5-star shop, they are knowledgeable, transparent, trustworthy and dont charge an arm and leg. Since its a small shop, I can actually talk to the person who worked on my car and discuss the issues in detail. Much better experience than the black box model of big dealerships.

Paul has maintained excellent care of my cars for decades. Thoughtful, honest and highly skilled, he is The Best mechanic for Mercedes vehicles, hands down. It took a while to find him. Dealerships, foreign vehicle repair shops, other mechanics later, I wont go anywhere else now. From small repairs to giving a vehicle a once-over prior to purchase, Paul will take the time to thoroughly inspect/repair. Never disappoints.

A diamond in the rough. Russell at Centrum knows what hes doing, and not only that, takes the time to talk with you and provide advice when needed. He did my limited slip on my C63, and I have had absolutely no problems so far, I have absolute confidence in his work. I will be coming back for all my scheduled maintenance and repairs.
