Found an item I like on shelf display a few weeks ago. Was told they werent sure when they would get more, that they kinda just get whats sent to them. Wasnt offered to have it ordered, so I go back as i said a few weeks later to see the display still there and this time the item is even on sale but yet still do not have any in stock. Disappointing. Great prices and nice store though

Very friendly cashier and very helpful. I always enjoy going into store knowing I can get what I need for a great price and have the staff no exactly where its so Im in and out. Most time. I do get the dear in headlights around some power tools and leave 50 to 60 dollars less then I planned.

Always enjoy shipping here. So much so that I have their credit card and their members program, but I do wish they would bring back the free and 20% off coupons. Those were awesome, and I always spent so much more money just going in to get a free item.

Had what I wanted, very helpful and friendly staff.

I asked the kid working there if they had a suction cup dent puller. He said we have regular suction cups if that would pull a dent. I guess thats what you get at China freight. Shouldve just went to a real parts store in the first place. Had one at OReillys for 11$. Was a good laugh for the day though.

Bedford is hands down the worst Harbor Freight in our area. It’s worth the drive to go to Seymour. The employees here are either completely incompetent or the POS system at this store needs thrown in the dumpster. It should NOT take over 10 minutes to check one customer out after you’ve scanned their last item. I left my $75 worth of stuff on their counter and left as I was tired of waiting.

This place is a great place to Buy the simple things. You get what you pay for is what it amounts to. These are all Chinese brand tools parts and supplies so count on failure being part of buying cheap stuff.

Helpful & friendly staff, good prices with special pricing on many items every week. A poor mans Lowes. They have warranties & guarantees on many items if they do fail. Only gripe is the 10% restocking fee on some items if you return them.

They have alot of different things from other stores and great prices its fun to go there.

Its harbor freight, what can you say? If you took $1000 dollars to spend, youd need a dump truck to haul all you could buy.

They don’t appear to have a whole lot actually in stock, they don’t sell display models either. I waited for a while for someone to help me and no one showed up even after the request was made.Sad thing was I was sent from the bloomington store for the same thing. They’re only advice was to order it online as they don’t know when they’ll get more in.

American Flags for $7.99! and not just printed cheap ones but nylon with embroidered stars.

No signs indicate they close an hour early for “COVID cleaning.” Traveled 25 miles for nothing. I’ll drive to Louisville from now on. The management at this location is completely ridiculous.
