Good experience at this location. Went and asked for a rear wiper for my car. It was not at the store but they ordered for me, went the next day and a guy called Bee installed it for me. While installing I mentioned to him my foggy headlights. He suggested a cleaning kit(wipes) they have which I ended up purchasing and using as it; Worked well. Reasonable prices too!

I went to auto zone this location many many times they used tools they did everything to help keep my car running but today this tall man wearing a gold wedding ring short clean cut hair told me today that it is illigal for them to use tolls that he couldnt help he is NOT Or any of his employee to touch any cars Auto zone is only theyre to sell the parts and that was today oct 28th he is laying n I reported him..

AutoZone gave me excellent customer service.I had ordered two air filters last Thursday (7/15) and they said it would be there on Friday. I went back on Friday but it hadn’t shipped yet. They said it would be there at the end of the day, Friday. I was a bit disappointed because I was initially promised 7/16, Friday, but it wasn’t a big deal. I went back in Saturday and the Store Manager saw on the computer that it hadn’t even shipped yet. I decided to try on Monday.Today, Monday, 7/19, I called and the store manager remembered me and said he was going to make some phone calls and see why it hadn’t been even shipped yet. He called back very quickly and said the filter I ordered is very popular and was still out.Since that wasn’t okay with him, he upgraded one of my filters to a ‘fancier’ one free of charge and he would get the other one himself. He asked for 2hrs and I said that’s more than okay. He delivered on his promise and even apologized for the ‘run around’ I was unintentionally given. I was very understanding and insisted they’re only given so much from their computers. Excellent service!

Staff are very helpful without being overbearing. I needed a battery for a 50 year old classic car and they had the size I needed. Also gave me a Military Discount on my purchase. Wish they had more various electrical connectors for 12 VDC appliances like a compressor or a RV macerator etc.

Very unhelpful, rude, horrible customer service, and do not help you replace the car battery. We called ahead of time, and they promised to help us replace a car battery if we came in. We came in, they told us to wait 15 minutes until someone was available. Once we waited 15-20 minutes, the employee, Amy, came out with us to take a look at the car and told us if we could remove the cover, they could help us install. So we worked to remove the cover to the section of the car, and she came out and still refused to help us because of lack of knowledge/ability. However, they did not communicate that to us from the start, and they even told us to leave the store. Very rude, and very bad customer service.

The store manager provided an excellent service. I made a mistake of returning the item which was actually a right fit for my car. He took care of the issue of a return from another store in a different city. Great service, nice and one of the guy provided a grease that would work better for my headlight.

I had the best customer service here. Not knowing anything about batteries, I was nervous about getting taken advantage of. Boy, was I wrong! Store manager Mike and Chris jumped into action. They searched for the most affordable battery and found it. I paid alot less than I thought it would be. Then installed my new battery. They are the best! They deserve 5 stars for phenomenal service! I feel comfortable recommending them knowing they care about taking care of their customers! Great job !!

I use the tool rental service quite regularly and theyre their tools are better quality than some of the other auto parts stores in the area.Excellent service. As far as price Im reasonably happy. I always do my research on the internet therefore I have a ballpark figure what my parts are going to cost. They usually are really really close to the internet price.

There was a noise my vehicle was making I walked up to the counter & spoke with both employees about what I was experiencing. They looked at my vehicle& told me that I needed to purchase a new K&N filter. The one that I previously had in my vehicle was installed back in 2005, they both told me that I could rig the old one or purchase a brand new one. I went ahead& took their advice & purchased the new one of course. They also took the time out of their way to also help me & install it in my vehicle, I sure hope that the GM,& the store manager could acknowledged the both of them for their excellent customer service I will definitely return again the next time & hope that they can help me again. We were in the parking lot of Autozone and Walmart when our car wouldnt start. We went in to the Autozone in Bellevue and instantly was greeted and was extremely impressed with the service from their team members especially Tiffany the Parts Manager.She assisted us with testing the battery finding out that it needed to be replaced and loaned her tools to get it fixed. It didnt stop there. She even assisted with the knowledge of ways to prevent future corrosion on the battery and guided through a tough time.I must say that being in the service industry myself I was truly impressed by Tiffanys hardwork and dedication to make sure we were helped and left a lasting impression for years to come.Great job Autozone in Bellevue and thanks Tiffany!

Autozone helped get my buddy home on Tuesday feb. 9th. Whoever helped us in that store around 7 pm (all of them?) thank you for your help. Disappointing. I was looking for a taillight. One that worked for my car was out of stock. There was a cheaper one available. I asked the employee what was the difference between the two. His response, this one is cheaper. Um, okay.The male employee, whom I have never seen in my life, also called me darling. Not something I appreciated.

Good store. I recently purchased Armor All Utility Vacuum 2.5gal, however you can tell the vacuum was returned. The box was taped all over the vacuum dirt bag was dirty, so I took pictures for future reference. The vacuum works okay, but disappointed I was sold something that was returned without notice.

Decent auto parts store, decent selection, they usually have what I need. Prices arent the best in town, but its convenient.The sales staff are hit or miss as far as being knowledgeable, some are great, others. . . not so much.They do loan tools, so thats a plus.No shop, so if you need rotors turned or bearings pressed, etc. you need to go to O Reilly in Issaquah.

AutoZone in general is ok, go to Kirklands location. Bellevue AutoZone is a poor example of an auto parts store. The staff has poor automotive knowledge, doesnt know how to use their system to look up parts, and look like they all just got out of bed and threw some week old dirty clothes on. Simple problems like knowing that fuel hose and vacuum hose are NOT the same, and vacuum hose is not rated for fuel but providing it anyways. Go to Bellevue location for stuff they dont have to look up (or provide a specific part number for them) or things they stock on the shelves.

I usually shop for auto related items at OReillys. But the local store didnt have the trailer Jack I needed. I was in a real jam so I did a search for other auto parts store near me on my phone. An AutoZone store was closed by and they had the Jack I needed and the price was very fair. The store was bright, clean, and the staff were very nice. I may just go to AutoZone first next time.

Took a good 15 minutes for new cashier to figure out warranty and then doesnt scan the $5 brake bundle correctly. After trying seperately, he realized he was not scanning an item. While the other employee helps others, a random guy comes walking out of the back after a couple customers behind me had left.

Mostly helpful. Its great that theyll come out with the OBD reader but Ive noticed their computer system will default to the most expensive possible cause. Veteran back yard mechanics will divulge more info but the new people will just take the computer advice.

GO HERE IF YOU NEED ANY HELP. I pulled in last night in a panic because my car was making odd noises and the battery light was on. The staff went above and beyond to determine what was happening with my car and thoroughly explained everything and answered my questions. I drove around the parking lot after just to make sure everything was okay. My car started making another noise, so I pulled back in. The manager who had helped me saw me come back in. He was leaving for the night and walked back in to help. Honestly, as a women, Ive had some horrible experiences when I go into car repair shops, but, Ill be back to this one.

Avoid this location, they sold me a battery for my car that was the wrong size after assuring me it would fit. When I brought it back they actually acted annoyed they had to exchange it. Manager was kind to his employee who made the mistake (good looking early 20 something blonde) but rolled his eyes at me. I know we all have our days but thats just terrible service.

Im giving this a five star because there is a lady there that just goes above and beyond for customers i recently had my bulbs burn out in my SUV and she found the exact ones i needed and installed them. I really appreciated it as i wasnt sure if i had the proper tools at home. This review is for Alicia, who was the best help a car idiot like me could possibly hope for in my time of confused desperation.The car engine light went on my 2002 Ford Taurus so I went in for the free diagnostic test. Alicia was there to help, and did she ever. We checked the diagnostics, and though there was no definitive result from the little orange device (its a free test everyone, if you want a super-detailed diagnostic, pony up at a mechanic shop you trust), Alicia went out of her way to talk me through the potential problem(s) and recommend some possible solutions. She offered solid, knowledgeable advice and some potential purchases from the store that might help, though I never felt like she was trying to up-sell me on things I didnt want or need. In the end, I bought a battery cleaning kit and some fuel system cleaner, but more importantly, came away with a peace of mind and some great advice.Thanks Alicia!!

Bought a new catalytic converter, installed it and it was malfunctioning. Came in to get the new one to replace the other one, they wouldnt give me the new one until I removed the bad one. When I finally removed the bad one I had to get a ride back to autozone just to give them the bad one to get the new one. When I came back into autozone to get the new one it wasnt the right part.. Im sure you all understand my frustration, having to drive back and forth and ended up paying the mechanic several times because of this. Terrible. Will never do business with them again.

I bought a break kit that they sold specifically for my car. The breaks fit the car fine, but the clips that hold them in place didnt. I asked for Autozone to swap out that part, since they either sold me the wrong kit or one that had been packed wrong. Instead, I was given the option of returning the whole kit (when no other kit was available and I already had the car on a jack with the old brakes taken off), or paying for the correct part even though Autozone screwed up. This seemed rediculous to me, especially after over an hour of my time wasted trying to figure out why the breaks werent going on properly, and then another half hour just waiting to speak to a manager. I would not go back, wouldnt trust the store to sell the right thing, and wouldnt trust the store to take care of the issue if a mistake was made.
