This place is a terrible facility… They threw out all my items that I was going to put in storage because they left me locked out of my storage unit and I was not informed that there was a lock on vacant storage units. When I went to go put the stuff into the storage the next day after leaving it in front of my storage unit due to me being locked out, all my stuff was destroyed in dumpsters terrible place would never recommend it wouldn’t even give them one star but have no choice… When I asked for my money to be returned for all the items that were destroyed they bluntly told me that they cannot do anything for me. Both “managers” including the district manager tried to dismiss me as if I didn’t have any rights to any of my things that were destroyed . I demand justice .

Storage is clean and well maintained. Anthony & Christina are the best. Wish I had employees like them.

Worse experience ever. Was promised for over 11 months that they would fix these lights above my unit. From the day I signed their agreement, through a hike in monthly fees and many excuses, nothing was done. Nobody cares about your promises, especially when you dont keep the. I was told every month that, Were working on and we have someone new who will fix it. Absolute BS. Look at the photos to see what I had to go through for the time I rented a unit here. I had to come with someone else so they can hold a flashlight, just to see my items. Then there was the issue of people keeping existing carts inside of their units so they will have one to use on their next visit. Management knew, but did nothing about it.This place is a shame really.

We had a great experience moving into a new storage unit at SROA. Christina was fantastic! She helped my husband and I so much! And she has a great personality. She made our move easy and everything went smoothly. I recommend SROA highly to everyone. You will get great service, nice people and great prices. Jessica was also a great help to us. I have being renting with this Belleville Property from since November 2017. As with anything in life if you have a problem and you speak with respect to each other things gets done. They are a great company and the have been my saving Grace for the last few years. I met many staff members but Anthony and Christina stands out the most because they are always ready and willing to help. Yes I was affect but the storm of Ida but they have been nothing but patient and helpful. Yes, we didn’t know what happened but when lol you realized that their equipment and paper work along with so much more got destroyed in the storm too. We can only have a heart of understanding that they too were effected as well. We all need to show love, respect and compassion. Yes I lost everything but it surely wasn’t their fault so why get mad. I want give big shout out to the clean up crew their doing an amazing job…Boss lady, Kenny so much more but I don’t have all their names… To the staff that came from different states to lend a hand thank you… Nothing in life is perfect but we just have to maintain integrity in everything we do. Customer service is great! My first time using storage option, and im glad I came here for my needs. Christina was very helpful and guided me to mu right choice. I was going to shop around some more after my stop here, but because of her great customer I decided to stay. The place is big and comfortable, easy access.

Had a great experience with the customer service at the location. I had to go in to give my ID and get the door code. When I did, the staff was friendly and ready to help. After they took my ID and gave my code they showed me to my locker, which to my shock was not what I was expecting and was too amall. Luckily the agent that was helping me was able to switch me to a different locker that was perfect for my needs. Price is great and so is the staff. Def would recommend this place.

This place is horrible. On Wednesday with Storm Ida, this place was flooded with over 5 ft of water. They never disclosed that this particular section of the storage was deemed a flood zone by FEMA. They closed down the place and placed security guards so no one can get in to retrieve and try to salvage some belongings if at all possible. Its been 7 days and they still have not contracted anyone to come in and remove the water. It seems they are actually waiting for the water to recede by it self. We lost over 10k in electronics stored in our unit. If we were told that that section was prone to flooding we either would not have rented or requested another unit in other part of the storage facility.

I had doubts about storage facilities in the Greater Metro Area--many do not offer 24-hr. access, offer access from 6 am to 10 pm only or are too far away from me requiring tolls to get to them. No matter how good something looks online, its always advisable to actually visit the site and meet the manager and staff before signing on.I was able to get to their address in Belleville without incurring tolls. Having worked in Belleville I am familiar with the area. Its a great town offering a storage facility in a building out of the past but with up-to-date amenities. At one time the turn-of-the-century building housed a candle making factory. There is convenient and ample parking.Christina, the store manager, made me feel comfortable right away. She followed the current protocols of mask wearing, social distancing and use of hand sanitizer, which is available to anyone in various areas of the building. Christina is on top of her game; she really knows her business, easily quoting unit prices, making eye-to-eye contact and going over the steps to secure a rental from A to Z. She took the time to give me a tour of the land-marked building.Safety is always an issue, and I am glad that the facility has CCTV monitors throughout. I like the fact that they are able to discount the unit if you provide your own insurance to cover property loss or damage. Their rentals are month-to-month; you are not locked into any long-term contract. One caveat: right now there are no public restrooms in the facility, but they are in the process of rectifying that. Overall, you could not find a better place where the employees go above and beyond, making this rental storage facility a worthwhile experience for everybody. Thank you, Christina.

The Manager Anthony is very friendly, helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took his time and showed us around. Answered questions, and explain things to us that we didnt think of. The unit we got was at a great price, and its very clean. Go and ask for Anthony for the best service.

First time renting out a storage unit, the process was quick and simple. Anthony made my renting experience easy and quickly showed me to my unit. Prices are more reasonable than other storage places in the area.

My experience at Storage Rentals or America was probably one of my biggest mistakes. Unfortunately this place floods on the first floor and I have lost about 3000 dollars worth of tools and my motorcycle.. it took management 3 weeks to give me access to my now rusty and moldy stuff.. management has straight up lied and given me false information though out this whole ordeal. I do not recommend this facility to store your belongings.

I been trying to get in touch with them since flood and no one calling me I got 2 car loads of stuff to put in my storage since I move out of my house they tell you leave your number for appointment no one calls you backup stuff is I. Signing up only took 5 minutes.Update: I lost all my belongings from 2 units due to the flood. No call from anyone. I receive text messages, emails and phone calls when it is time to make a payment but no contact what so ever when my stuff is ruined? Unbelievable! They dont have their tenants information stored in the cloud or something to make calls? I cant blame them for the flood but the negligence and the way they are handling it makes me never want to do business with them again. I only found out because I drove there. I encourage everyone to just go there because they are not calling anyone back and the phone and computer systems are down. Also send an email. Its been over two weeks and tomorrow I have to go and clean out my units. Everything is still soaked and wet and the smell is horrendous. Ugh! 2021 sucks 😥

If you care about your personal items DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! I understand its an old building, but more of a reason to keep up on exterminating. I have been renting a unit and upon opening the door, you immediately can smell and see large amounts of mouse droppings. I went to the front desk and NO ONE was willing to help me. Spoke to District Manager Alex who was extremely rude and absolutely NO help whatsoever! My personal items can potentially get ruined in conditions as such. Not only is the facility not clean, but they raise your prices after being a customer for two months!!! Due to the lack of effort and very unresponsive actions of these employees and manager I will be taking this a step further to report to the Better Business Bureau about how you are handling such incidents. Again if you care about your belongings, choose another facility. If I could leave negative stars i would!!

Hi, just want to say I dont know what my life would be with out this storage facility, yes their are many but not like this, so close and convenient to my house.Giant on-site parking with multiple loading areas not like many off the highway places with a nightmare to park n load n unload .Management seems to keep the property extra clean and safe. Right off rt 21 easy to find .Iv been here for over 10 years and place does not degrade with all these years, very cool looking building .Current staff is amazing and extremely helpful for why issues I may have .3 key employees here I have to give credit to are.Starting with Chabeli, any help I ever need she has always assisted me with concern and courtesy.Iv recommended many people to this place because of her.2nd is Christina, I and a co worker oh a monthly basis do a big load in to this property and she is always 1 step ahead anticipating that no one is blocking the entrance to a specific load in area we use, so helpful .And 3rd Anthony .When ever chabeli or Christina may not be available to assist me he is always there, which I appreciate very much.Great place and great people

Thank you for the public acknowledgment but your office, I believe, is aware of the problem. We rented a unit and purchased the insurance. The unit flooded on July 10th, we weren’t alerted until July 13th and it ruined our couch and our mattress. We submitted photos and filled out all necessary paperwork only to be told your company won’t be covering anything damaged in a flood. I would highly advise anyone from using these services

This place seems to get better everytime. The staff is very helpful. I thought I had an issue and Christina helped. I would have wasted so much time because I wasnt paying attention. She got me squared away and im back on schedule for this move. I am so grateful

SROA Belleville was Perfect for what we needed. Staff was great. Location has multiple loading bays and access to get to our unit.

I walked in and was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Anthony he was very polite, gave me a tour of facility showed me some units and helped me with my storage needs I would def recommend this place.

Open 24 hrs which is great for the procrastinator in us all. Very accommodating leadership from Merrisa -- always follows up and follows through. Found a great unit and great promo pricing for me back in May. Also requested an adjustment for me due to recent price increases across the organization. Very happy with her customer service and glad to be doing business here. Added bonus: My stuff is unharmed and kept secure.

I had a good experience and I love the one lady worker with glasses she dope help you out alot. Only thing I didnt like THE OWNER HAD NO SYMPATHY WITH CORONA HIT NO DISCOUNTS NO WE WONT SALE YOUR STUFF YOU HAD TO HAVE THAT MONEY..I WOULD GAVE 5 STARS BUT THAT ONE THING.

This place just feels unsafe. The entrance does not have a gate. If someone gets in it would be quite easy to steal from the storage units. There are security cameras but I would honestly not be surprised if they were dummy cameras.

At first this place really came in handy, especially with the promo rate. However my rent has increased 30 dollars. They have placed a lock on my unit and refused to cut it off for weeks after being paid, which resulted in my inability to access the unit. There is never anyone to answer the phone and I was told the only person who could unlock my unit had the day off at noon(in a case where I needed access to my medication). The lighting is also very scary at night. I am withdrawing my things from here as soon as possible.

From the time I got there until the time I left I felt that the staff were attentive and helpful in every way possible. Friendly, and informative at every chance.

Was shown the facility and made aware of all the entrance and exists. I didn’t find any hidden charges. Instead I got a nice discount. I am yet to move my stuff and see atleast one season before I update my review
