One of the best hardware stores I have been to in a while. Absolutely amazing customer service from the cashier and one of the managers. I would highly recommend getting my supplies here for any work you might need. Honestly for such a medium-sized store they have a decent amount of inventory.

Glad I came here, went to 3 different home depot to look for Milwaukee 1/2 inch impact wrench and none in stock. Thanks to the worker there for the fast help.

Half of the time they dont have what I require in inventory. The shop is effectively run by kids who are indifferent and do not know anything about hardware. Hours of operation are too short. I really try to support local but there is really no incentive to do so with this establishment.

Customer service at the end was superb, but was lacking initially when asking for assistance. But glad we got got what we needed. Overall, as usual, great service, but a rocky start.

I visited many hardware stores, but this was one of the most clean and neat places with incredible helpfully and knowledgeable staff. If they were a bit closer to my house, it would be the only hardware store I would go to.

During this pandemic I’ve come to rely more on the smaller stores. Moison has done well by me, and I’m sure many others. Online and curbside have worked really well. Thanks for everything you guys are awesome and appreciated! You will do well even after this passes.

Wow! I was completely out of bird seed and had many birds and a few chipmunks looking for something to eat. I called ACE Hardware in Bedford and they were WONDERFUL!!! I am over 60 and didn’t want to go into the store. The young man who answered the phone said he would be happy to process my charge and call me back when the seed was ready. I drove near the door, popped the trunk and he was all ready to put the seed in my trunk!!! A very kind young man! And what a great company!!!!Michelle

Went to get an unchipped remote key cut for my scion. Id gotten it off eBay and programmed it myself. Brad let me know that even though they were using a laser cutting machine, he couldnt guarantee the results as it wasnt their blank. We went ahead and it was a perfect fit. The procedure cost me a dollar plus tax.

Been trading there for over 4 years-right after they took overbought many a things- 3 stihl chainsaws, chains, a generator, snowblowers (2) and even all the miscellaneous you and the store is 14 miles from residence.You dont even think about price there because it is the service during and after the purchase---- that is priceless, including servicing what you buy there--The way it should be--try-it

Excellent service and selection. Helpful people. Clean and well organized. Yes you do pay for the convenience but the bigger stores are much further away and when you need something basic its not worth the trip to the other stores.

The price is outrageous, staff friendly, store clean, selections limited. If you know what you want go to Home Depot. If you want to talk to somebody who may not know more than you do then go there for a nice afternoon chat. They are neighborly for sure. It is a nice walk from Stop & Shop.

I enjoy the fact there is a locally owned hardware store in the center of my town. What I do not enjoy is how they take advantage of this with consistently higher prices than other area hardware stores. Otherwise it is a clean store with helpful staff.

I came in to buy a chainsaw made by Stihl after having bought several other products here in the past. Stood around waiting for a customer service person for more than 20 minutes and when he arrived he didnt know anything about the products for which they are supposedly certified dealers. The only thing that is well staffed in the store is the cash register. If you actually want information about the products, forget about it unless you have an hour to waste waiting for them. And then when they do finally get around to helping you, they dont know much more than whats on the label of the products. That was my last trip to Moison Ace Hardware!

The only reason I stopped here was to buy the only Black and Decker trimmer left in the area otherwise would have stuck to Big box stores or Amazon. No wonder smaller hardware stores are out of business. The staff here is clueless and stuck in the 50s plus the inventory and prices are outrageous. Online Ace offers coupons and discount but in store there is nothing. Staff could care less if I bought there or go somewhere else and they did no price match. Place is not a great place to buy yard equipment let alone anything else. Skip it!!
