I go here to get my basics and then finish up at Jay C because they have the deli and more bakery items. But its amazing the difference in prices at Ruler compared to Jay C for the same Kroger brand item, sometimes a dollar or more. So going here just makes sense for the basics that you require. And I find the staff are friendly and helpful which is always a nice plus.

I love going here for my household staples. The employees are super friendly and helpful. Sometimes there is a long wait in line, but I hate self check out and appreciate that they have real people for cashiers. Makes a more personal and hospitable impression that lasts.

This is a great place for the necessities. Most products are from the Kroger lineup; but they rarely have name brand goods. Dont expect to buy specialty items; especially herbs or great produce. All prices are very reasonable considering their inventory.

We spent 45 minutes shopping for what we needed. We get to the register and get rang up. Go to pay with my food stamp card and he rings it up as cash. While Im paying my husband bags the groceries. So the cashier calls the manager over to fix it. But she doesnt know how to do it either so she calls someone else. Now they cancel the whole order and want to unbag everything and rering it all over. After I had waited already another 30 minutes while they were figuring it out. So my husband says no and we leav. How can you run a store with people who dont know what the hell they are doing.

I do most of my shopping here. The prices are great, especially on store brands, which you are getting the exact same product as you would from Kroger or Jay-C, but at a lower price. The staff are helpful, but maybe a bit shy and have to be engaged, but theyre great once that happens.

I enjoy shopping at Rulers. Lots of space to get my cart through and many choices. Great prices are a bonus.
