The doctors are absolutely hands down amazing, but wait times are ridiculous. Appointment was scheduled for 9:15am for a 3 year old children and by 10:05, he was still waiting. Trying to wait that long with a toddler for his appointment is difficult. When I finally went to reschedule, the office staff was rude about having to reschedule the appointment. I would have rescheduled if I had known the wait would be so long, but they ensured us, they were only a few minutes behind....

Dr. Jim and Dr Rope and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I have been going here for years. They treat you like family here.

Been going here for years and years. From childhood to my adulthood. People are always friendly and nice. Jim cares a lot about each patient, I would strongly recommend this office. Its a great place to go to. Its always pleasant everytime to go there. Ive never had any issues or complaints.
