Had my Ford Raptor in for Rigid LED pod lights in the bumper and Baja Designs LED rear flush mount lights. The installation was neat and clean, done same day and they went over exactly how everything worked with the factory switches. I had a 9am appointment for HID kit installation for which I had the hardware myself. I reached there by 9:20am after which I was told on the phone to park my car in front of their shop and drop the keys in a box near their garage and to collect the car back at 6pm (at the end of the day!!). The garage doors were closed, there was no one there at the front of the auto shop – nobody to talk to and even the front door of their office waiting area was locked and closed. I was told the reception/waiting area was closed due to covid policies.I called them again, sitting in my car outside, requesting to see someone because I had questions about the installation process and the hardware that I had with me. A lady came out from behind the shop and simply handed me a paper to sign which I presumed to be the paper that said they were not liable for the hardware I had.I was given no justification as to why I couldnt get my car back in 2 hours and had to wait and come back at the end of the day, more so because they were the ones who scheduled this appointment and time slot a month before. Funny part is, nobody - the mechanic or anyone even talked or engaged/saw me on the whole process, the installation, or my hardware kit.So, was I simply supposed to leave my car there at the front which seemed to have no human presence at that time and come back to collect it at the end of the day? I just left.If you take pride in customer satisfaction and customer engagement, then this is an opposite way to deal really.

I purchased a HID kit for my wifes Jeep from them. They verified the make/model/trim and sold me a kit that they said worked with her vehicle. The lights did not work. They refused to take them back. I had to make an appt to come see them. They met me outside and another drive up customer asked the employee if he could get help and she told him she didnt work there and he would have to call. They verified that I had everything plugged in correctly, and the lights still didnt work. They still refused to accept a return. So at the end of the day I paid them several hundred dollars for a product that did not work that they would not make right in any way. They read reviews and respond, so I am sure they will have some excuse for why this is my fault and not theres, which will just be more reinforcement of how they treat customers.

This is already my 2nd car here at HID Kit Pros to do an upgrade on my cars. My 2020 Nissan Altima SR doesn’t come with fog lights (only on Altima Platinum), so I did some research and emailed the sales rep at HID Kit Pros to see if that would work on my vehicle, after 3 weeks of communication I have decided to purchase the fog lights on Amazon. The fog light was perfectly installed on my vehicle, they had to drill a hole inside of my car to add the light switch for these fog lights, it was really clean and looks like it came with the car originally. Thanks again Aaron, I will be taking my 3rd car here soon at HID Kit Pros!

I will say this company is very professional and detail oriented. I ordered the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee LED Interior package and I must say the shipment was correct, easy to read, simple to install, and no questions asked exactly as advertised. Their prices are fair, their shipping updates are quick and accurate (unlike CARID). I will be ordering a couple more light bulbs to complete the full vehicle look.

I had a slightly complicated modification for an older car that I needed help with. I called and spoke to their Tech line and got ahold of Aaron. Aaron was extremely helpful and familiar with my problem and had experience doing multiple installations on my exact vehicle. He walked me through the process told me exactly what I needed and sold me the kit. I will update this post with pictures as soon as I get them installed. So far great customer service.

Extremely nice staff. The initial set of lights that were installed had a recall so they switched out the lights immediately. As much as I want the products I buy to work the first time having a friendly staff that is apologetic and desires to have a customer that is 100% satisfied is extremely difficult to come by these days. I guess you can’t review twice so I just had another great experience getting floor mats and mud flaps for our new truck. I could’ve bought them direct from weather tech but HID Kit Pros has the same price and it was easier than ordering online.

Been a customer of HIDKitPros for over 8 years. The professionalism the dedicated team brings each visit is through the roof. An entire family of cars has been through HIDKitPros and cant express enough how great I am to know this team. You will NOT find a more honest and qualified group of individuals. Took my car for a 30k mile checkup to my local dealership and was billed for $1,500.00. Immediately I dialed up HIDKitPros and they went over my bill and thoroughly explained what was actually needed to be maintained on my car, saving me hundreds on unnecessary replacements the dealership would have charged me. After the maintenance was complete, HIDKitPros returned my car looking and feeling like brand new. Customer support is fast and responsive and I couldnt be more happy to recommend this shop.

Purchased an interior LED light kit online from them for my Subaru Outback. Searched a long time online for a kit that had the right brightness and color temperature, and wouldnt break the bank. Landed on this site because their kit seemed to be what I was looking for and was less expensive than other places I searched. Lights are awesome, but customer service is even better! They bent over backward to make sure I was happy with the kit and worked with me to find just the right light for the cargo area when the original wasnt quite what I was hoping for. Highly recommend!

I ordered through online for my ML350. The bulb they sent is defective. After 5 mins. of use one bulb turns off. I have message multiple times but received no replies. I called the store and spoke to a lady, shes not much of a help. I just wanted the defective bulb replaced, she went on and on about them testing their kits before sending. Well I wouldnt have complained if its working properly duh! Since the bulb is the issue I didnt like the yellow color of 4700K bulb they have so I asked if they could replace for 5000K. Lady says they can only replace for the same kind. I spend 200$ worth of products for them to piss me off more. So I said I just want to return everything and call it quits. Guess what they dont do return on used products. I just effing installed this kit last night. Trust me dont buy here! What kind of company is this? Dont buy here. Youll be better off at AMAZON kits why oh why I didnt trust my instinct. These people dont care about customers. This company has to update their return policy.DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!

This was my first and LAST experience with HID and the owner, Ben. If youre into wanting a bad experience, then pls buy from Ben, the owner at HID. I have several bad examples that I could share in just my first experience with HID. To sum it up...HID never once did what they said theyd do. For ex, what they call an estimate should really be a guestimate and heres what I mean. The final price of the work order was 4x - 5x HIGHER vs the original their estimate...In all my years of buying cars and/or car parts, this was hands down the absolute worst experience in over two decades.

HID Kit pros has great service, I go there for all of my automotive lighting needs. They are very informative there about what kind of bulbs to choose from. I really enjoy their large variety of bulbs that they do carry. My favorite part is the popcorn machine that they have there because who doesn’t love some free popcorn!

Best. Shop. Ever. Wanted fog lights for my 08 BMW 135i, and didnt want to swap to a different bumper, use a DRL bar style light, or risk blocking any of my brake vents. So, pretty much came in with a rather impossible request -- make fog lights work on a car not made for them! Well, as it turns out, HID Kit Pros specializes in both the possible, and impossible, and they didnt hesitate to find a solution for my needs. The amazing staff took the time to really listen to what I was wanting, and kept at it until we found something that not only works, but is exactly what I was hoping for in terms of the look, and lighting output. I also upgraded to brighter headlights, and the result is I can pretty much see from here to Pluto now, thanks to this incredible work. The fogs operate on a remote (created by HID Kit Pros -- how cool is that??), separate from any of my lights, which is fantastic. Even has strobe and SOS settings! They even repaired a loose bumper issue I had, while doing the fog install. I had read great reviews of this shop, and they are 1000 percent accurate, because this is just the greatest shop ever, seriously! Impeccable work, above and beyond excellence in standards, and Im a VERY HAPPY customer! Im going to go back for a halo upgrade, and my brother is now going to go there and get his Subaru updated to HID lights. Im a customer for life, for any lighting needs. Look no further than this shop for the BEST in service! Thanks for the excellent work! Top notch place to be. Did not do anything crazy - just had some CREE LED cargo lights added and third brake to my 2019 Ram 1500 as these were the only lights that did not come LED from the factory. Excellent service, quick install and fair prices. A+++

I wanted an additional 12v port added for easier access in my Tesla model 3 but could not find any reputable shops and was not getting any help online. I recently purchased some LEDS for my car and the LED for the glove compartment did not fit at all, the bulb they sent me was way too big compared to the stock bulb, I had emailed them that I was sent the wrong bulb and they continued to insist they sent me the correct bulb... Not only that, the LEDS for the license plate only lasted 3 days... I won’t be purchasing from this company ever again.

These people are absolute experts in vehicle lighting. Ive purchased several HID kits from them for various motorcycles Ive had, mainly for safety & visibility purposes, and Im always satisfied with both the lighting products purchased and the service received. With regard to the latter point, they are very helpful and patient with installation questions if you are putting in the kit yourself. Highly recommended!

I went in on 8/25 and had a great experience. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and helped troubleshoot the issue with my HID lights (Installed by a different vendor). Then the mechanic or possible owner quickly helped me install the product needed to fix my broken lights - He even took the time to hide wires to help prevent further issues. These guys are top notch, will definitely use in the future and will come highly recommended to friends and associates.

Ben and his staff are all very nice and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I have been more than impressed how willing they are to show product and let the customer decide based on the facts and make choices on their own not the usual here you want this so buy it that you find in shops these days. I personally have purchased 8 light bars, 2 HID kits, and countless small LED bulb replacements and could not be happier. I will continue to shop with Ben and his shop because I simply have not found a better place to go for personable service and touch the products I want to buy.

Purchased a HID kit for my fogs and headlights at an amazing price. The staff including the owner Ben were very helpful and knowledgeable about what i needed for my 2006 Lexus IS. A few days later I installed them expecting average results since the price was so low. What I actually got was a very high quality system with excellent visibility and crazy good looks. I compared it side by side with my mothers 2014 Lexus GS and they looked exactly the same. Just goes to show the quality if it rivals the look of a brand new 65 grand Lexus. Overall great first time experience and good to have a local company I can stand behind.

These guys are amazing. My grandmother was having headlight issues and 3 times the dealer charged her over $800 to replace the front control module, and it would go out in less than a year. It was obviously a design flaw. The tech stayed after closing hours and was able to wire in a HID kit to bypass the module and now she has a solid working headlight system with a great 5 year warranty (and half the price of the dealer fix). I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone. GO HERE for any headlight issues and expect to get work done that is well worth the money.

Great business concept, unfortunately they dont provide the retrofit service to upgrade your old headlights. They sell you the parts and expect you to take apart your headlights yourself and do the modification on your own. Unfortunately not everyone is capable of doing such a complicated service.

Got my Honda headlamps installed and HID kit installed by these guys and they were some of the friendliest and honest people I have met. Secured my bumper back on better than the body shop, really a great experience, will return again, thanks guys and gals!

The front hid light failed on my 2005 Acura and it appeared I would be looking at ballast and igniter replacement. Aaron performed a complete diagnostic evaluation of the entire system and traced the source the problem to be the hid bulb that had become disconnected at the ballast. He reconnected the plug after cleaning it up and, presto, it all worked as it should. Finally, Arron adjusted the headlight display as it was off. All in all I am impressed by Aarons attention to detail and willingness to explain his procedures.

Great place for Led conversions. Just bought 7 round headlights for a buddys 1971 Chevy C10. Custom work was needed to get the headlights to fit but look amazing. Also purchased numerous other small bulbs to replace in my truck.

I went to HID Kit Pros to get some HID headlights installed in my new car. On my way home after the install I noticed that the ambient temperature reading on my dash was way off. I contacted Ben right away and explained the issue.A couple of days later, Aaron (HID Kit Pros tech) drove 42 miles (one way) to my apt. in Puyallup to fix my car. Awesome experience. I was unable to get there in person so my wife took my truck in to have LED lights installed. When I called, they said it would take around thirty minutes and when my wife got there they said an hour and a half. She told them the expected time frame and they immediately worked with her to add another person to the project to get it done sooner and had her dropped off at Panera Bread so she could eat while waiting. The lights work great! Ill be bring my truck back for more work in the future.

5 Stars! Dont know why I waited so long and fussed around doing it myself on other vehicles (trying to save money I suppose) but these guys are the real deal. They install quality kits/equipment and their installation looks like it came from the factory. No showing wires or zip ties, beam pattern is on point, and most importantly the output of their 35W (Hylux) HID Kit and LED (morimoto) fog lights are great.

I bought a set of LED headlamps for my 2002 Jeep TJ. Price was fair, and installation top-notch. Having traded my Wrangled in for a new Chevy Colorado, Im reminded just how good those lights were. Chevy OEM lamps suck. Ill be back to HID Kit Pros soon for upgraded lights.

Sells snake oil and very expensive.I asked to have my Suburban wired so that the low and high beam HIDs will turn on at the same time when I turn my high beam on. It is a routine wiring job for most shops. Brian told me it would be too much liability for them to do the wiring with my existing HIDs. He recommended to replace all my HIDs at their shop before doing the wiring, and plan to charge 4 hours of labor at $110/hour. Snake oil sales pitch. I declined his offer.I also asked my fog light wiring be fixed. They found a short because of a faulty ground, and fixed it. The charge is 1 hour labor at $110/hour, and 2 wire clips at $9 per clip, which is very expensive.Bottomline is I will not be going back.

I went to HID Kit Pros to have some Morimoto HIDs installed on my 2014 Chevy Silverado. Overall, my experience was....average. The workmanship appears to be good but, I was a bit disappointed from a customer service standpoint.I would not recommend waiting for your vehicle as the customer waiting area is extremely small and is nothing more than a couple of chairs. Upon completion, I was provided with a very basic sales receipt, my old headlight bulbs and thats it. Since I was buying a top-of-the-line product and paying a premium price at one of the few Morimoto authorized dealers in the area I expected to get a brochure or paperwork telling me about the product I had just purchased (dos, donts, life expectancy, warranty info etc.)...but this was not the case.In addition, when Ben parked my truck outside he parked it so close to another vehicle that I had to get in thru the passenger side of my truck.

I had them replace all me exterior car lights with LED (s).

I have been buying hid kits and various leds for my vehicles from them for a very long time. They have always taken care of me and stood behind their work.
