1st Class Auto Body was amazing. They contacted me to set up and appointment so quickly and were able to fit me in. I was expecting the repairs to take a couple weeks at least. They provide text message updates which kept me informed on expected completion dates. They went a step ahead and were able to finish the car before that! All said and done, they had the car for 4 days and it looks good as new, better even! I really appreciate all the work they did and they even left a nice note on the steering wheel when i picked up my car. I highly recommend 1st Class Auto Body for any car needs. Thank you!

Hillary at the front desk was beyond personable, respectful, empathetic and professional above all else. The body shop repaired my Chrysler 300c. The work was completed as scheduled and to my satisfaction. Hillary, the office manager was professional and friendly, I have since referred several friends to 1st Class Auto.

Well there was a plasma cut hole on the drivers side door j. The area between the front door and back door so there isnt a lot of room to work. It looks absolutely perfect and thats magic because I cant see how they would be able to work on the area because of the space restrictions. Thist proves to me without a doubt that First Class hires and trains only first class craftsmen.

I brought my husbands GMC Sierra 2500 pickup truck in for an estimate to replace it fix the fender trim ripped by a local car wash. They removed it to see if they can simply fix the bend and crease in it or if they have to order an entire replacement set for it. They were quick to assess the problem and treated me with respect. I appreciate this business and their professionalism!

I am so thankful for 1st Class Auto Body in Bellingham. I was the victim of attempted break in which caused damage to my doors and windows. My insurance agent made my appointment for the body shop the following business day (we were on the phone at almost 2am Sunday after the incident and I got a Monday appointment at 1st Class). Staff are truly amazing to work with, they guarantee their work, the location is great and safe to leave your vehicle there, I will not hesitate to return in the future.

Repaired sun roof glass that had shattered while I was driving over weekend. Working with insurance company we dropped vehicle off Tuesday morning. Part was received Wednesday morning. My little car was rear-ended and I then rear-ended the car in front of me. Front & back bumpers were wrecked, side mirror obliterated- it wasnt pretty and I thought it was probably a total loss. But no! The team at the Pacific Highway location did an absolutely amazing job and I basically now have a brand new car. They also communicated with ne throughout the process, finished exactly when they said, and I was able to drop the rental car there when I picked mine up. 5 big shiny stars!

My insurance company had me take my vehicle here for repairs. (1) OMG! The staff is so friendly and helpful and amazing, especially Hillary. She knew my name immediately she never forgot it the whole time my car was there. (2) I picked up my car yesterday and once again OMG it was so pretty!!!! It was perfectly fixed but the cherry on top was that they detailed every inch of the inside. I was not expecting that!! It is a brand new vehicle again! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

I have had 2 vehicles worked on by 1st Class and both times the people who are there have been pleasant, very informative, and took the time to explain the process in fixing the damage. I am hoping that I do not need any repair to the body of my vehicles, but if I do I will most definitely be calling upon 1st Class as their work is top notch.

After being in a car accident the staff at 1st class was very friendly and transparent. Being able to pick up my rental car on location from enterprise was super helpful. My car was completed super quick and was better than new, super clean and the work is guaranteed for life, I would 100% go back to them an recommend them to friends and family.

They helped me out with my 1986 Ford truck that needed some hood and roof repainting after being to close to a separate fire. It’s paint is original, and they did a really good job in matching and painting. Service was easy, and they even helped me with a local ride to and from the shop.

Im very picky when it comes to matching the paint color and they were very patient, understanding, and tolerant of my concerns. Really impressed with Hillarys excellent customer service skills! Loved the wash and vacumn service- really more like a full on detailing job! They dealt with my insurance directly and I was even able to return my car rental right there when I picked up my car. They took care of the details.My car looks fantastic! And after we took it home and discovered a problem, they took care of it immediately! Only downside was that it was very expensive to fix what appeared to be pretty minor damage. If it wasnt covered I definitely would have shopped around for a better deal.

Had a hit and run on my vehicle while I was working. Our insurance recommended this auto body shop so we brought it in on a Monday and they were extremely professional and enthusiastic about their job. They answered any and all of my questions and I felt assured that my car would be fixed properly. It was supposed to be finished the following Wednesday or Thursday (9-10 days) but they called me 4 days later and my car was ready to be picked up! They closed at 5 pm but I knew I wouldn’t make it until about 10 minutes after, the lovely receptionist waited until I got there so that I could get my keys! My car looked wonderful and they detailed the inside! Such nice and lovely people.

I had a little fender bender with damage to the front, hood and passenger front quarter panel. The repair was better than new. The staff was kind and professional.

They did just fine with the body work our 2020 subaru needed, however it was returned to us with oil stains in the fabric inside paint stains in plastic in our trunk, scratches in the plastic of our steering wheel, and the removable coin tray was missing so they are ordering a ya a new one, I don’t know who does their detailing I just wish they would have stayed out of the inside of our car because it look worse now that’s when we returned it even after they attempted to detail it again. This car is brand new and thanks the “first class” it will be stained and scratched for the remainder of it’s time. The only reason I am not giving 1 star is because the mechanical work was done good, but again the “detailing” only made our car look worse.

Customer service is one of a kind. Friendly on the phone and in person, when I called all my questions were answered, I came in the following day to give my insurance claim/ quote and was scheduled for the next available date. The repair time Varies on all vehicles, but mine was finished within two days!! They even vacuumed and cleaned my vehicle!!! Definitely recommend 1st Class Auto Body!!

Well, let me start by saying this. This is by far the best experience Ive ever had at an auto body shop ever. The customer service is fantastic, Joel kept me informed the entire time of my repair. There were a couple delays because Honda had sent them broken parts, (not the body shops fault) but, like I said, Joel kept me updated and tried to get me back on the road as soon as possible. I am beyond impressed with their customer service, seriously fantastic job.The car itself came out looking perfect and brand new. Granted,it was only a side mirror that needed to be fixed on my Honda insight. When I picked my car up it was sparkling clean, they detailed it in an out and honestly I couldnt be more satisfied. I have nothing but good things to say about this body shop. Really 1st class service. I highly recommend them, if you need to get your car fixed this guys are the absolute best in town

My main rig got damaged, They handled the insurance, my van got back on the road quickly, they communicated what was going on and when my van would be fixed in a very polite manor. They even got my graphics fixed though my regular signage company.

We just picked up our vehicle and were super impressed with the quality of their work here! Right from when we arrived to get an estimate they were super efficient and had us out in 5 minutes flat! We brought our vehicle back for the work that needed to be done and they worked with us in securing a rental which was waiting for us when we dropped our car off. We noticed some scuff marks when we picked up our car but they were there before and they offered to buff it out while we grabbed a coffee. Joel was done with that super fast. Amazing service and quality of work. If we ever need work done again we will always go back to them. They also guarantee their work! Oh also....our car was soooooo clean when we picked it up!
