On two separate occasions, employers have stopped what they are doing to help me with something. With weekly sales and stacking Prime benefits, prices are frequently lower than the average grocery store. It smells amazing and I want to eat everything in that place!
Both the staff and the customers are very friendly. Its a wonderful change of pace.Im always happy with their hot foods.I feel refreshed coming out of their, instead of exhausted. 10/10 would recommend.
This Whole Foods is spacious and clean. Ive been going since they opened a few years ago and have never had a problem finding the right products. The parking can be a bit cramped as it shares some space with Trader Joes. In all, its a positive market experience
If you order online and go to pick up and you use the email they send you and tell them youre on your way just the way they said to, you will sit in your car in the parking lot and nothing will happen. Shaws does it better.
My boyfriend and I do our weekly grocery shop here every Friday and we love it! Everything at the store is so fresh and the products they offer are top notch. I love how many organic and natural things they offer. The bakery is AMAZING, sushi and other pre-prepared foods are great and their flower selection is prime. Everyone that works there that we’ve asked for help finding things has been great. The cashiers are all super nice. There’s one in particular (Kim) that we specifically go to every week if she’s working. She’s so sweet and we love chatting with her!
Shop there for best quality. Plant based
I absolutely LOVE this shop! The aisles are clean and organized. The staff is friendly. The selection is great! The only issue is the parking lot. Its cramped, the inlet is right next to the front doors and there are parking spots in between. Its a mess.
Great selection of foods that are hard to find elsewhere. Delicious cole slaw. Great sushi. Freshness is guaranteed. But the bakery is just so-so. Nothing to write home about. Prices are scary high in this store!
Very Uncomfortable here!Impersonal staff;Plastic, unfeeling assistance andand a strong sense of being.. “Unwelcome”.Great products and very clean though.Just don’t expect any friendliness!
Expensive but nice items. Not worth it for regular shopping, only once in a great while.
Great store! The only one in NH. EV charging outside.
Fantastic seafood selection and and knowledgeable associate. Stephen had great ideas
Downhill into the heap overnight! One had to wonder how long it would take after the buyout for Whole Foods to stop being concerned about quality and focus on the mighty dollar. Now we have the answer! Until NOW.Hot food is burnt and left out for hours (from pizzas to the hot bar). Clearly there is a mandate to NEVER freshen foods regardless of how long theyve been out. Their store brand 365 products that used to be awesome are now inedible. And the staff has gone from uber-friendly to youre in my way.We all know their prices have always been high, sure - but now for a delivery order we have the Prime Fee ($13/mo?) the Delivery Fee ($10/per) and the tip. So a monthly delivery costs an extra $30... On about a $100 order. No argument on the tip of course, Im just factoring in the total convenience upcharge. Thats 30%. Really just silly. And for overpriced items which have no become not just sub-par, but really sub-food.Very sad day in this neck of the woods. I guess the delivery fee will be rolling out nationwide over time... Ive canceled Prime and will be shopping at Hannaford.
Whole foods vegan selection is very interesting and they have more than most grocery stores. Im a fan. The staff here are very laid back and Friday.
The produce is always fresh! Has a great selection of flowers/arrangements.
They put older food in buffet case, from what the deli rep stated. But their pizza is phenomenal!
Only three 🌟 s for now because I have not fully explored the store. Having a Amazon drop box is great, though, not all of the employees know where it is. If pastries are a temptation you are trying to avoid, dont go here:) Smoothie bar, cafe and plenty of registers. Staff I met were friendly. I didnt buy anything so I have no opinion of the prices. Parking lot is busy.Update; February 2019: I had a chance to check out prices and they are higher than their competition, even with the ten percent discount from Amazon Prime.Fresh sandwiches, pizza, salads, tacos and other foods available.Update: Wednesday, July, 2020; Facemask required. Amazon locker entrance restricted. One entrance only. Friendly service. Wifi available. Still expensive prices, even with Amazon Prime discount.
I looove I always go to buy flowers and IM NEVER DISAPPOINT IT, NEVER
Staying up waiting for my Whole Foods order I made yesterday. Said my driver was two stops away. Charged my card then said unable to track my order. It’s been a few hours.I called the store and the store told me to call amazon. I just really want to go to bed than deal with this. Not be on hold for a long time.I really understand if it can’t be delivered because of the weather conditions but at least let me know instead of me chasing my order. I don’t want it left out for wild life to eat it.
Great selection for vegan friendly options, very friendly and helpful employees :)
Love it here except the experience has been COMPLETELY RUINED by the EXCESSIVE Amount of Amazon/ Whole Foods shoppers. It’s always packed with them, making the experience here terrible now. Also makes it too busy in the age of COVID.
Well maintained grocery store with friendly employees.
My first trip & I was very impressed. It was quick trip because of I being a busy Saturday & I didnt feel comfortable with so many peoplein the store during Covid but Ill definitely be back on a week day!
Favorite place to shop whole foods. Indoor cafe. Eco friendly charging station in parking lot!
Produce thats about it. Everything else is weird and overpriced. Btw they charge more for gluten free because it says gluten free when the particular food is gluten free by nature. Its just a price hike for the label. Also i wouldnt support Amazon if my life depended on it.
Came in here to explore the options, and ended up with some Justin’s Peanut Butter Cups. Boy are they good! Couldn’t really check out the prices, or items they offer. It was very crowded on a Saturday afternoon. Staff was friendly.
Limited selection of products for a high cost. East Amazon returns though.
I love this market and am more than willing to pay the extra cost for the quality of food I get from there. It is always clean in there and I was very happy when they implemented mask requirements from the beginning with this pandemic. I had to take a star away however because when I visited today a customer was blatantly walking around the store with her pants rolled up and no shoes on. Barefoot in the middle of produce. Not even trying to hide it. Disgusting. How is this sanitary or okay? How did no employee tell her to put shoes on or leave? How did she even walk in like that? I walked by her several times while I shopped throughout the store and clearly no employee thought this was a problem. Even convenience stores don’t allow this. :-(
I dont think I can make it out of Whole Foods without spending $50..This store has so many great things in it!
Nice store.Clean.Kinda pricey but, Good food!
Great selection of everything. 4 stars because its just so overpriced and this is why I dont shop here alot.
For a health store they do not respect health and not being able to wear a mask.
Not a place to go every week
Really pleasant experience overall. Great customer service. When Ive needed help staff have gone above and beyond to help with a smile on their face. Returns are simple and quick. There are always good deals for Prime users and a good amount of inventory available. I particularly love their options for food to-go and their local supported goods selection.
If youre willing to pay the whole foods prices this is a lovely place. The Amazon return services are super convenient, though in my opinion the Nashua store has more of a selection. All in all though a wonderful place to buy specialty products.
Great except they didnt have coconut vinegar, the reason I went
Great variety and quality.
Still woke. Still covid crazy. Still great selection.
Lots of variety. Great healthy options.
Friendly interactions today with other customers and employees.
Great place, easy access, large Whole Foods store, and bonus of Trader Joes next door!
Good environment everything well organized
Very good produce!
Shelves were empty
Nice fully stocked whole foods.
Great food and extreamly fresh and loads of.choices
I hear its a great company to work for and the fresh food is great, but the prices are way too high for my taste.
Usually love shopping here. Today the cashier I dealt with was rude and apprupt. When I went to customer service the shrugged off the issue.
Great products and offerings at a reasonable price BUT they need another cart stand area in the back middle of the parking lot. The carts roll all over the place and on a busy day its a big pain to go and return the cart. Spend a little money equity and it will help protect the cards more, make customers happier, and limit other damage. If you add another card stand, Id change to 5 stars!
Certainly has some great options that aren’t found elsewhere but when I have compared apples to apples with other stores they certainly are higher across the board. I go here for some gluten free items I cannot find elsewhere as they have a good selection. I will also do the prepared pizza for the kids, it’s actually great pizza. I will also pop into the pub for lunch or dinner with the kids but the weekly groceries I will do elsewhere. What I have bought here in the produce section, butcher or bakery have all been great however. Just wish the prices were lower so I could shop here more frequently, I just don’t think the quality is any better than other local options and the items I can get elsewhere are cheaper.(with prime considered)
This is a lot of selections to choose from. Looks well stocked. Lot of people there when I went. No enter and exit lanes in store. People on both sides of ailes. Check out was ok. Was given ice for cold food. Prices are a lot higher here.
They have good cake there so delicious 😋
Not really enjoyable these days. Their personal shoppers are beyond rude. The selection of goods is questionable. Whats left from the personal shoppers is damaged. No longer the Whole Foods that once was.
U get everything u want here. All the staffs are pretty good looking nd friendly here 😉
Very nice but over charged the patch soap. And I love Westford Ma location better but thier management is horrendous!
Great place for groceries and more! Awesome friendly staff with great deals.
Although Whole Foods is a bit pricey, there are several departments that cant be beat by any other grocery stores. The cheese department is out of this world! Huge selection of cheeses from every corner of the planet. They also feature fresh pastas there as well. Not prepackaged fresh, but actual purchase by the pound fresh. My other favorite department is seafood. Vast array of fish, shellfish and all things sea. The fish is really fresh, and the oysters are always excellent. They have many types of fish that other stores dont offer. The store itself is very clean and modern. The produce always looks amazing. The meat department has house made sausages, marinated meats and great cuts of beef. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. They also have a restaurant and a take out cafe that have some fantastic, healthy, fresh dishes. During warmer months they have outdoor seating. It is always a pleasure to shop at Whole Foods.
Clean, organized. Great options and prices are good.
Its better since Amazon but still whole paycheck. However, specialty items are easily available and priced less than the alternatives. Aside from a cheese monger it has the best selection available. Balance your budget with Trader Joes and local chains.
Good store with some of the best things available.
Simply, Quality products.
Cant find some foods i need for paleo diet
Wish we had one in Keene NH!
This is for the hot lunch chefs and crew - you do a great job! Its a little pricey (not your fault) . Ive been to many corporate cafes over the years, and the quality of the recipes and execution is excellent! Thanks
Excellent store with vast offerings of good quality products. Id have given five stars if i didnt visit Trader Joes next door that offers value pricing although they carry a smaller subset of items.
Great variety, cleanliness and adherence to coronavirus policy of masks & social distancing.
Its a nice grocery store if youre looking for certain niche things. The restaurant/pizza/bar in the back is nice with a wide selection of beers. The pizza is very good.
Things have changed since the pandemic hit.I miss my salad bar buffet style :(I guess the real difference is the store associates (no smiles on their faces, eyes or voices
This store is a good one! My wife and I are here on a regular basis. On a few occasions, I witnessed a store team member actually walk the store with an elderly person and assist with their shopping. That is total class. It’s nice to see that a community store will assist anyone with issues, due to age or other circumstances; and stay with them from start to finish. They really take care of their salad and hot bar. Things are kept stirred and stocked as well as wiped down. This store is worth your money. The actions of the team members, show that Management treat their coworkers well.
Been to one, been to them all. Good product, friendly staff
When I think of Whole Foods I think healthy choices. If you go to the hot bar it almost NEVER has healthy choices. Always Mac and cheese fried chicken tenders etc. Not a lot of variety. The sale bar is a better option although the lettuce is often empty. I gave three stars because there is quality food (not in the hot bar) in the store, I think the prices are decent, and the majority of the staff is friendly. The three stars is more dedicated towards the hot bar and the fact that there is only a small supplement section.
Good selection of ready to go food. Healthy choices in stocked items. Clean, modern layout with very friendly staff. Pricey.
My new favorite food store. Have a ton of things, especially for keto. My go-to for hard to get stuff
Good place Friendly people
Im eating dandelions (yum) rather than enter the store and have to wear a mask/muzzle/symbol of obedience to pHARMa tyrants. Isnt this supposed to be a health food store? Everybodys lost their minds; critical thinking is lacking. Cutting your oxygen by twenty percent, re-breathing the same air (and virus or bacteria therein), sending peoples stress levels through the roof - does not a healthy population make. Come on, people. We need to protect the vulnerable, and build _natural_ herd immunity (the Gold Standard of all immunity) in the rest of the population. Dont you have any understanding of natural health? Oh, right, Whole Foods is basically just gourmet food plus some gentrified health food.
It’s a fantastic place to shop. The staff is very helpful and always willing to show you where things are. The food is fresh and delicious. Plus you can grab something to eat and sit down after checking out. They even offer free ice for cold items in case you need to travel a distance with it to get home.
Clean and tidy as usual. 10 am on a Thursday and still PACKED with people. Free masks at door if you need one. Expensive as always.
I usually enjoy going here but your cashier Amelia in the express lane today left a sour taste in my mouth. Will be back eventually but not for a long time. Merry Christmas.
Great store
I love shopping at Whole Foods but I will NOT be told I have to wear a mask to shop. I will not be shopping there anymore.
The service is always good and the produce is great. A little pricey but worth it.
Love this store
Pricey but good food
Great produce
Found the place to be uncomfortable & overpriced. $8 for a cup of cut fruit 😲 I can find it cheaper elsewhere, of just the same quality. Or cut up your own fruit & leave out the middle man. Go to the local farmers market & help the local economy & get just as good if not better food.
Getting better since amazon took over. I would only really go there for niche things or prepared food. Now with the prime discounts and other sales, it’s becoming more for everyone. Still wouldn’t fill a grocery cart but I definitely go more than I did before!
Great vegetables. I love the meat and fish counters. Such a nice selection and everything looks so fresh.
The produce looks great and the store is bright. They are very busy though with narrow aisles. The staff I encountered in the store was very helpful and nice, but the cashiers that I had the two times I was there werent friendly. The quality of items is great, but the price seems a bit high, even for what I would consider a specialty store.
Nice people, good food and great departments with items you cant find anywhere else. BUT this location REALLY needs to get more consistent at the sandwich counter - some more instruction would be helpful -- some employees dont even know how to wrap a wrap properly (I will never get a burrito again).....you either get a perfect sandwich (from one person) or a falling-apart mess (from another)
Top of the line
This is a fun Whole Foods. There is an electric charging station in the front. Not the best fresh veggie selection, but more variety than the average grocery store. Flowers are wonderful here. Cookie station is fun. Not a huge fan of the food stations.
Cant wait for why I shop at whole foods
Nice store, clean and well stocked. They have an EV charger which is an added bonus, but the parking lot, and getting to the store is a deterrent many times unless I’m shopping for something I can only get here. Hopefully the new shopping center will help this problem, not just make it worse.
