Rude people. poor service.

I came in, and ordered new glasses today. All the employees were great. Especially the associate named Juanita who helped me. She was very thorough, and helpful. She gave me a lot of information so I could make an informed choice about my lenses. I had a great experience at this vision center, and highly recommend them!

Great service all the way around. The optometrist was a great guy who seemed genuine and helped with all of my questions. He took the time to show me the different options with contact lenses. Staff was also quick and nice. I was able to walk in and see the Dr. within 30 minutes without an appointment. I highly recommend. By far the best experience I have had at the optometrist.

I worked for an Optometrist for 4 years and its hard to compare when I worked for the best... thats why Im giving only 4 stars. The office women were very nice and helpful. My vision is difficult because I need a plus to see distance AND I have an astigmatism thats a minus and on top of that I need bifocals. I got contacts and glasses and I can see... which is the main purpose! Haha.The women in the Optical were awesome and also very helpful.

Maybe they changed staff based off the reviews here, but they were super nice and fixed my glasses for free. Would come again!

Terrible place. Doctor never asked me what lenses I wanted and prescribed be some random Accuvue lenses. When I asked for them to approve different ones for me they only said they could not because they didn’t sell it there.

I enjoy visiting this Walmart customer service is great. On many occasions I have been to Walmart and from the greeters to the Management. Have been a great experience.

Save yourself the time and go somewhere else I’ve been waiting on my trial lenses for a few months now.

This has to be one of the most unprofessional optometrists Ive ever had the misfortune of coming across. Before even seeing my wife he was already stating that he wont be able to do anything to help. Repeats several times that he has no information to work with despite us trying to explain her surgery last year he would repeatedly cut us both off mid sentence to restate that he wont be able to help. We felt like he had already decided and was intentionally avoiding working with her to even get a reading on her eye. He would flip a couple of lenses and then say I tried everything.In the end he referred a different optometrist but anyone that this guy recommends I wouldnt go to.If I could give this rating no stars I would.

They fixed the thread on my glasses free of charge.

The optometrist is one of the rudest people working there. He has no sympathy and very patronizing. When explaining something, he makes it seem as if we are clueless.

I went in there to get my glasses fixed and corlita broke them she did not apologize told me that its cause they are old. My glasses are about 3 years old. There was nothing wrong with them besides the frames were alittle bent. I cannot see without them. Which she didnt care. I should have gotten that fixed and a new Lens. Thats not how people should be treated.

So for the past few weeks I have struggled with whether or not to leave a review. I feel it is my duty as a parent to do so.Do not take your child here if they are special needs with sensory issues.My child has autism. He struggles to communicate and requires patience. You can’t speak fast bc while he is smart it is hard for him to sequence. The optometrist was inept to say the very least. She was hurried, impatient, impersonal, and just downright mean.He was trying so hard to stay focused and on task but with every exasperated sigh from the optometrist it got worse and worse. His attention was waning fast and she did nothing to try to redirect him.At one point his hair was stuck and he begins getting upset bc it hurts. A child with sensory issues will feel this as being like pins and needles. It isn’t his fault. She responds just pull it out your fine. He’s asking for scissors to cut it out bc he can’t just pull it out. So she grabs his hair and yanks. He starts to cry. Please remember this is also a 9yr old boy.If you are elderly and require virtually no real takent or skill... you should go here.

Only one person on the weekend... Dont call me and say glasses are ready and then ignore me when I come to pick them up.

So unprofessional...talking about billing and patient information in front of an office full of people...dont even listen to the patient just worried about money. . . P.o.s. Dr office

Friendly and efficient.

I just called to ask if they would take my insurance before heading up there and the woman I spoke to was so rude I decided to go somewhere else.

On weekends they have very little staff. And when they called me to pick them up, the person who attended me was at the counter finishing paying the payment. And when it was my turn he told me, I have other clients, to which, he left me waiting, but I really felt he made discrimination, because we are Hispanic. What a sad service.
