Jay was great! He initially contacted us after we requested information on a vehicle through auto trader. He sent us a personalized video of the van we liked highlighting all the important things (mileage, tires, interior, etc.). He helped us book an appointment and was friendly when we arrived. There were a few of the same type of van that we wanted on their lot, but he never tried to get us to buy the more expensive ones. He showed them to us when we asked, but was not pushy at all. Great experience and would highly recommend!

For over almost a decade I have always found Jay Hondas service personnel honest and working for my behalf. Why? Because they want my repeat business. And, they spot rare problems before they become issues, which keeps me safely and reliably on the road.The only reason I gave Jay Honda 4 stars this time was a detail where the receipt that I received from the cashier was printed very light from a well-used ink process that needed to be refreshed. I had a decent experience here. I bought a good car at a decent price. My only complaint is the high pressure sales pitch when signing final documents - the finance man did his best to sell me additional warranties, plans, etc. I really dont need. I had to go back to remove one. Otherwise, it was pretty smooth sailing.

Although I was originally waiting for another associate, Ms. Edwards took care of me in that associateβs absence. My car says thank you for the oil change! The oil is delicious! Pretty quick service, but theres nothing to eat. I almost starved to death while waiting for my car to be done. To be precise, It wasnt that long, but I didnt eat since morning, therefore, those 30 minutes felt like an eternity. I forgor that I should change oil filter and oil together. But my car said A1 on the dashboard which means to change oil without and oil filter. I obey to what my car says, therefore, I didnt change oil filter. Poor stupid car will struggle next year with unchanged oil filter!

My experience has exceeded beyond my expectations! Like I cannot thank Eddie enough for helping me with my vehicle purchase. After getting off of work Thursday, I had to pick up my 6 year old who was already restless and hungry and then had to take him with me to try to figure out what to do with my old CR-V, which the lease was getting ready to expire on. I accompanied my daughter during the purchase of her nearly new Honda HR-V at Jay Honda. It was a very pleasant and smooth process, and her salesman Eddie Ornacio was amazing. Recently got my car serviced as well as my Key FOB replaced. I had purchased my car at another Honda dealership in another state and where I had bought insurance on my Key FOB. Apparently, the insurance didnt cover all the costs so I ended up paying out of pocket. They dealership did adjust some of the cost down to the amount covered by the insurance and explained to me the breakdown of all the costs. I guess the take home message is dont buy any of the stupid add on insurances when you buy a car. The work was done in the time frame I was told when I brought the car in (though a little longer than what I was quoted on the phone when I made the appointment). The waiting area had a desk with an outlet and the wi-fi worked well.

Nice people to work with....however, no one wants to address the small battery for the 2019 Honda Fit....that needs a trickle charger all winter long. This is the first time Ive ever had to use one of these. Its really a pain in the neck! Im not able to use my remote starter. Something wasnt engineered right with the electrical system for this Fit model. I may not drive it enough but that could be said of all the cars Ive owned.

We just bought a 2022 Honda Odyssey EX-L from Jay Honda, and had a great experience there. We worked with Dennis Jenkins -- hes a real pro! Dennis was extremely knowledgeable, and was able to locate and equip our vehicle exactly the way we wanted it. Love the Odyssey! We did a lot of research and comparison shopping / test driving. Our last minivan was a Toyota Sienna, which lasted 15 years and 300,000 miles. We looked at the new Sienna, but theyve changed the design (Im not a fan) and the engine (hybrid only now.) For my money, the Odyssey is now the best minivan on the market, hands down!

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. However the staff also discovered a leak in my air conditioning condenser which they went ahead and replaced at no cost as it was under warranty. We were between a EX-L, or Black Edition Model, upon arriving at the dealership we were very quickly greeted by our sales person Maura. I had my heart set on the Black Edition, even though it was at the very top of our budget. I have been leasing Civic coupes for many years with Jay Honda and just recently leased a Civic Hatchback (currently not making a coupe). He also helped me in setting up the features in the vehicle and explained to me in depth about the new features I didnt have been before. I was interested in a vehicle, however it had a lot of scratches and Tristan the sales person told me that it was in the process of being repaired. I said that my husband had to check it out too. He said that he could hold it for me with a $500. The next morning I called because we decided not to go with that car ( less than 24 hours) and was told that it was not refundable. I wish he had pointed that out to me. Because why would I put a deposit for a car that I was not 100% sure? I also wanted to make sure that the scratches were taken care of.

Donβt even let them waste your time with their 2k markups drive 30 minutes to Spitzer Honda- they make everything simple and easy without the 2k markup. Plus they donβt back out of their deals.

I spent just under a week attempting to get somebody to call me back so that I could pay off my mothers auto loan and get the car sold. Shes in the early stages of dementia and hasnt maintained any monthly statements. As such, I had no information on her account beyond a copy of a sales contract that I found in her glovebox and needed some guidance. Multiple messages were left for their finance department with no return calls and their online representative stopped responding after a handful of emails. I was finally able to do some internet research and discovered an automated line to obtain a payoff statement. Im just grateful I was only trying to give them a large sum of money and didnt have an actual issue with a car that I might have purchased from them.
