I needed a small storage space to keep my extra classroom materials. Didnt want to pay a whole lot and found life storage in my Google search. While reserving online,I had a few questions so I called the number and the rep was very helpful and reserved a unit. The next morning I received a call to confirm I was coming in on Sunday to look at the spaces. The day of I got another call from Patricia who confirmed as well. I went to see the spaces and Patricia was there. Very nice answered all my questions, showed me the 2 spaces I inquired about and got me squared away. Nice, clean location, and polite staff. Quick and easy sign up. Although I wish the price was a bit cheaper they have the first month free which was a good deal.

It is safe, clean, convenient and staff is professional. You can rent your unit(s) online. Units are easy to excess regardless of whether the unit is on the ground floor or upper levels. I was quite impressed with the entire process.

Ms. Maggie was incredibly helpful and remarkably personable - a breath of fresh air that I don’t come across that often in today’s customer service. She made recommendations for me, offered examples, and went the extra mile for me. I greatly appreciated the experience at what was a rather anxious time of transition for me. She absolutely is an asset to Life Storage who is deserving of every accolade.

My stuff is covered in mold and the container they’re in is full of water. This is after I told them there was a leak and they played it off. I’ll update the review when they fix the situation.

I explained to her my storage unit needs & she gladly walked me through the available units. Long story short, within 20 minutes, I was out with a new storage unit at a very competitive price! Highly recommend.

They constantly go up on their prices. I witnessed a friend of mine get one price for a parking space and tried to charge me a higher price and Ive been with them for about four years.

Moving is quite possibly one of the most stressful things on the planet. My situation was more difficult than most but having people like Magaly and Patti helped take such a big load off! Kindness is such a rarity these days but their warmth and helpfulness made the whole experience that much easier. I can’t thank them both enough! The unit is easy to access, affordable and I was even able to use the truck on site to assist with transportation of my furniture. Absolutely recommend over and over!

I have used this facility for several years . The staff are great and very helpful. It was clean and never had a problem with rodents or bugs. The hours are convenient and overall a great experience.

Although i havent used their services i must say they have lots of customers going in and out so that must be a good thing ..it shows they are a good running buisness. And they been here for many years at that location. So give it a try you cant lose.

The staff at this location is terrible. They are a dishonest company. Rented their truck and drove no more than 8 miles because it’s less than 4 miles to my house and 4 miles back. Their system said that I drove 15 miles. Absolutely no way. Make sure you confirm mileage before you leave and TAKE A PICTURE. Totally dishonest!!

Total rip-off once it changed hands, when it was Lackland they cared for their customers needs and it was inexpensive and they worked with you...I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. The upkeep is blah & you overpay for their units.

This place is close to my home so it is convenient to get to whenever I need to grab something. Also having an online account is super easy to make payments and update any information if I cant make it to the office.

I rented two parking space for two vehicles, I was leaving on vacation, two days before I was leaving I called to verify my price I was given over the phone, and then gentlemen I spoke with at the Belleville location wanted $333.00 for two parking space, which was more then the price I had reserved on Saturday, I got upset and cancelled my reservation. Horrible place dont rent from this place.

This storage facility is a dump. I lost valuable household items because the unit was infested with rodents. In addition, the unit leaked. I stored household items, including two sets of mattresses and they were completely ruined and covered with rodent feces and water stain!! Immediately upon discovering the condition of my unit, I reported it to the management office. I informed them of the condition of my unit and also told them that I was not going to clean out the unit because of my extreme fear of rodents. Management had the audacity to sue me for non-payment!! The only reason my rating is one star is because without giving them a star Im unable to post - trust me they have not earned a star. :( You have been warned ... avoid this place like the plague!!!!

Horrible service I’ve been having a unit for a little over a year they have homeless drug users living out there storage and now today I come to my unit only to find that over $1,000 worth of my items have been stolen only to find out that the unit next time mine the owner and her boyfriend were stealing my stuff because my stuff is in there waiting on police which they say it’s not the first time I will be moving out immediately
