I placed an online order and I was supposed to pick it up at the Factoria store in Bellevue WA.I didn’t get an email that it was ready for pickup so I callled the store in the morning to ask if it was ready. The lady who answered didn’t seem to know anything about the order and then she said I picked it up the day before. I told her that I haven’t been to that store & did not pick it up. She said that someone would call and I didn’t hear back so I called later in the afternoon and she said she would have to check and didn’t come back on the phone. She has a heavy accent & was hard to understand & she didn’t seem to understand me. I just wanted to know if my order was ready to pick up since I paid for it when I placed the order.I called again and asked to talk to a manager. A guy told me that she was the manager and transferred me to her, yet she never answered. She seemed incompetent to be a manager if I can’t even get an answer if my order is ready or not.
This pharmacy treated me so well! The pharmacist was very helpful in answering my questions and the person checking me out was very kind and attentive. I definitely recommend getting your prescriptions filled here.

Pretty cool, dont have rite aids back home and this is pretty nice. Passing by looking for some over the counter stuff for a road trip. The pharmacist actually came out to help me and answered all my questions. Dont know if its just this pharmacy or its all of Washington but he had great customer service!

This is a really nice one. big and clean and new. and the people working here are also really helpful and nice.
Cheap prices on certain things. The young & old cashiers are always really nice. There is a manager that follows me around as soon as I walk in the store. Ive walked in this store with others, who are minorities, and they all say the same thing. We even joke about before we walk in the store. The last person I walked in with, he got so upset about her following him around, he walked out with something, even though he had cash. Now Im not saying he was in the right, but I also see his frustration. Another stated he didnt feel comfortable shopping because of it, and now goes to QFC across the street, even though he pays extra. Now I understand there is shoplifters, but isnt that what security gets paid for? Then the manager also stated they use facial recognition. As a customer, I should now that my face is being recorded and put into a stored system. Especially if my information when I check out using a credit/debit card is being matched with my face. If a hacker steals that information, then what? I shop at other Rite Aids, customer know theyre being recorded when they walk in the door, but they should also be notified about facial recognition.
Store was clean and neat, pharmacy was awesome. Pharmacists and staff were amazing at their job and got my prescription done very quick and good attitude
Great customer service. Witnessed an extremely rude customer in front of me but they handled it with smiles and calmed her down and calmly explained what they were doing to resolve his issue. Theyve always been great with me and my family

The pharmacy is under new management and has all new staff. They are awesome now! They take the time to help and will bend over backwards to get things done for you! They also do full travel consultations and prescribe meds and vaccines.
Horrific customer service at the pharmacy. They called the wrong number of my organization to confirm a pharmacy request for one of our clients but would not give me the info necessary to get the request to the right place. Wouldnt even give me the name of the store they were at although a google search of the phone number quickly revealed it was this store.When I called back they would not take the information they needed in order for our client to get their prescription properly filled. So our clients prescription went unfilled and they added an extra layer of unnecessary garbage to the process.Rude, dont listen. Dont care about their job, Go somewhere else if you can because they dont care if you get your meds here.Incident occurred at 9:30 AM on 4/13/2020. Whoever was on shift at the pharmacy then needs to not be working there.

Ive been going to this pharmacy for two years on a frequent basis. They are always courteous, helpful, and considerate. Theyve also been very quick and make sure that I get the items that Ive requested. If they know they dont have a medication, they let me know right away and if its something I need immediately, theyll contact other pharmacies to find out if they carry it. Excellent customer service.
Customer service is horrible. No one is happy and no one is friendly. Cashiers only acknowledge you if they have to and often have a snooty attitude. The store it self feels dirty and under cleaned.Prices are average but Target and Walmart are at the other side and about 10% cheaper than Ride Aid. Target has better customer service than Walmart.
Nice store, staff could be friendlier and more helpful. They seem to hire a lot of special needs people in Factoria Mall, which doesnt do them well.If someone cant answer questions on floor or help out, they need to be in stock room doing jobs they can do. Other than that store is cleaned and we find what we need most of the time. We regularly use Rite Aid Issaquah too.
This store has a little bit of everything. There were a few things I wanted to pick up, but I opted to get at other locations nearby, as the shelves were very sparsely stocked and most of the merchandise looked like it had been sitting there for a really long time. However, the nailpolish selection at this location was enormous - more than the cosmetic store at the other end of the mall - which I really enjoyed.
Gave me the wrong strips for my glucose meter. Only blamed Dr. And would not take any responsibility or allow for an exchange. The extremely rude pharmasist stated that I did not bring them back soon enough then offered to refill at full price. The pharmacist here was the rudest, most snobby, aragant person I have ever worked with at this store. I may never shop here again because of this guy. I advise you all get your medicine somewhere else because if they make a mistake, they will not help you. On top of that this pharmacist will make you feel that you are bothering him by trying to get some help.
IS ANYONE ELSE TIRED OF INCONSIDERATE/DISDAINFUL customer service!?!?! I just had the WORST experience at this location! Here I am with a fever purchasing some medication when another worker came into the line at the reguster and started openly complaining about things at this store, INCLUDING NAMING a coworker she was accusing of STEALING!... all while I am standing RIGHT THERE!!!I asked her Do you feel it is appropriate to talk about this in front of a customer?! She rolled her eyes and said Oh, SOR-REE! I instantly said I really dont believe you are the way you said it! You are representing your company very badly! I am a customer and I shouldnt hear these things! If you want to talk about it do you it during your break, lunch or before/after work...not on the FLOOR!Her response?Well, Im off work and Im just expressing myself!No remorse, no concern.I replied Well, your team member is not off work and you are making her look bad while shes just trying to do her job!I then asked to speak to a manager.She says Oh, okay...Im the manager.😧Youre the MANAGER?!?!She snickers and then turns away from me as if she is done.Then, I continued, picking up my bags to leave to be blunt you are setting a HORRIBLE EXAMPLE for your team members on quality service, representing your organization and how to carry yourself while on the floor! I have been a manager and frankly you are a piss poor example. I will be speaking to your district manager as soon a possible!She turns back to say Hes usually here on ________ _______ and turns back around.I believe that every customer deserves to be treated well! I know we all have bad days, but at some point there needs to be better!I am hoping that by posting this it will bring the behaviors that are being practiced and encouraged by the manager of this location to the attention of her supervisors so they can1) Equip her with better choices2) Coach her and her staff in positive guest service practices3) Foster an environment where the managers are helping their team members be the best representatives of Rite Aid4) Create an opportunity to grow from this teachable moment

Easy to find the location and has big parking lot. The staff is always polite and helping. Doctor prescribed a nasal spray for allergy which was very expensive but the pharmacist showed me flo-nase which had the same ingredients and all the chemical details and was less than half the price. So I decided to buy that.
I like to come here for cheap quality chocolate and snacks, sometimes for postscript meds. This store is also understaffed. Gary (I think) is the nicest cashier here, talkative and kind!

NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY. THEY COST ME LITERALLY $250 DOLLARS OVER THE PAST TWO MONTHS. How did they do this you ask? Well, three months ago we produced a prescription for my wife to them, which they said they would need to get prior approval from our insurance for. We said sure, well just pay for it this time, but please get it approved. Im NOT counting this in the money they cost me, as I happily agreed to pay this time. A month later, we go there to get the same rx refilled, and they havent gotten it approved. Great. We wait a week, at which time it STILL wasnt approved and we needed the medication so I reluctantly paid for it again, after they explained it would be any day now so next month Id be fine. Well, a month later we go to get it refilled, and guess what? Thats right, still no approval. I was pretty irritated, and said to please get it done this time. That was on a Tuesday. Friday, I called, and they said it still hadnt been approved, so, this time I called my Dr. Guess what? My Dr had never received a form. Not last month, not the one before, and not this time. I called and yelled at them, but of course by now my wife needed her medication again and I was forced to pay for it out of pocket, AGAIN, because of their total incompetence. Can you believe this? That was $150 that they cost, $75 per time theyd promised me theyd get it approved and didnt. Where does the other $100 come from, you ask? Get this. Two months ago, they charged me $60 for my prescription. I was pretty sure that my discount card should have brought that number down to around $10, so I asked if theyd applied it. Yes, they said. THey were very sure of it. I was really confused and assumed that the insurance company had upped the co-pay for my medication. The next month, a month ago, the same thing. $60. I asked again if they were very sure that theyd applied the discount card, and again, they were very sure. When I went in this month, what do you know, it was $10, like it should have been the whole time. This time they had actually done their job and applied my discount card. Really? Because of your total and complete ineptitude Im out another $100. Wow. Seriously never use this pharmacy. I wont ever get my prescriptions filled here again. Theyre the WORST. TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS, and they cant do anything to help me recoup that money, were just out. Great, guys, what an amazing business you have there. Ugh.

Ive changed doctors. Ive told them at least five times and they still use my old doctor to try to refill prescriptions. Not sure what the issue is but something is wrong with this pharmacy.
