Exceptional, quick service and value! They were definitely looking out for me, the customer, when they offered to contact the dealer to verify if proposed maintenance was covered under any warranties or recalls. Depending on the time it takes to perform maintenance, they will provide a loaner vehicle! I will return for my next maintenance issue. A+!

This is the first automotive business I’ve been to that truly puts the customer first. I had my oil changed, rear differential flushed and transmission flushed in the same day. They understand that not everyone is a mechanic and don’t make you feel stupid for asking questions. They make recommendations based on the needs of the customer vs the needs of their pocket book. Hands down the best in the area. Chad has done an amazing job with this business and I hope he’s able to continue to deliver a great experience and service!

I had a major repair done very professionally and quickly. I was blessed to find this place since I was just passing through on the interstate. These people are honest and good. Did not mind the cost at all since you generally get what you pay for. I feel it was meant to be the sequence of vents that brought me to Mission Accomplished and Brad. What a great experience. Restores my faith in real humanity.

Services were fine but labor charges were extreme. My receipt states 2 hours labor. When I questioned it the response was they already had tires off, so I gave them the benefit of that. Total labor costs were $543.82. That breaks down to $181.00 an hour Labor. Standard labor charges are 65.00 an hour at dealerships,so I won’t be using them again.

I went to a local vavoline for an oil change and they rounded out my oil plug and then denied doing it.. I took it to Mission accomplished and they were so helpful and lighthearted. 10/10 would recommend!Thanks guys!

I can not say enough about Mission Accomplished. They are hands down the best around! Excellent customer service, great prices, easy to schedule and the best part... the work is always top notch. Chad in the front office is wonderful. He always has a smile and greets everyone with enthusiasm. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers, the shop and his coworkers. Chad will call or text what needs to done and keeps me informed on the cars progress. All the mechanics are very friendly, professional and willing to stop and explain what has happened/needs to be done. That is very hard to find now a days. I never feel like Im a number. All my family and friends are customers for life too.

I purchased a new set of tires for my Denali HD truck. Chad was very helpful and gave me a great price. They got me in quick got my tires changed and I went away a happy guy. I did have problems with a tire leaking off a little bit of air. Turns out it was just not seated real good on the rim that had some chrome peeling off. Their technician Dalton took care of me and got me back on the road quick. I will definitely buy more tires from mission accomplished. I love the ride of the new tires and we just got snow and the thing no longer slides around feels much safer.

The people giving this place 5 stars are the people you need to listen to. All you have to do is walk into the shop and see the equipment they have to understand that theyve spared no expense here in order to be the last shop you need for anything. The Mechanics have $20k+ boxes alone (lets not talk about the content of those boxes) so you know theyre serious about their Trade. They use Milwaukee tools too and I dont let anyone work on my cars without using the best tools, lol. I had a huge job done, in half the time that I was expecting and at a better cost than I would have gotten anywhere else Ive gone to. David will be my go to mechanic from now on.

If I could give more stars, I would. Chad was awesome and his team did an excellent job keeping my 2001 on the road. If you need work done on your vehicle, do not look any further than here!!

We took our truck to Mission Accomplished to get an issue fixed that the Nissan dealership couldnt get done correctly. The job was done correctly in one day. We also needed new tires so we let them do it at the same appointment. Job was done correctly and on time. Will use again and would recommend to anyone needing work done.

This place is amazing. The best mechanic shop Ive ever been too compared to where I went when I got my Volkswagen originally fixed in Colorado. Definitely will be coming back if I have anymore issues with my car. Best communication they have with you and really amazing pricing. Thank you EVERYONE for helping me fix my broken car. I took my 2003 Toyota SUV here. I was not having problems, just needed the vehicle to get annual service. Chad and his mechanics reviewed the vehicle made recommendations and completed them in a timely fashion. The work was well done well. It drives better than in the last year. Honest, knowlegeable and dependable are words to describe this facility. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I have taken 4 vehicles here for the past 5 years when I cant/dont want to do the work myself. The team is always honest about pricing and better than anywhere around. Dont take it to a dealer service department, take it to Mission Accomplished.

I left my wifes car in their care for a couple of weeks, and it still only took them days to fix our issue. The prices are more than desirable, and their work, considering I last visited in August and it is now December, was phenomenal.

Man do I miss these guys! We were stationed at Scott AFB from Sep 2011 to Mar 2016. I started going to Joel a few months after we arrived. Hands down this guy is the real deal. On a long drive while passing through the area my car had a major issue with overheating. After another shop told me they wouldnt even recommend repairing the car and gave me an exorbitant estimate. I called Mission Accomplished, based in part on the reviews I read. They did an incredible job. While the repair was still expensive, the price was much more reasonable than the other shop had quoted, they worked hard to get to the root of the problem (including coming in really early one morning to fit in diagnostics and repair so I could get back on the road). I will be moving to the area this summer and plan to make these guys my regular mechanics. Thank you!

Odd scenario I had to leave a positive review about since my truck isnt fixed after having it checked out, twice. I couldnt be more impressed with the service and integrity shown at mission accomplished. If I cant get it fixed myself, it is safe to say that they will be my go to auto shop.

I have had 3 vehicles go there for everything from transmission flush to complete vehicle overhaul. They are BY FAR the best in the area. Always honest, always willing to work with you, always professional, and always thorough. I cannot recommend this garage enough. If I cant fix it myself I will always take it to this shop.

Helped me diagnose a tick for free. The fix was a bad plug. Another shop quoted $1400 and said I needed an oil pump. Ill definitely go back to Mission Accomplished.

Great! I trust them with my car. Had electrical problems with my GMC, so I took it to 2 different mechanics and the dealership. The first place wouldnt even work on it, the second place and dealership said they couldnt fix it and said it was due to an aftermarket radio, then charged me a couple hundred dollars for the labor. My neighbors recommended Mission Accomplished and they were right! He fixed my car and a couple other things that were on the list at a very reasonable price. Dont expect a fancy building or waiting area though, they are all about the garage space and cars.

I picked up a nail or something in my tire and had been driving back from Florida, so I was exhausted. They got me in right away, patched the tire and had me on my way. I didnt catch the ladys name that was working up front but she was very nice and polite.

My girlfriends truck broke down on the road in front of this shop and these nice people got to it first thing the next day. They got the problem taken care of quickly and for a very reasonable price.
