Everyone on here talks about the gear customer service, and it sounds like the same person wrote most of these reviews. Me, I looked at th prices. To buy my Chromebook, outright, Target prices are half of this. Renting probably costs even more

The customer service here is phenomenal had an issue and the manager took care of it in an instant the delivery driver is nice friendly and makes sure everyone is on the same page when it comes to the terms of everything. Never feel harassed when payment time comes around. Highly recommended

WOW! I have been without a refrigerator since June 17th. Its under warranty but due to the pandemic, LG is not able to get to me until Aug 24th. Joshua from Rent One called me and quickly walked me through the process over the phone. I went to the store to set up a monthly rental until mine is fixed. I was greeted with a smile from Joshua! He got me in and out in less than 20 minutes and my rental fridge will be delivered tomorrow! All this chaos... he made me feel like I was part of the family! Thank you Joshua! Dont ever leave!
