Dropped of my 914 took over one year to fix and it never ran correctly maybe the know 911s but dont bring in anything else....
Amazing service, the owner David is very kind helped me out a ton I’m very thankful to have found this repair shop definitely coming back again!
I stopped by so I could get my oil changed to head back home to Ga. Everything was pleasant. Car was done in a timely fashion he even installed headlight bulbs for me. VERY WELL PLEASED!!!
Highest recommendation for excellent service. Rich and his staff really know their Porsche products well and solved a problem in one visit on my 2006 Cayman that the dealerships could not. Saved me hundreds of dollars because Rich listens to what the customer is saying and can apply his skills and knowledge to get to the root cause of what is happening. He has the versatility to cope with new tech issues just as well as race preparation for classic 911s. Now I am delighted with my car and will never consider taking it anywhere else for expert care and flawless operation.
ROCS is hands down the best Porsche/BMW shop around and I will not take my cars anywhere else. Rich and Vic have a broad wealth of knowledge and their work is top notch. Now that they are focusing on BMW and Porsche only I am sure that this great shop will become one of the best in the business.
Called to inquire about ordering a set of BBS rims and Continental tires late one afternoon and had my call returned very promptly. They were able to get all of the rims and tires in very quickly, while 3 other shops had told me it would be at least a week. Not only that, they had them installed within 3 days of my initial call on a Saturday during a time that they would normally be closed at. The whole process was a breeze from start to finish, I will definitely be using them again for other aftermarket services.
Without a shadow of a doubt, this is the only place I will let my car be serviced or repaired. the guys there (Vic, Rich and the staff) are the best at what they do. The job was done once and was done the right way. No other so called specialist, not even the dealer would ever lay hands on my car other than the team @ R.O.C.S.They have been with me since day one and treated me as one of their own. You guys will always have me as a customer.
Absolutely the best I am so fortunate to have found R.O.C.S to work on my Porsche. They are honest, professional, expert mechanics of classic and late model Porsche and BMW vehicles. Their pricing is very good, and they take the time to communicate and show you what needs to be done and why.Then... they do exactly what they say they will do.They help you appreciate and respect the remarkable engineering of these cars and work to keep the costs of owning one down so you can enjoy it.Their staff took the time to source the right parts for me, find solutions to fit my budget and thoroughly diagnose a complicated problem...all without the giant bill you would get from the Porsche dealer.I live over an hour away from the R.O.C.S shop. I dont mind the drive from Cherry Hill NJ (near Philadelphia) to bring them my car because they sincerely know what they are doing. It is worth the trip because and I can trust them 100% to fix any mechanical issues, stand behind their work, and make exceptional performance improvements as well.Rich and Victor run a first class operation. I have never written a review online but felt compelled to share what a great experience I have had working with them and what a great shop this is.Best wishes.
Had some complications with my wheels and they were able to help in a timely fashion
I was excited to find a local repair shop with European car expertise. They quoted me a fair price for my 2010 Audi Q5 55K maintenance. I also mentioned a window washer light that Id like them to look at, Well it turns out I needed front brake pads. So add that to the cost and were at $875. They had the car for a 1 1/2 days. Left feeling good about the shop since they took the time to show me the worn pads. Noticed they didnt fix the window washer light so I immediately brought it back. Said they to bring it back the following week. Ok. Im thinking they would repair the sensor w/o charging me again for labor. They instead charge me $4.50 for washer fluid, $20.00 for a sensor and $95.00 for labor. I topped off the fluid so no way I needed 1.5 liters.Worst than that they tell me I didnt bring it in initially for the windowwasher issue. Two things I dont like, Nickel and dime and being lied too. I suppose I could have been more direct but I assumed they were going to take care of the problem and keep their word. Its OK. Id suggest new customers to get it in writing. Have them call before doing the work .Trust and repair shop dont go together.
Really great service and extremely nice people. Takes time out of their busy schedule to do additional checks/explain things to you.
Great guys for Rolls Royce and Bentley parts. Also very helpful if you are new to the Porche market like me. Sometimes they are hard to get ahold of but thats because they are busy working! Ive used them since 2005 when they first serviced my 76 Shadow. Never had an issue with a repair nor a component from them. Even 10 years after its last visit all their work on my Shadow has held up. Look no further then ROCS.
I have never written an online review, but these guys are so good it would be criminal not to. I have a 98 Z4m and R.O.C.S is the only place I take it. I was initially going to purchase a used Porsche Boxster S. The dealer told me that the car needed some minor work. I reached out to R.O.C.S to get an estimate for a diagnostic test. Ric actually came out and met me at the dealership (right before I bought it) looked at the Porsche for 2 minutes and told me to run. He could tell from the color of the exhaust smoke that there was a leak in the motor and antifreeze was mixing into the exhaust system. He also referred me to a quality site to buy Porshes. Although I ended up buying a Bimmer, the experience left an indelible impression on me. To Ric, Vic and the rest of the staff. Thank you for your professionalism and high standards all around.
