So unreliable. I literally never run out of Wax, but I did today and I waited for salon services to open because CosmoProf didnt have the wax that I really liked. But when I got to salon services this Tuesday at 9: 05am l. They were not open. I didnt have time to wait I had a client at 9:30 a.m. so I had to go to cosmoprof. You think that since theyre in the beauty industry they would understand that being late is not acceptable.Im very disappointed.

Employee couldnt seem to muster a hi or welcome when I walked in despite being only customer. $153 later, told system slow, will E mail receipt.

Have had repeated poor service from this Bellevue location. This store has low stock. Called in order with no return call to let me know they didnt have half my order before I came.....could of called Renton store to receive it all and not go to two stores. Hate when I have to got into this store!
