I shop at 𝐆𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐚𝐠𝐥𝐞 biweekly for my dairy, snacks, fruit 🍎 🍌 and frozen veggies 🌽 🥦. It’s pretty smooth in the morning and busier in the afternoon. The store associates are helpful and cool. They usually have everything I could need from household items to bread 🍞 from the bakery. The pharmacy is great too. Good shopping 🛒 spot !

A beautiful hidden treasure with all kinds of yummy groceries to purchase. Very organized store that was clean and neat. They had everything, I must return soon....

Basically nice store. However it would be great if they take a stand with regard to covid 19 mandates and use common sense.. I am vaccinated. One minute you have to wear a mask even if vaccinated and another you do not if vaccinated. It is frustrating . Also they are cutting cashiers and making more self serve. I find this disgusting. They need more cashiers and LESS self service. Giant Eagle can definitely do better in this regard.

This store was so rude, My first time at this location and I was not greeted in so I already Knew what type of Experience I was going to have. I had to ring my self out because only two people where open and they had lines! This store needs to do better! I wont shop at this location until they do better! At the end of my shopping experience they ask me to do a survey ! thats the only thing that was said to me while I was in the store !

Very slow service at that pharmacy and they dont answer the phone in a timely manner and i was on hold for 12 minutes...

I really like this location never really too busy and just calmer than the one in Maple. An less stuck up than the one in Beachwood and Solon. So yeah right now this is my current favorite in the area. The bakery staff did an incredible job on my kids cake. My kid was way happy and all the staff were super helpful. Highly recommend.

Great people that can deal with so much an still have a smile on their face. It can get ugly there during their busy hours due to it being a smaller GE. The employees are carrying this 5 star. It is a smaller GE so they dont carry everything a normal one would stock. Check out lines can get long and congested. Where are the Shopping baskets???

My shopping time was fine. Disappointed the Sugardale bacon was 7.99......hopefully that will change soon.

This is a small Giant eagle but if you need something in a hurry a good place to go

Not enough cashiers very limited food on the shelves had enough food at the hot food section only one person at the deli and the deli closes early so I had to travel to another Giant Eagle to get what I needed but the lady that works in the bakery is always nice

The lines are always overcrowed!! Thats a great thing for business but not for customers who are trying to make it back home. Plus, they dont always have the items that I need. I drive further, to another store, just to avoid the hassel...

Shopped at Market District in Solon earlier today and realized I forgot to grab cheese when I got home. Thought I would run in the Bedford location to grab cheese with my son. Grabbed cheese looked at the pastries and headed to the check out. Was followed by their security. Purchased my cheese and decided to go back and get the danish and went to pay for that. Security stood over my son and I while we checked out a 2nd time. My 11 year old son felt really uncomfortable and expressed how it made him feel when we got in the car. Will never shop at this location again even though it’s closer. Market District has better produce and fresh food anyway with less discrimination.

Giant Eagles have this Garlic and Olive Oil all natural ingredients that my girl told me about, and I used it for my seafood shrimp 🍤 🍤, crab legs🦀🦀, and lobster tail 🦞 that I got from my job Sams Club eveything taste so....darn good. I will purchase it from there for now on.

Dirty facility, staff is not helpful, selection is limited, there is -always- a long checkout line. Masks are NOT worn by most customers and those employees who do have masks dont wear them properly. I watched them sanitize the carts... youd be safer carrying your items.

I had a really bad experience there today - Im from out of town and not familiar with Giant Eagle, I was coming out of the Cuyahoga Valley park dehydrated and dizzy and needed to get some electrolyte drinks for immediate use plus some bottled water for later. I picked up what I wanted but I couldnt check out! I went to the first scanner and I couldnt start it without a loyalty card. I flagged down an employee (I didnt know what was wrong) and she plugged a number for me to use them when I tried to scan my first item, it didnt seem to recognize that I had put it down on the belt and wouldnt scan any more. That employee had walked away and the one behind me didnt answer (and I was in such a fog and so confused.) I have up and went to another scanner and seemed to be able to use that one without a card but when I told it I had a reusable bag, the whole station shut down and said to wait for an employee. After a couple of minutes, no one came and I just burst into tears and left! I could hardly stand up straight and I just couldnt get the scanners working and no one helped me. Looking back on it now that Ive had something to drink (bought at walmart) and eaten, I think the scanner was confused that my bag was too heavy - it was an insulated cold bag - but I really could have used some help and just didnt get it. And since I felt so sick, I didnt have the bandwidth to be patient and figure it out.

This is a great place to grab the things that you need, they have a spacious and comfortable location, they got speedy service and reasonable rates too.

Lets just say I will never ever ever ever ever get another cake from there again. It was lopsided and placed in a brown box. A waste of my money. Its an okay Eagle. I was wandering around for a good 20 minutes before I found the chicken broth and passed the same 3 employees while walking back and forth. I didnt ask where it was, but would have assumed one of them would have asked if I needed assistance, but again, I didnt ask either. Also, if youre not going to offer bags for the groceries there should be a sign on the door before you walk in so you can be prepared.

This is a nice place to shop for groceries. Everything is easy to find, and the staff is helpful.

Purchased a birthday cake for my sons 8th birthday...I ordered online in advance and was called the morning of pick up and advised they didnt have the kit for the cake I had selected and that I could go to Solon or Beachwood. Well, I needed the cake that evening so I asked if they had kits suitable for an eight year boy. They said yes and we settled on a basketball theme. I pick up the cake, the bakery is closed already, its about 5:30. The deli actually gets the cake for me and the cake looks awful...like a Thanksgiving or Halloween cake. I express my dissatisfaction but take the cake as I am hosting family in less than an hour. Now if the cake had tasted good I probably would not have written this review but it didnt even taste good. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I usually get cakes from Garfield Hts. GE, but I believed they were closed. I will NEVER purchase anything from this Bedford location again. The cake was dry and the frosting was terrible and it didnt look like an eight year olds cake. When I went to throw the cake away the next day it was so dry it wouldnt have even been edible if we wanted to eat it. GE Bedford, just awful and the baker/bakery should be ashamed.

Always long lines, never more than two registers open, what cashiers are working seem to be so overworked that they can barely manage a smile. Long wait for deli. Good luck finding assistance on the sales floor. Everytime I visit it reminds me how much I miss the Giant Eagle near my previous house and motivates me to move away from this area as soon as possible.

Tonight around 8pm while I was shopping for our weekly groceries, my boyfriend found an abandoned purse that belonged to an elderly woman who was at the customer service counter asking if someone had turned it in already. My boyfriend handed over the purse to the woman and recieved not a smile or even a plain thanks for the honesty, but make sure he didnt steal anything from TINA working at the customer service counter. Neither my boyfriend or I have even touched the zipper or had thoughts of stealing from an old lady.

Everything was stocked, and mostly all of the people were practicing social distancing. Over all a good experience.

It’s convenient clean and all the staff is polite and knowledgeable. It’s the only branch I go to when I go home.

Its my family grocery store. The employees are friendly and know what I want .and usually buy, so service is great. Always has whst I need. Its an older store, so bathrooms are old, but they keep the place as clean as can be expected. Self check out needs a lot of work, but add like every new thing, ..the bugs need worked out. I recommend this Giant Eagle Chain.

I must have showed up on a good day because no one was rude to me. Empty within an hour. Renovated bathroom and vending machines with everything from coffee to frozen dinners. No overnight parking & no parking once youre empty but really theres hardly any room there.

I like gocery but I just have watch the sales paper so I could get down to earth prices.

Establishment a little worn down looking. Yet clean. Obviously an older store. Staff was friendly and attentive though.

A lot of sale items were not in stock. They are yet to put prices on a lot of items in their store. Plus, there was only one lady to help all the cashiers. In which they needed a lot of assistance from her and no one to help the customers who needed help.

Can be rough using a wheelchair, so appreciative of your mobile scooter,. if you see a person that seems like they need a little more help. Be kinds get something off top rack it will certainly brighten both of you. Of this I am certain.

I love how fast and easy everything is to find because it isnt super big. But I wish they had more human cashiers. Most of the checkouts are self pay and they usually only have one human cashier.

Never Have To Wait Long At This Giant Eagle! Even on crowded days my wait time in line is never more than five minutes. Its always clean in there and stuff is easy to find. The only (petty) gripe I have is that the ATM machine doesnt allow you to make deposits, only withdrawals and customer service is slow.

The pharmacy had one of two prescriptions available. They were out of the other. They said they would send the other prescriptions info across the street if I had them call. As soon as I came over, they were too busy and I had to wait probably 15 more minutes for that with a child fresh out of surgery.

The store was not clean, nor was it well stocked. The items I needed were not available.

Very rude cashier. This place always is full of rude people. I only shop here if its the closest supermarket at the time.

Cashere and bag girl saw I had my own bags. Bag girl walked away texting. They didnt help bag one thing. As soon as I paid, mind you Im still bagging my own groceries, cashere got to texting and walked away. I remained bagging another 5 min by myself.Not to mention prices are too high for most items.

Love that its close to home. And its usually not very crowded. Just wish theyd give us back the nice shopping carts instead of the old ones they replaced them with.

Ashley with the glasses in the pharmacy has the absolute worse attitude and personality. You come to the pharmacy to get medication to help with pain or whatever you’re going through. Her customer service is a NEGATIVE. Awful. Even when you call she has the worse tone and presentation via phone. Bad service. If they get rid of her the pharmacy would be more approachable. When you see her I’d rather avoid and come back or go to a different pharmacy. She snatched my id out my hand as well.

I traveled to Cleveland from Cincinnati for work and stopped in this grocery store...the items I looked at were expensive. The store was old reminded me of an old Thriftway or IGA and the cashier asked me if I wanted to buy a bag...so apparently they dont provide bags.

The produce there always looks old and dying. The lady who works customer service is so rude, when asked for a bag her reply was I guess while rolling her eyes and gave it to me so I had to bag my own items as if I was asking her some absurd question. This happens every single time I go there. This is the closest grocery store to.my house and I go out of my way to never go there.

I wanted the 80/20 hamburger on sale for $1.99 a pound. There was none on the shelf as usual after 6pm & the meat department is closed. The area its placed in only holds a few packages. The grapes on sale...$.88 a pound were futher back in produce & not by the sale sign.

This store has the nicest people working there, out of any of the other giant eagles in the area. Very clean, and well organized.

I am so disappointed at the customer service there was not attendant at the customer service desk. This location is closest to my house were i will drive 15min to marlet district in solon or seven hill .

I do not usually shop at giant eagle but stopped on the way home. I was surprised how clean this store was. Customer service was on point when I had a problem. Very surprised but pleased with Bedford store.
