Recently had to switch storage facilities due to the one we were previously at being flooded from the recent hurricane. Oyuky was extremely informative, helpful, and made the transition smooth. We were laughing and joking around the whole time which made the process seem to go so much smoother. I had a wonderful experience from customer service online to in person with the manager of the storage unit location in Belleville, NJ. The manager was very informative and show me the different size units they had available. The prices were the same as quoted on the phone with the customer service rep who was in another state. The manager help me figure out which unit would best fix my needs. I would highly recommend this company and location.

I visited Extra Space Storage in the Spring and was so impressed all around. It was accessible, super-clean and the service was outstanding, which was why I returned today to rent a unit. The agent made certain I had the unit that best fit my needs. I have great peace of mind that my items will be secure here and this will be my one stop for all my storage needs!

Extra Space Storage charged me a lower internet price when I signed the agreement. 3 months after, Extra Space automatically charged a different much HIGHER amount without my knowledge. BEWARE of price increases without them telling you before renting their space. If you call them about it, your calls will not be answered and Store Manager will not honor the original agreed monthly rental price.

The way things are set up is straightforward and the facility is clean and easy to use. I’ve especially appreciated the manager (Oyuky Tiburcio) who has been gracious and helpful.

They seem to genuinely care about their customers. When I arrived, the lady introduced me to my storage space. She didn’t realize that it had two doors when confirming the order so she gave me an extra lock free of charge. Moving out was as simple as the click of a button and selecting a date. They even provided me water while I moved all of my things!

Amazing experience! Both employees in the office worked together to assist me and my storage needs. They broke down everything to me and my daughter in Spanish since that’s my first language.They were thorough, kind and fast. She was always courteous of my time and worked around my schedule. I never felt rushed and she made sure I was in the proper size before I made a commitment. She went through every step with a gentle smile and warm approach. Customer service is my specialty and I would give this an official seal of approval.Now on to the unit itself.It was very well lit and clean . Im 90%certain I smelled flowers and perfume. The elevators run smoothly and they are very spacious. They even have carts to assist with the move! Honestly how many places offer that?If I could give more stars I would.The only thing I can say is it would be a shame if anyone went to different storage facility. They would be missing out,greatly

Great experience from the moment I walked in. Oyuky was beyond helpful and patient with me as I toured the facility looking for the perfect unit. In the end I settled on a unit larger than I need and for more than I expected to pay but the great service, patience and convenience of the unit I selected offers some peace of mind. I have not used another facility in the past to compare but based on my experience I recommend Extra Space Storage and Ms Oyuky one hundred times over. Quiet and clean facility, great location (close to Newark, Belleville and Bloomfield) and the ease of accessing the property make this a perfect choice.

First and foremost the place is very clean unlike other storage places.I went in to inquire about rates and was walked through the process I would take if I were to rent a storage unit and pleasantly surprised to how it’s not that expensive an addition to that the workers are very polite and very informative

My husband and I visited this factory and inquired about renting a unit. We were greeted by Jessica and Pan, both very nice and pleasant. Jessica explained to us about monthly pricing and sizes of the unit. She took us around the facility abs showed us a unit. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The facility was spotless. Although we don’t need the unit at this time we will definitely be going back.

Bryant and Pam were absolutely phenomenal in accommodating my husband and his motorcycles with a great 10x20 unit to the point that they even had the gate sensors adjusted to detect the weight of his bikes so that he wouldn’t have any issues exiting this beautiful facility.That’s going “above and beyond” in my book. This place is so clean perfectly positioned. There’s even a brand new WAWA being built just a few yards away! =)We are truly happy with our unit and the customer service given!!! A+

The facility is new, secure, clean, and well managed.Also well monitored with CCTV coverage.Been here for 2+ months, absolutely no issues.Other area storage locations have people squatting in the units, bump rates up quickly, and are sold and quickly detioriate..Looking forward to being here for years to come.

But what really sets it apart is the service from Pamela and Bryant. They go above and beyond for their customers, are friendly and enjoyable to deal with, and work with you on all of your requests. My original reservation was lost when their system updated, and with no hesitation, Bryant honored my request and made sure I walked out of the facility with the unit I needed and that I was happy.
