The manager here (Leta) is fantastic. We had no issues getting the unit size that we needed. You need a code to get in and out which we like a lot. Indoor unloading is great, too! The price of the lock (almost $19) was a bit much but if you have your own you can use it as long as it fits and you bring it to the paper signing.

4 bc i am not renting, just helped move in/out. So i do not have office experience here. But the place is really neat! The drive in and climate control aspects are awesome! The facilities were clean and in good repair. There are carts for easy move from vehicle to unit. And most important, it seems like the goods are safe, and we felt safe in there working. If you need storage, this type place is the way to go.

Great service! Renting the unit was easy. The fact that the center is a drive in was a huge attraction when decided on getting a unit. The center is very safe, well lit, and very well maintained.

Every time we go, its always neat and clean. If you have nice things to store, this is the place to go. Its climate control which is great when you have nice furniture, clothing, antiques and family heirlooms. Im very happy we picked this place. Employees are always friendly.

Ok to call customer support, but the gm, district manager and district vp... They dont care about the customer experience at all. They do not even take the time to contact you back when u have a problem... Smh. Talk about a horrible...

It was very easy to online book. Once I went to the site, I was greeted by Quiana, who could not have been more helpful. She literally greeted me at the front door (even held it open), then gave me a welcome bag complete with a handwritten Thank You note and walked me through the whole process of accessing my spot. She walked me to the location to make sure I could find it. The facility itself is very clean and well-run. I would highly recommend it.Edit after one month: This location has a high volume and unfortunately they don’t have many carts to move things. If you come on the weekends or evenings you may want to bring your own cart or you will be stuck moving your items by hand one-by-one.

Its a little pricey but thats the cost of the professionalism and service. The unit was the exact size we needed. Our family bought a house in the area and knew that our things were going to be in the exact condition we left them. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends!

The facility was nice. The manager came off disrespectful a few times talking to me as though I’m a dummy and lack common sense. Very condescending.when we initially purchased the contract she made it her business to somehow be in the area to the point of tagging the carts. Who steals storage carts?!?!

Once at the facility, first rate service finalizing the lease, accessing the facility and great follow up after getting unit packed. The facility is clean, efficient and completely accessible. They just opened and I could tell they were new. I never seen this place before but I need storage and this was my first stop! It looks very professional on the outside and the customer service is very professional! Prices are very good and everything seems perfect! I have had my fair share of odd storage units in my travels but this one is by far the best.
