Although our owners manual clearly states to call Peerless for service, the parts manager repeatedly interrupted me and then when I didnt stop talking immediately, he stated if I would just listen and let him talk. He completely ignored the fact that I was responding to a question he had asked in order to mansplain about how he had been there for 41 years and hes never dealt with my stove, despite having written documentation of who has serviced the stove in the past. Extremely well made products, built to last a life time. If I ever sell my home and have to give up my Premier Range, I will happily purchase another.
The spark module went out on our 16 year old range. When I called, a knowledgeable parts representative told me the part I needed to order, even though the range is discontinued. When the part came, I called for instructions and the parts representative talked me through where to locate the module. I replaced it by myself and saved an otherwise good range from the landfill! Very pleased with the great service.
I bought an ADA stove from this company. Ive had to exchange one already because the door wasnt built properly, it doesnt seal, theres a big gap in it. Well the second stove was the same way so apparently theres a quality control problem. The replacement stove I believe is worse, when I turn it on to bake something the door doesnt stay closed It actually pops open and stays open. Needless to say the outside of the door and around the surrounding area becomes extremely hot making it incredibly unsafe. Im now stuck with this stove that I paid quite a bit of money for that I didnt realize wasnt working properly because I dont use the oven that often, and now its been over 90 days. This has been an overall horrible experience and I cant imagine this company being proud of this product.

We purchased a brand new electric range the end of May 2017 that did not work properly soon after we got it (ie It only worked on broil). It took almost a month of me *trying* to get in touch with someone, to get the oven repaired under manufacturers warranty, until a repairman finally came out. His repair made the oven go from working on broil, to not working at all. I called back and after almost 2 weeks was finally authorized to get a replacement stove from Lowes. After ALL of that, they sent me something that must have come from their scratch and dent selection. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in their customer service, service department, and their resolution of this issue. I will make it a point to try to discourage people from going with this brand.
