Unfortunately I had to give a star rating due to the fact that there is no choice. The broken promises and consistency of the paint quality at this shop is a serious issue. Many times over we have used this facility for bodywork. Don’t be fooled it’s a hit and miss with this character operating this shop. Always a excuse. It’s never the fault of there quality it’s your car that has the issues. Recently took a vehicle in for paintwork and bodywork. Returned the vehicle as it looked like it was painted by a inexperienced painter. There was pit marks in the paint and dust and even a fly stuck in the clear coat. I was told it would be handled and repeatedly returned to pick up the truck and it was never touched after promises of completion in one day. Finally I picked the truck up not done to go elsewhere. It’s been a month since this all began. Now it’s start over. Do your homework and be sure to inspect before you pay. I paid 1200.00 and got ripped.

We have delt with Zach with a couple of cars now and had great experiences both times!

I dropped off a wide body kit that was previously vinyl wrapped and had Bellingham Autoworks color match them to the rest of my car. The estimate was completely accurate, the work was fantastic, and the color was EXACTLY matched to the car. The only negative I could think of was the time it took for the service, however that was partially at my own fault as I told them the priority of the service wasnt very high. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone, they offer great service at fair prices.

These guys took amazing care of my Subaru. They were able to get me in to have two doors replaced and painted on short notice (less than a week) and then they turned around great work in just 48 hrs. Nice, fast, professional and CHEAP! compared to other shops I called. Most will not even give a ballpark quote on the phone. This shop does and quotes accurately.

I want to give a huge shoutout to not only the shop, but also Zack and Kristi specifically (Sorry if I butchered the spelling on your names). I was involved in an accident in my veloster I had bought basically new with a 1/1200 package. This package involved a blue matte paint and some carbon fiber bits that only came on 1200 of them that are not easy to match or come by. I told my insurance company I wanted to use them based on the great things I had heard about their shop. They did an excellent job. the paint came out great, he managed to get all of the carbon fiber parts and align everything back to how it should have been. He went to bat for me in making sure all of the replacement parts were in excellent condition regardless of what the insurance sent him. My insurance never got back to me ever through the entire process, however Kristi was more than happy to take all of my annoying phone calls and Zack was always right there to answer any questions. Even when I would come to the shop at the end of the day right before they closed he always had time for me and would make any changes I had requested as well as answer all of my questions straight forward. They go above and beyond to make sure youre happy and their work shows it. A+ guys. Look forward to doing some more work with you in the future (Custom stuff, not accidents). Thanks again for all of the great work and communication.

I crunched the bedside of my truck and called around to multiple shops right away to see who I could get in the quickest with. I called 5 different places, all with similar ratings, and they were all booked three to six weeks out. Zachs shop was top on my list just from ratings and miraculously they said after they quote it, they could get me that coming Monday (one week). Their turn around time was unmatched by any other shop in town. When I got there, I looked at a few of their cars there to see what kind of work they did (not knowing anything about them) and making sure they werent a sketchy little Maaco type shop. I looked at all of their pictures on the wall and Zach and his guys had done some beautiful work so, I instantly felt comfortable. Everything processed like it should, their pricing was very fair and they got me in Monday after being quoted a week before. First thing Monday morning I called and they already had the bed off and were painting the new panel. My truck was done Tuesday morning and looked amazing. I couldnt be happier with the job they did on it and would highly recommend their shop to anyone I know. Good body shops can be hard to find but Zach runs one of the best Ive seen.

Zach and his team did wonders with an unusual job. I had a newer model car that ran fine; it needed back-end parts to fix a rear impact. I happened to have same model car in the household, but an older year, that had the necessary parts (high mileage, time to retire it). Zach quickly understood what I was after – make the newer car whole, using the good parts from the older one to be retired. It turned out fantastic ! They finished the job below the quote, and earlier than I’d expected. Really great work! I’ll come here again for sure.

Damage accured at their shop because I didnt hit anything and went straight home put car in garage. Then found damage next day. Not sure if the owner even knew. Seems like an employee knew about that damage and said nothing.Follow up if shop cops to the damage or not.

Didnt receive a call back for estimate after I brought my car there to possibly choose them to fix it. When I called them to see if they had the estimate,, they had lost the paperwork, my phone number and my email address. Explains not getting a call back. Because the experience took so long, I chose a different place to to have my car fixed.

Very low price, honest, and great customer service on a minor body repair on my car, (securely attaching the front plastic bumper and plastic housing underneath it, when it was falling off.)The owner gave me a reasonable price quote on the phone (given what you expect to pay for any kind of bodywork). When I brought my car in for a quick inspection, he didnt charge me anything (on the phone he said hed charge for an hours labor). And he gave me a lower estimate, just the cost of parts and an hours labor ($50 an hour)! When I picked up the car, he charged me even less, since he didnt need to use one of the parts hed ordered. And it seemed pretty clear he was actually charging me what he paid for the parts, not jacking up the price as most body shops would.In addition, he gave me a ride home when I dropped off my car, and gave me a ride back when it was time to pick up my car.I cant rate the quality of more extensive bodywork and painting, but suspect its very good, given some of the high end cars I saw there and that they do work on used cars for new car dealers.Id certainly use them again.

My car was taken here after it was side swiped while parked on the side of the street. The owner seemed very nice and let me keep my car there free of charge while I dealt with the Insurance company. I got things figured out and decided to tow my car to my parents house. My car arrives at my parents house minus a bumper, headlamps, interior side door panels, window controls, speedometer, outside door trim. It was parked right in front of the office.... awesome right?

Had my bumper repaired after putting a hole in it and it looks good as new. I would highly recommend them and will certainly go back if in the future I need other cosmetic work done. Thanks Zach and team!

Several times I have had outstanding service at Bellingham Autoworks. I was originally referred to them by an auto salesperson on Iowa Street who said many dealerships use Bellingham Autoworks for repairs. They also undercut a handful of other auto body quotes I received around Whatcom county, and I have used them ever since. I am pretty picky about some things and they were nothing but gracious about getting everything exactly right. They also offer paintless dent repair. I had never previously heard of it, but if you have minor dings and dents from cardoors they can take care of that for a very reasonable cost. They do wonderful work at a reasonable cost and everyone their is polite and friendly.

Poor service, dishonest owners. Took three tries to get our vehicle fixed and it still looked terrible. They offered a free detail, but didnt even vacuum it. Eventually went to another automotive shop to fix some of their sloppy work, but we will live with tape marks forever. The insurance adjustor even sighed at the mess we have to fix.
