This Kroger store is a modern version of the Dark Ages. They have wind up morons wearing masks, and the shoppers are almost 90% masked, proving this part of town is excessively dumbed down with absurd Pharma medical fraud. They will NOT ask you if you need help locating anything, and the prices are as if they were the only supermarket anywhere. A completely soulless destination in all respects.
After going here for so long there’s been ups and downs but as of the past few years there has been drastic good changes all around. Noticed a moral upbeat, fruit has had constant changes to see what works and been overall pretty fresh and delicious. For the most part had a good exchange when ordering from the meat area and been very polite and helpful. Had to wait once or twice but given the constant moving around I’ve notice definitely worth the wait. I’ve gone in at different hours of the day and noticed a pretty constant moving of busy employees. And if I had suggested something they had taken it into consideration which doesn’t always happen but it’s nice to see the suggestion taken in. For the most part there always seems to be at least one employee that has shown some sort of greeting. Along with many working well together and showing a good sense of comfortability around one another. And the few I’ve had the chance to talk or notice to seem to really enjoy being there doing what they do. With all the changes going on I would say they’ve shown a good example of change and dealing with hard times in my opinion. Along with having a vast difference in community, which I know can be hard to juggle and make things work. I would just like to say thank you for making it all work out one way another it hasn’t been unnoticed.
Not bad at all! I only had like 5 minutes to run in and grab the special of the week and get back home as my class ran very late. It was very achievable with the help of the Kroger ap telling me which aisle and there being ample self checkouts available despite the numerous people. There is a sign on the front door stating people who are vaccinated are welcome to not wear a mask. I noticed quite a few people wearing masks and quite a few not. Do what makes you comfortable. As I was leaving, the kind cashier made sure to tell me to have a wonderful day! It is truly the small things like that to make customers want to keep coming back despite having many other groceries options to choose from.Thank you Kroger, yall are amazing
Kandi is beyond rude. I asked the self checkout person a question, she didn’t know the answer so she asked Kandi. Kandi’s response was very rude and unnecessary, not just towards the employee but me as the customer. If the tag on the shelf was worded correctly, I wouldn’t had been confused. Though this is my local Kroger, I wont be coming back. The original worker that I asked the question to was very helpful and polite
Krogers a Great grocery store and thats the review... you really cant go wrong with Kroger, the rewards program, fuel rewards, grocery delivery, pharmacy, and the whole nine yards.
Typical grocery store with your typical grocery items. The Sushi is delish though! Now if you are going to send money through Western Union - I DO NOT recommend this location at all. Charlene is very rude and seems annoyed all the time. She always gives me a hard time in sending money and when I talked to Jon the manager to verify an issue - he give me the same BS. In short, for the Sushi and groceries - it serves its purpose. For sending money through Western Union, nope... DO NOT recommend. I now send it from the Albertsons on HWY 183 by the Dollar Tree. It is NIGHT and DAY! To my surprise, sending money through Western Union takes literally 10 minutes and it was super easy - NO HASSLE AT ALL!!!
They accept EBT and have good meat sales.
Great place to shop and friendly people.
Everything is fresh. Great grocery store...
Customer service from self checker Mistie was quite rude. I work in customer service and would lose my job if i talked to people that way. She needs more training.
I went into this Kroger to get three things and only three things. And guess what three things they did not have? Thats right the three things I needed. Even better the employees would not even go check to see if they had in back. Pure laziness.
Over the years this store has gone down hill. You still have the awesome employees, but most of them act like they hate their life, and you are inconveniencing them if you have a question or even say hello. The pickup used to be really good, but the past 2 months the employees just don’t care. When ordering fruits and vegetables you have to really look over the order and the recipe to make sure they gave you the right produce, make sure it’s not half rotten or damaged, and to make sure they gave you the right amount. You also need to pay attention to the expiration dates because they will give you expired food. Some of the employees are fantastic when bringing out the order, but there are 2 employees that throw your order in the back seat not paying attention to what they’re throwing in the car, breaking open the packaging and won’t say anything, and if you ask a question about your order they throw their hands up (literally I’m not joking), blame the problem on someone else, and walk off.I usually go to Walmart for everything besides produce, but with what’s going on lately I might as well get everything else from Walmart.
This store is awful for pickup orders!! Our window was between 5-6p, but when we checked in at 5:15 we got a call saying our order hadn’t even been put together and to come back at 6. My husband went back at 6:30 and has now been waiting for an hour! No one is answering the phone! Shop at Target instead.
This review is solely based on the outside kiosk at gas station. I have stopped here 6 or 7 times in the last 2 weeks and every single time there is a ill be back sign. Why is there never an employee in there? Why do you even have it if someone is not working in there?Im annoyed. Love your grocery store though. I am a frequent shopper.
A decent Kroger that is very clean. This Kroger has an extensive produce section, however the rest of the store could be stocked more often. Should be noted that it could be a COVID-19 issue rather than a store issue. Every store is having a hard time keeping their stores stocked, which is why its not included in my star-rating. Other than that, there is plenty of parking, and of course they have their gas station attached to the business. Ive saved plenty of money by using Krogers gas because the savings transfer over from the store itself. Its pretty standard, but I would add that their sushi stand is the best Ive had from a Kroger, and that is saying a lot.
This store is located in Bedford, Tx @ Harwood and Central Dr.This is the dirtiest store and is always under stocked. The front end is always crammed pack with customers. Either close this location or add on. It needs a face lift. With covid they are not monitoring the 6 ft rule. Also one night last summer I went there and there were some undesirables hanging around out at the front door begging for money.. Called the manager and he didnt seem to care about this or customer safety. One of the guys followed me into the store.
This Kroger location has been my go to place for any occasion/reason thats calls for a bakery item! They saved the day earlier this year; I couldnt find a Thomas the Train birthday cake anywhere. I had made a pinky promise to an about to be 5 year old that I couldnt break 😉 For days equaling a week I called every specialty bakery and drove around going to all groceries stores, nothing! ONE day before the birthday I found this Kroger and they nailed it! First, they could actually make it and....It was beautiful, bright, came with an actual Thomas the Train TOY (not a knock off, or a solely for decorative purposes), super fresh and delicious! Ever since then, I have bought any and all of my bakery needs from them. Its now been almost a year, and many, many celebrations later and I have yet to be anything less than 100% pleased. *Side note; the fruit tart/pie is AH!mazing! I would only buy that tart at WholeFoods...not anymore. This Kroger...lo,l for a lack of a better phrase, takes the cake!
FIX The AIR CONDITIONING! Been Not Working ALL SUMMER! There are other places to shop. I avoid this place more and more! Since the PANDEMIC, this store only cares about bottom line, how much they can make . Employees are Most of the Time very Good. They No Longer Offer to bring your Cart To the Car! I prefer to shop myself. Tried to put in review, have too much to say about this store ! Big COMPANY, really feel like taking advantage of hard working persons !
My mother and I go to this store for most of groceries and they always have what we need at a good price; the digital coupons help a lot. One employee, James, is very amiable and when I asked if there was anymore of a product he went to the stockroom to check then brought us the item. This store is great and well definitely keep coming back 👍
Great service and food selection. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a grocery store was here.
I keep forgetting to avoid the deli food. I just got a cheap spicy chicken sandwich, it was inedible. The bun and bread and butter pickles were fine the rubber chicken patty not so much. You get what you pay for I guess.
Good And Clean But Sometimes Overpriced
Come on, Kroger! The organic celery that was picked for my curbside order a few days ago is disgusting, with the center of the bunch full of brown slime. Your shoppers need a lesson on the difference between lettuce and cabbage. I ordered iceberg lettuce and received cabbage, even though it was clearly labeled. Your shoppers also need a lesson on vacuum sealed meats. If the package has air in it, the seal has been broken. You can do better!
Best location ever, they are well organized, very clean, and they have the best customer service.
Nice Kroger! Great selection and food is always fresh - good quality produce. The staff is friendly and convenient location too.
Small Kroger store. The staff is definitely hit-or-miss. I am huge on customer service and half the time they dont seem happy. I am literally there 3 or 4 times a week out of convenience and sometimes I get a hello goodbye thank you and half the time its nothing. Its the same staff since I moved here 2 years ago and they just dont seem to recognize a repeat customer.
I just dropped my wallet in the parking lot and went back and found it had been turned in by your cart guy John. We need more people like him in the world.
Great place to shop for you groceries, very clean and and big variety of different ethnic foods
Small store, the veggies were something that I didn’t want to buy here and that’s mostly what I eat.! I have noticed over the last 6months there has been some changes for the good!
Nice Kroger store with fresh produce and other grocery store items. Well stocked and clean with friendly employees. Several self-checkout lines. They have the grocery pick up lanes and a gas station that is right beside a Texaco gas station.
Excellent Market. This place has everything you need on a small scale that wont overwhelm you with unnecessary choices.
License plate renewals
Kroger normally has the best prices on dairy products. Their meat is finest quality. This particular location is smaller than some so their variety is not as much as their larger locations. I love the Kroger brand frozen lemonade better than all their competitors. Their Staff is friendly. They are Dependable company.
It has to be really frustrating to work there. First of all, the staff is super nice and very helpful and the selection is okay. Better than the neighborhood walmart, but needs improvements. However, I witnessed several angry customers including myself with being forced to self check out. I had a full cart and eventually a really great young dude helped me, but he had to help on the self checkout lane so my groceries were on the floor and he was panicked because people were yelling at him for having to check their stuff out and malfunctioning machines. All of my cold food was warm when I got home. YOU NEED TO REMEMBER THE CUSTOMER. If older people knew how to leave Google reviews this place would have between 2.8-3.3. Stars. Your upper management is seriously lacking and youre lucky you can find anyone at all willing to stay on your team. And theyre all really impressive. So at least you have that going for you, but you need to fix your processes to provide better customer service.
Very clean and Friendly Service!
This Kroger is a regular stop for us. Its in good order and usually has everything we want and the staff its always been pleasant. I wouldnt say it has the latest and greatest so to speak. This is always going to solid stop for us.
Lots of selection here. Staff was very helpful finding items and making recommendations.
Store is horrible, always out of stock on things we get weekly. Can never depend on code dates, all dairy and vegetables spoil well before they should. I can’t wait for the HEB so I can flip this store off driving by everyday 🤪
Nice older Krogers store. If youre a Kroger shopper this one will do just fine. Being a smaller one, its not an expedition to get around and through it. Smaller depts than some, like flowers, but always have the basics. Usually an easy in and out, no lengthy checkouts except during normal peak times, which youd expect.
Molded fruit, inedible cookies, and rancid lamb. I lived right behind the one in Alliance town center and loved it. This one is deplorable. A total lack of competition is why Ive been back, but not anymore. Whoever is in charge of their supply chain should be fired.
This Kroger is very clean and well stocked with a large variety of items. This location sales sushi that is made in store and it is really good. Prices are very good, friendly for any budget.
Pickup is a breeze! Very nice employees and easy to use app.
We frequent this location and we will continue to use it for the foreseeable future. Its really cool that the staff is so friendly and helpful. They know our daughter by name and they always ask about her and remember us when we go in. Keep up the good work, we appreciate you guys!
Kroger has some great deals! Use their app and get digital coupons.
I shop here for the Deli meat. I had bought 2 packages of Nolan Ryan meat and directly froze them. When I took them out the meat was turning Brown. The date on them was a year ago. It looks like they refrozed them wasted money. Some of the staff are not so nice.
Probably not a good idea for Kroger employees to be smoking near the gas pumps. Not good.
Been going here for 6yrs love it. Use to be open 24hrs. This overnight workers are not nice at all especially the tall balled skinny guy with glasses that works on the paper good Lane. God bless him.
Love this store! The staff are friendly and helpful. We also love those fuel points! We always have a dollar off of a gallon which saves us $70 a month not to mention all of the in store savings. We always save alot here!
The manager there is not helpful at all! The cashier there is so rude and they are not willing to help.I will never go there any more
This store has a great deli and produce areas. Even a sushi bar. Great selection of cheese, too. (I love love love love love cheese.)
That guy Sergio is a real creep and also worthless for help literally could not help but stare at my wife but also disappeared after asking to check something out of stock and never saw him again the entire time we were there...we’ll go down the road next trip
A reliable neighborhood Kroger. Pharmacy, pretty good deli/bakery and a good staff. Store is well kept and clean and selections in various departments are good.
One of my favorite places to shop. The store is clean and well stocked. And the prices are very competitive. I like this store.
This is one of the smaller stores. Most of the time it is pretty clean. It gets very crowded on the weekend. They just remodeled the produce section, which really helped improve the store. This location does have gas pumps, which almost always have the best prices in the area.
I worked for them for almost a year. When I started out I was a cart pusher/bag boy. Moved up to Cashier, with no raise. Then they moved me to the meat department still with no raise. I pay union dues in the form of about $7/week initially, but when I moved to the meat department they had a different union and charged me that + the old union dues I was paying. So they were double dipping me $14 a week when it shouldve been just around $7. The employees and management didnt treat me nicely. My grandparents died shortly before I left and for personal reasons left without proper notice. If you are reading this, just know that you are buying from a store that managers dont treat their employees nicely. My GM wanted a death certificate to prove that my grandparents died because he didnt believe me.
Better produce than other Kroger stores it seems!
One of the worst Kroger’s I’ve ever been too. You walk in and you’re immediately hit with the smell of trash, apparently the keep it by the entrance. The fruit is always damaged, bruised and out of stock. The staff is extremely unhelpful and the checkout lanes are never full. They over utilize the self check out and have maybe two regular lanes open at any given time. The store is terribly ran, dirty and smelly. I’ve stopped going and drive done to the one off of Precinct and north Tarrant instead.
Kroger is an ideal place to get your groceries. They have good prices and a large selection.Edit: reduced from 4 stars to three stars due to the lack of customer service.
Could NOT mark anything on map because only about 1/8 inch map shows, rest of page covered in wards blocking map that you are asking to be marked with no way to move words to see map.
Employees are always courteous and helpful. This store always Carries items that are not found elsewhere. Kroeger brand ice cream on sale 2 for $5 half gallon--great tasting.
My usual grocery shopping place. I know and generally like the layout with the exception of the placement of some items; one on the left end of the store and the other on the right end of the store. Its a massive inconvenience. But Im used to it now. Tbe staff is generally good and helpful. The prices are good.
I’ve been a customer for 20+ years and I have seen a progressive decline in everything from customer service to food quality/availability and store cleanliness. Was there last night and I’ve never seen such filth and disarray. The produce section was a mess and looked like it hadn’t been restocked in a week; the floors throughout the store were filthy and the shelves looked like they had been ransacked. This is not the first time I’ve seen it this way. From now on I will be patronizing the Kroger in Euless. A little further for me, but well worth the extra drive.
Awesome store! Clean, cheery, when you 1st walk in! Best fried chicken in Bedford! Homemade spicy crab dip yum. Enticing fruit vegetable displays. Suschi bar, very beautiful!Friendly staff. Love this store!
Renee at self check out needs some time off, break or a new job.. that was the most pitiful shopping experience Ive had to date.. I spend 2 Grand a month grocery shopping and have been in sales my entire life. I know how to read people, I know good customer service and this lady with her dirty looks, lack of attention and total unwillingness to help out the customer. I was looking fwd to donating $20 to charity, however, she didnt even bother asking me
Produce section was very limited. Very little broccoli, no celery except hearts and organic. Lots of stocking going on and helpful butcher.
Dope a rope 4 sho. Is odd someone thought brown was a sexy interior color but #yoloswaggins.I gave them green bills, they gave me mountain of meat despite the fact I was role playing as a member of a zombie horde.
I like this place. Usually a decent selection of quality brands you would expect at a Kroger. A nice deli, good variety of flowers, and a freindly staff with an entertaining customer service manager dude. Everyone seems to get along great, which makes for a nice shopping experience. Now, if your expecting one of those Whole Foods or Sprouts type of stores, keep driving.Oh.. they rarely have pita bread. And that disturbs me but I deal with it. There is a Greek store down the block anyway.EDIT 9/15/17. Today I stopped by, and behold. They had pita bread!!! Also, let me edit what said about Whole Foods comparison. I like Whole Foods. But I prefer Kroger. There is a good selection of organic veggies, cerreals, snacks, milk, and other stuff. So if need something like that, then maybe Kroger has it.
Excited for remodeling. Great store. Good people.
I have never had a problem w/their fresh produce...unlike walmart whos produce usually starts to go bad in 3 days. The store is always clean & organized. Anytime I have needed help or had a problem they were helpful & had a good attitude. They have a sushi area were they make the sushi & have samples. I was reluctant but my daughter & I like sushi but its expensive, so we tried it. The sushi at Kroger is good & at a price I can afford.
Cashier, Natasha was VERY patient and helpful thispm!!! She was very polite and very helpful to me to download and show me how to use digital coupons!!! Thank you, Natasha!!! I will be able to perform tasks on my own next time!!! She also explained the fuel points to me!!!
Great Store! has it all. Store Director has been in the business a long time and you can tell this store is well cared for!
This Kroger has really gone down hill. When I first moved to the area, I loved to shop here. Not so much anymore. They hardly ever have anything and there is always a foul odor when you walk into the store. I will travel to Kroger in north Richland hills or hurst. So much cleaner
Worst store ever!.. the employees are rude, the store wasnt stocked with most of the things advertised, overall a horrible experience. I will not be returning to this location & I suggest no one else waste their time going here, unless you dont mind being disappointed!!!...
Come here very often. Good alternative to go to instead of Walmart. Good selection of products. The only negative is their produce section is not very big so you dont get a lot of options.
The store is always clean and tidy. Customer service and cashiers are friendly and helpful.
I like this Kroger. Nice people. Just keep up the good work. Deli needs some help.
My favorite store. If I ask where something is, they walk me too it. They are always clean and helpful. I have used them since 1998. I moved 15 miles away to Lake Worth and still use them when I can.
Ive shopped at Kroger for years. New to this area and this is one of the worst stores Ive ever been too. It needs a remodel and updated to match newer Kroger stores. It was sold out of a lot and other stuff Im used to purchasing at Kroger could not be found anywhere in the store. I think my loyalty to Kroger is about to change and Ill head down the street to another grocery store.
Just a great deal for me later in the day. Great customer service and it was past 11pm.
Pharmacy couldnt run my insurance for a flu shotMyself and my 2 daughters..after filling out the paperwork, handed the tech both my medical and pharmacy card, she couldnt get the flu shots to run on my insurance..my medical covers the shot, I tried to tell the tech..she responds, Maam, this is a pharmacy..really? I myself am a pharmacy tech..repeatedly tried to tell her every other pharmacy in the area had no problems in past. She hands back my cards and told me I should get our shots where I work..I work at an oncology clinic..that wont do. She calls me after we left the property and offered to try again..I was already off property..upsetting! We did NOT get our shots here..CVS across the street happily helped us.
The store is poorly run and poorly stocked. Prices are good but be prepared to not being able to find all the items on your list. I only shop here because it is the closest grocery store.
This is one of my favorite Kroger that I have ever been to. Everything is easy to find reasonably priced and their sushi is off the charts.
I have gone to this kroger for years and havent had an issue, but lately it has been one horrible experience after another. The shelves are often missing products (empty), the products are stocked in the wrong places, food on the floor, and the produce is just awful. There use to be a manager there that was real friendly and on top of his store. I just dont know what has happened to this place. I hope they turn it around soon because the convenience is awesome but my business will go elsewhere if nothing changes.
The store is nice, like most Krogers. The parking lot is a death trap. Too narrow aisles and lots of elderly drivers.
There is nothing bad about this location but there is nothing impressive either. The fresh food section has limited options. Everything else is nice.
Its an accessible and open store. Also very clean.
I only come here because its down the street from me, and the Tom Thumb is gone. The produce is terrible - good luck finding decent onions... theyre usually all rotting, and theres always gnats flying around all the produce. Aside from that, its a decent store.
Older Kroger store but it is well maintained. You generally have to pick through some of the produce to get good quality.
I love getting fresh sliced cheese, the gentleman who served me was quick, kind and witty. I do suggest you get more help and clean the crumbs of cheese more oftenIt just doesnt wow the client.
I felt the produce aisle has less variety of items. Also the quantity is very less.i havent had luck 4 out of 5 times to get fresh mushroom at different days of the week. I got it always in my previous store. They aisi dont have lime juice: extract in a bottle. Otherwise it is the usual Kroger store.
Scott, a very helpful, considerate young lady and cashier was a delighful individual who deserves to get something nice written about her. Thank you for being so kind to me and my toddler grandson.
Id like to see a bit more of the healthy alternative foods incl more varieties/flavors of kombucha
Better grocery and location is very nice. Love getting discounts on the fuel close the store
Great meat market! Friendly and they have diesel at their pumps! Literally but everything I can from them.
Krogers Bakery had just what I needed for my Granddaughters Birthday, at a great price.
