I brought my vehicle in for an inspection to drive for Lyft and Uber. Unlike almost every other auto mechanic shop Ive been in, the waiting room is spotless.And somehow it doesnt smell like grease. (Maybe it was my mask?)A person answered the phone immediately when I called.. My appointment started right on time and it was very quick. Highly recommended!

I have had everything from transfer case replacements to simple oil changes and they have always done a great job while treating me like their best customer. I took my 2002 Mazda B3000 to have my transmission rebuilt. I left my first review before knowing all the facts. There were things wrong with my truck that they had to hunt down parts for. I let my angry get the best of me when I left it. Matt who works the counter explained it all to me today when I pick my truck up. I would recommend people to this location because they take car of the job plus some.

They are great on talking too you and letting you know where ur car is at when its getting work done matt was really patient and courteous with me my car is running really good since leaving there

Ive had the absolute worst experience with this place. I bought a car from carhop and it had a bad engine and bad transmission lines. I took it to this shop and originally they told me 3-5 business days. I still currently do not have my car almost 6 weeks later. The manager told me at one point he has done 6 cars this week but those were all originally aamco customers. He said he wasnt concerned about getting carhop warranty work done. So Ive been struggling without a car for 6 weeks because they have been messing around. Very very displeased. I hope I get my car back soon and in good condition because my last option is to speak with lawyers.

These guys did an excellent job installing my new clutch. The front office was very kind and willing to work with my specific needs, and their techs were very knowledgeable and do professional work. Highly recommended!For anyone worried about the recent negative review; I do believe those particular technicians were removed from the company, and effort is being made to make things right.

These guys are awesome. They were able to fix the a/c in my daughters car at a very reasonable price. We left it off at 9 a.m. And it was finished by 5 p.m. I will use them again.

Ive trusted this location a couple times now to service my vehicle. I feel that they are honest, and I can rely on them to do a good job the first time. The customer service is great, and keeps me coming back.

I think Steve is one of the most professional, outstanding guys of the century. I have had repairs done at his shop twice in less than 6 months, for different issues. Both times, it was a warranty-covered repair from the financing company. Though the money for the repair was not coming from me, he still treated with with the utmost respect. He is thorough and gets the job done. Even when my warranty doesnt cover repair, I will be sure to visit his shop. Hes a gem!

Always easy to get UBER and Lyft inspection

Thorough service was completed by Steve and Bill per the deadlines they quoted me. When I asked for more information on the cause of a problem, they both were straight to the point and I felt that they were quite honest. I appreciate both of those things immensely. Steve requested that I come back in after 10 days for a transmission checkup and when I did, the verification was done immediately. I had questions and when I called, I received satisfactory answers. Took 2 years for aamco to finally fix (hopefully) on going hard shifting . Especially reverse gear. Now Im into the final warranty year with NO extensions based on their inability to find and fix an ongoing problem. Extremely poor customer service.

I went here to have my car looked after getting my oil changed at a small neighborhood shop. The other shop told me I might need work done, perhaps replacing the distributor, but seemed unsure. I decided to have someone else take a look at it and do the work if it needed it. Im really glad I did because my car didnt need repairs after all. They are super nice and honest here, and I will be telling my friends about them as well. I will be coming back in the future.

Horrible experience. Damaged my frame on my 96 jeep grand cherokee with what looks like a grinder to get the crossmember out. Actually made holes in my frame. Didnt torque down the transmission mount. Gave it back to me with a misfire because they unhooked a spark plug. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone take a car they care about here. I

About 4 years ago the guys there at AAMCO in Bellevue put in a rebuilt transmission in my truck and did a great job. I had no issues and they were friendly and courteous. This past week my truck wouldnt shift out of 1st so Steve got me right in to look at it. The transmission work was way out of warranty but Steve said they would work with me as much as they could. Boy did they ever! They couldnt find any obvious problems (fluid was good, no error codes, etc.) so they had to remove the tranny and take it apart to find what broke. What they found was a mechanically sound transmission and had isolated the problem to an electrical problem. Now here is the kicker, they didnt charge me a dime! They removed the tranny, took it apart and put it back in at no charge! I was taken back at that level of service they provided! They wanted to make sure their workmanship was spot on and their customer was taken care of. Oh, by the way I called on Monday and the truck was ready by Wednesday. I want to thank everyone there at AAMCO and to say you have a new loyal customer!
