Great staff and great elections

Finally decided to treat myself well and get some high-quality makeup. The employee that helped me was extremely friendly and helpful, and she helped me find the perfect foundation starting kit. Ill probably keep coming back as long keep affording it.

First time going into a MAC store as a professional MUA wanting to rebuild my kit and Gabby was so friendly and so knowledgeable on all the products. Will for sure be back for my next restock.

Best MAC store in the state

I came in having no idea about anything to do with makeup or cosmetics whatsoever, and by the time I left, I had been instructed on applying concealer, lipstick, and some other stuff - and most importantly, I was always made to feel comfortable trying out cosmetics while presenting very masculine. Prices are maybe high, but I dont have many points for comparison, so take that with a grain of salt. Gabby was eager to help me find what I was looking for and to make sure that I was satisfied with what I ended up with. I hope to go back again soon.

My gf loves this store. Its a little smaller than other stores but since they dont have as much traffic as other stores they usual have limited edition items for a little longer than other. Great people and very friendly

Great selection of products for better prices than youll find at Sephora. Ive had mixed experiences with customer service here - most of the employees are very friendly, but a few are rude and unhelpful.

1 star is more for this MAC.... I want to give negative star to bellevue square MAC....its very worst experience ever.... the service of staff are very bad.... they didnt attend us.... they were starring, laughing and giggling at us.... i am not going at MAC at bellevue square again.....
