After waiting more than 20 minutes to be served, I was unable to return the fuses I bought online even though I had the receipt; I was told I needed to first get a return code before I could return the items. The whole process and support is extremely inconvenient and frustrating.EDIT: It would be fantastic if NAPAs customer service department took a lesson from their social media team. I had a response to this negative review in under a day -- on the other hand, I emailed NAPA Onlines customer service asking for an RMA more than a week ago and still havent had a response. All I can say is avoid NAPA Online, its not worth the hassle.
Awesome store, I had to purchase some brakes for a Benz, and I needed assistance measuring the rotors, as well as buying the rest of the parts. Tami help me put the list together, and Brad was very professional with assisting and ending the transaction. I couldnt ask for anyone better. Thank you!
Brad is one of the more composed knowledgeable sales reps Ive ever dealt with in my many years of buying auto parts. You would think that would come standard but most of us have found that to be the exception, I think we could agree. Hes polite, articulate and most importantly knowledgeable about auto repairs. Like generations of experience knowledgeable. Just such a pleasant refreshing experience to walk in and know hes there.

One of those places that should really be a last resort. My impression is that you’ll have to double check any information they give you and hold their hand throughout the process. I made the mistake of using them first. Car battery died, decided it was time to just swap it altogether since it’s been giving me problems. Called this place. They said it was in stock but cannot buy over the phone. So I taxied over only to be told they’d have to “order it and it’ll be here in 1 day” mind you it’s Saturday (9/5) and I’m doubtful that means a deliver on a Sunday or Labor Day Monday. They said there was no way I could’ve called there because they would remember it. So I hit redial and get placed on hold for 5 mins or so (during this time I see them answering other calls, so I’m thinking maybe I did call a different place) but then the second genius answers and I say “oh I’m right in front of you.” He replies “can’t you see I’m on the phone!” Tried explaining that I was the person he was speaking with on the phone. Nick’s coworker laughed at him. He chose to continue to be rude so I just left. Absolute stupidity.Taxied back to my car. Total cost $30 due to their incompetence and got absolutely no where. As far as I’m concerned this place owes me money.Anyways. Went to Autozone and back on the road.
NAPA in Bellevue is very clean and a great location, the staff is very helpful.I arrived 3 min before closing and they were super helpful and made sure I got everything I needed to get our work trucks up and running.This will be our go to NAPA from now on.
Stopped by at 8:15am. Lights on, people inside, door locked. Tried calling, no on answered. Banged on door. No answer. Writing post at 8:25. Still not open.
They only take returns with a receipt! Are you kidding me. I know they can look up transactions on their computer. We need a receipt for something so big and expensive. It was an alternator that I bought as a precaution for road trip due to trouble code that ended being up a loose battery connection. It was less than $200 and the box wasnt even opened and has napa all over it.Update- I went there the next day and explained again the situation and the same guy did do the return. Maybe I will shop there again. Changed from one star to 3.
A fuse blew on my home HVAC during the 2020 forest fires, and NAPA had some of the only spare 1A fuses in the greater Seattle area. They kept the store open for me a few minutes after close so I could buy a replacement.Much appreciated!

The gal at the counter was wonderful, I dont remember her name but she was such a great help. She actually beat the competitors price on an air filter by about 30%. Very professional and friendly. Enjoyed my experience will go there in the future.

Ordered parts online for pickup on new years Eve. I received an email saying that my parts were ready for pickup drove all the way there from federal way and the store had closed 4 hrs early but there was no indication of that before I left for Bellevue.
No one was wearing a mask inside. All 4 employees visible had their masks off.

The folks here know their stuff. The retail selection isnt terrific but their rear counter is massive and if it exists they can generally get their hands on it with a bit of time.
Great service! Called for a quote on a part and was told $40 less than what it rang up with. They honored the quote as it was based on a particular discount that didnt apply to me. They has the part I needed and set it aside for me to pick up.

Im a customer and i come to this Bellevue Napa store quite often when it comes to buying car parts or tools no other Napa store elsewhere beats this place. They have great customer service and very friendly staff one of the store managers Arthur Danielson has been very friendly and helpful whenever i came to buy parts for a car or tools at this store location he would give the right advice and help to make it right for the customer which i myself am truly happy with the service. I have been to other Napa stores before and their customer service was not as great as Bellevue Napa. Other Napas would staff that were emotionless, quiet, and lack of sense of humor but this location makes you feel more lively and welcome im a happy customer and i would definitely return in the future as well as recommend Bellevue Napa to other people as well.
This is a smaller independently owned version of NAPA, but they are local and seem well stocked. Depends who you get on the front desk, but Im normally helped in a cheerful and happy way. Prices seem better if you order on line and collect...Just sayin ;-)
Better than O’reilys down the street.I much prefer paying 0.35 cents more per quart of oil but getting the free filter for a BMW rather than saving the pennies and spending $28 on the filter I need down the street.

I had issues with item that i purchased and went to store to return or exchange it. Store manager Brad Soares was very rude, disrespectful and yelled to leave the store without even trying to solve the issue like professional. We been customers with napa for over 10 years when we had shop in Woodinville and it very sad to run into such situation. Very poor customer service Napa Store and especially rude manager that dont know how to behave with customers.
I like Napas website that usually provides detailed part information and measurements to have helped me find the right parts.

Thought I needed touch up paint. He went to look a the scratch. Then went into store came back out side and brushed it all off. Was not a scratch! He saved me time and money.
Walking into the store I am told to please hold a minute, for some reason I just got a head ache as she continues to boss another employee around while downing medicine behind the counter. Tami signaled to me and I told her that I was returning a part from the automotive store that I work at and I was sent to collect the credit for the store as well. She took the part and did some computer work while continuing her goodbye with the employee that was ending his shift. She took a look at the computer and took the part out of the box, twisting it and turning it with a disgusted expression on her face, holding it up to the light to get a better look at it. Looked at the computer and the part and paused as if she was about to ask/say something to me about it. She put it back in the box and rubbed her fingers together with the same disgusted facial expression (we work in a shop, it is an O2 sensor that we had attempted to put on a vehicle when we learned that we were given the wrong part. Of course it is going to be a tad bit dirty). Tami set it on the counter and took a deep breath, rolled her eyes a bit and continued with the clicking on the computer. She printed the paper out for me and split it in half, handing me my copy and said Here you go, in a slightly rude voice. To my knowledge I have dont nothing at all but told you what I was there for, there is no reason for you to be upset with the fact that Im asking you to do your job near 5pm. Each company is slightly different with their credits back to the store, so as far as I knew (this being the first time I have ever returned a part to NAPA) there may have been a check involved or cash or maybe even just that piece of paper but I didnt know. So I asked, Would I be able to obtain proof of the credit? as she pointed to the bottom of the paper THAT. THAT right THERE is your credit. Granted yes, it says credit with the total at the bottom, the last thing I wanted to do is return to my job empty handed and have to turn around and get it. We both have jobs to do, Tami. Both of our time is equally valuable. Immediately I said Woah woah woah. as she continued to talk over me Here, at the bottom, it says credit...? Thats your credit. I said Yeah.. Got cha. and took the paper and walked out. There is no need to be rude. This is not the first time that my place of business has had a run in with Tami and not a one of us appreciate the attitude that we have all been met with each time we need to discuss things with her.
