When I walked in, five people without masks were immediately visible. I was in the minority in wearing one. Businesses should be holding their customers to their mark policies. It keeps people safe and comfortable. If a business has a sign outside requiring masks, then they should be enforcing it like they would a no shirt, no shoes, no service sign.

I like it way better than the other stores because its less crowded so I have less chance of catching COVID and dying.

Usually have great experiences at the Bedford Indiana Tractor Supply. But they need to enforce pets in their store being on a leash. Just had a loose Rottweiler get aggressive with my 7 month old blue heeler puppy.

Pretty good Except I thought that they would have more mower belts than they did. Since they sell mowers and advertise Cub Cadet belts. I settled on a Husky brand drive belt. Hope to get at least 300 hours out of it.

The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I appreciate that the carry the No Sugar Added Apple Butter and other items from a local Apple Orchard. They also carry local honey from The Honey Farm!

There is nothing bad here. It is easily accessible for everyone. The staff is helpful and courteous. The store itself is always well stocked and clean. The selection on products I fine to be adequate.

I used to love this store and its prices. For the past year, the customer service, employees, and cleanliness has gone to a disgusting level. I bought some feed that was on sale, but it turns out the stock workers placed it under the wrong sign. When brought to the managers attention, they said they cant discount it at all, even if it was their fault. The floors have more sticky stuff than a fairground, and everyone from the manager down, has an awful attitude, everytime. Even if just asking about where something is located. The manager rolled her eyes, it took 5 different trips of walking from one worker to another to find out what I needed to do, and not a single employee came to my aid. This is a very common practice in stores. I dont understand what the issue was. Things like this happen every time I enter this place, to the point where I have bad vibes and just never go here anymore. The entire atmosphere feels like everyone hates there jobs. I even had one employee tell me she was scared to make any decisions, or spend too much time helping me because she would get in trouble. What?? And the carelessness has attracted the young generation of obnoxious kids, goofing off, being loud, and never end up buying a thing. This is no longer a few times. This is the past 6 or 7 times Ive gone here. Im not impressed with the service, employees, or the immature high school hangout it has become.

Went in today for the Pet Vet Clinic to get our dog updated on her rabies vaccine. Pretty good value at $22 total for a three year vax. I’m impressed, especially since her regular vet doesn’t offer the three year vaccine. They come to the Bedford Tractor Supply store once a month. We walked in, no appointment, no wait. They emailed me the rabies vaccination certificate. 👍While we were there we were able to grab some paint and fencing for a garden project we’re working on. Good place for one stop shopping. Family friendly.We also regularly shop here for quality dog food, DHLPP and Bordetella vaccines, permethrin, and ivermectin sheep drench. They have a great variety of animal supplies, including medicines.

My favorite store...I get my dog food, wild bird seed, decor, and sometimes clothes and boots...my granddaughter says its her fav store too!!😊

Have not had a bad experience to date, purchased a nice $50-60 dog bed for $10 on clearance on my last visit for my new Corgi puppy. That deserves a five star review in and of itself.

The ice cream was delicious! I loved the coconut, chocolate, almond ice cream.

I bought a push mower here, I had an employee come and confirm the price as what was posted was different than what was online. After he confirmed the sale price, i said i would take it, and he just responded with ok and just walked off, leaving me to go get a cart and load the mower onto it myself. Would have been nice if he would have offered a little assistance. Not a huge deal, but keeps me from giving a 5 star rating.

The young man that helped me was great. He answers the propane call when no one else wants to. :)

Good variety of things, also they have a vet that comes in a least once a month, if your on a tight budget this is a good option to get your pet shots and at least a basic check up, flea treatment etc.
