I had a scheduled time to drop my jeep off for a alignment(8a.m) and told the guy that I lived a hour away but still would do the lifetime alignment and i would see them in a couple days. I gad to wake up at 4:45 am and take my girlfriends daughter to work 30 mins there 30 mins back. Then I got into my car and my gf got into the jeep and followed me to bellvile to make it by 8 and 7:55 just 3 mins away i get a phone call that they wouldnt be able to take my jeep in for the alignment right then that he would call me later and have me come in. I told him i was 4 mi s away could I just drop it off and he said no nc he didnt know if he could actually do it. I told him I have been up simce early doing everything to get here on time and that i wasnt going to drive home a hour then maybe later dive another hour there then hour back home then hour there to get it and then hour back home. I said i would another day and he said ok ill call you back to schedule a appointment. Then they never called me back. Its sad that i cant even get them to do what they advertise they do. They probably do this to everyone thay wants the lifetime alignment just so they dont have to keep doing it. Now my tire are eearing unevenly bc im still eaitimg to get in somewhere.

Even though he was short handed, the owner did everything he could to get me in to replace my tires and keep me posted on their progress. I also ended up getting an alignment and my filters replaced, so it took a little longer than I expected, but it needed to be done. I like how they also tell you what else isnt working or is on its way out but dont pressure you to get it done right away. At some point in the near future Im going to need a new battery and to replace my tire pressure sensors, but those arent immediate needs, so we can wait a little longer. I also like that their location was close enough to where Im staying that I was able to drop my car off and walk the mile back instead of waiting. The building is kind of old looking and didnt feel as clean as the one back home, but I didnt have to wait inside, so it wasnt a big deal.
Made an appointment at 9AM, dropped it off at noon, and received a call 2.5hrs later that they would not get to my vehicle in time. All I needed was a rear brake pad and rotor replacement. Mechanic refused to do it without charging a $10 brake inspection fee first. It took them 5.5hours after I scheduled an appointment for them to call and tell me they wouldnt even get to the inspection, and asked to keep my vehicle over the weekend to possibly fit in Monday.Mechanic refused to apologize and tried to paint it off as me being unreasonable and irate. All I needed was a call that they did not have time to see my vehicle. Period.Had to cancel my anniversary plans with my husband due to car not being repaired. Instead, we bought all the parts at AutoZone, invited a mechanic friend over, and had a great time learning to do it ourselves. So I saved myself a few hundred $$$, learned a new skill, and got to bond with my husband and a friend.Mechanics here are rude and completely disrespectful of their clients time and needs. I used this shop numerous times in the past, and their mechanics have gotten progressively rude over the years. This was my last time going there.
Rude staff, called and was told they could work me in the same day. Showed up 20 minutes later and told they would look at it in three days.
Customer satisfaction is more than just a motto but a goal to achievement this is what I found from this Franchise. Not all news is good news but they strive to make it helpful.

Was able to get my oil changed and out while I waited. Nice and helpful staff who helped with issues on my van that they were unable to fix at their location.
Time management is non existent. Had a 3 PM appointment. Upon arriving the gentleman informed me they are running 45 minutes behind. I said that’s fine and he said expect it to be done about 4:30. This is for an oil change and tire rotation. I made it back to the store at 4:45 and saw my truck sitting in the same spot. I thought maybe it’s done, wrong, it had not even been brought in to start the service yet. Guy behind the counter says “Hey man, they are getting it now to work on it.” Apparently they think no one has any thing better to do than sit and wait on a vehicle. Will not be back and will tell everyone to avoid. I’m writing this as I’m still sitting here waiting on my vehicle that was supposed to be serviced 2 and a half hours ago. Mark the actual guy who worked on the car was very apologetic, even informing me he was the only one back in the shop. But Kenny the service manager couldn’t seem to care less about how long it took.
The guys at the Belleville Firestone were friendly, attentive and helpful. They got my car in right away, and did a great job. Joe and his crew were also accommodating when i wasnt able to get my car right away after the repairs were completed. They kept it secure in their garage overnight until I could get there the next day.
First time there.Fixed tire fast and I will go there for now on.I wasn’t so smart I was using Walmart Auto.4 hrs for fixing one tire every time.Go to Firestone and get some good Firestone tires or others.
It cost a lot to remove engine light from one code to the next, even after diagnostic has been done, and you are charged $100 each Diagnostics. You cant win-trade it in save, is the best Choice when cost amasses.
Not a bad place but they could really work on their time management. Told me it would take MAX an hour to put my new tires on. I called ahead. Waited an hour because they told me to come in at 10:00. Got there ahead of time and they took my car back. Well it’s 11:24 and my vehicle is still sitting there on the lift. Tires are off but nothing else has been done. Learn how to schedule appointments and honor the appointments that you make.
Be sure to talk with them about the services they are trying to bill you for before doing anything else! Went to get a tire repaired and ended up with an oil change tacked on despite not requesting an oil change at all. The fault is on me for not checking and asking appropriate questions after paying but I am just as disappointed in them for not even checking to see if I needed one.
I had an appointment at 4:00 for an alignment done on my car. They said they were running late. Apparently they put a car ahead of mine on the alignment machine even though I was first and they told me they couldn’t get it done today since that car had the battery drained. Surprising I drove 1 hr for this and had an appointment. Wouldn’t recommend this place
Picture this if you will please. Im not from the area, didnt know that every possible sports and leisure hotel price raising event is going on simultaneously, and I have a tire destroying blow out. On the surface, not all that bad but I only had a certain amount of money available and I cant drive home on the spare. Ken took my call and listened to my situation and saved me 11 dollars for no other reason than he wanted to help me. If you dont take your vehicle here I might suggest you reconsider, you dont see people who really, really, care and dont talk about it, they are doing it now. Thanks again for everything!!!
Every time I come to this location, the guys are great! They handle everything well, they do the work in a quick, timely manner and they always give me the best service. Pricing is exactly where should be; these guys will treat you right!
My mom had a nail in her tire and we were nowhere near our home/local mechanic. They got us in right away and fixed her flat. Everyone was nice and we were back on the road shortly.
Had an 11am appt this past wk for new Firestone tires. Friendly polite guys but super slow.Only 2 technicans working in shop & 2 techs behind the service counter which is totally unnecessary. Finally got out there 2pm. Would suggest you look at vehicle & study bill before paying.Later I noticed they failed to put my air valve caps back on 2 of my 4 tires. Sounds menial but Im also going to call them about an overcharge on my bill.I Will not use this place again.
Always have had great experiences here and have taken vehicles here for 12 years. They have handled old and new trucks/cars.
I scheduled an appointment with them to get new tires they said they had to order them and they’d be here in a week. A week goes by they don’t have the tires because they didn’t order them terrible customer service.

This was my first time going to this Firestone and the staff was very friendly. I was a walk in and although they had many appointments, they took care of me in a timely fashion. The building could use a huge makeover! It looks dirty and rundown. The waiting area needs major renovations!

ONE OF THE MECHANICS LEFT MY AXLE LOOSE THEN THEY ACT LIKE I DIDNT KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT THEN ANOTHER MECHANIC FIXED IT AND HE SAID IT WAS LOOSE THE MANAGER TRY TO ROB PEOPLE OUT OF THEY MONEY BY ADDING PROBLEMS I SPENT $1,000 ON MY IMPALA AND HE WANTED TO PUT TIRE RODS ON IT THEN I SAID NO 15 MINS LATER MY AXLE MELTED TO MY WHEEL HUB

I was told I had a small EVAP leak the first visit. Went back to get it fixed and then they tell me I actually dont have an EVAP cap, like you couldnt have told me that before. And then made me pay $50 for something they couldnt even fix
