Horrible customer service, I walk in to purchase a candle for my wife and I let my mask down, to smell the candle the short girl says sir the candles are strong enough keep your mask on, all rude and with a tone, I said I cant smell anything with this mask on get off my back she got loud and rude so I left. Hurts them not me, I was easy gonna spend 200 dollars at bath n body never will I spend a dime

I went to this store yesterday 7/31/2020! I am from Spokane but love to travel different bath and body works all over and with this one I was in awww! From the time I arrived until the time I left the staff was helpful but not up in your face helpful which for me is wonderful! My daughter and I walked in and felt very welcomed! Very clean and orange store! ROBB was especially amazing and a wonderful associate and cashier! Couldnt have asked for a better more knowledgeable person! I had a big order $330+ saving over $900 and he rang it up with ease and definitely no complaints :) Thank you!!!

This specific store doesnt have all the products others carry. The south center tukwila location has recently been updated and that one had twice as much as this location.

The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. She wasnt pushy at all she just let me know about each product. We walked around the whole store together as she showed me different products and some of her favorites. It definitely made the shopping experience enjoyable!

Like hand soap

The most feel good store ever. Theres always a great discount, everything smells like heaven, theres usually a new line of fragrances and the staff are very friendly, helpful and have good taste!Ive always ended up buying way more than I intended to or ever need- but still keep coming back.

Got a small aromatherapy hand cream. Lots of lotions and smells. Im not a fan of smells, but like the aromatherapy collection. The store smell was not too overpowering for me to go in like some Bath and Body Works.

A must visit place. They have got a variety of collections in body cream, body lotion, body mist, shower gel, hand creams and candles. And also got too many exciting offers. Staffs are so good and customer friendly.

Cashier was very helpful with the scents. Great deals too at that time.

Their phone line states the store will be open at 11am while they are still closed when I arrived at 11:05 and they told me they’ll open at 12! If they had updated their info in their recorded message I wouldn’t have made the trip at this time here!

This is our usual place to get our fragrances. These guys always have something new in stock, and also have some cool sales on their old stock which they want to get off the shelves. Time your visit right and you will not feel that the shop is pricey at all.

Ashley was horrible, not helpful, and rude at the cashier counter. She was on her phone while we were waiting to pay. Not once she look up to help us, until other sale associates said something to her. When I asked her a simple question, she straight up rude and didnt even care to answer my question. Sorry, Ashley, I dont think you should work in a customer service.
