The service was great, but dont make an appointment in the morning. I sat in line for a half hour before my vehicle made it inside. They should have a pre-writer and another porter to expedite the back up in the morning. This has happened more than once. Other than that, it was a friendly atmosphere.

We were not told the truth and we took a hour to drive up and back home we will never buy off a dealership just out for a buck I dont trust them at all.
Brought my truck from there told them something was wrong with it theyre going to tell me all theres nothing wrong with it thats the way its supposed to act so I take it back they send me to Chrysler Jeep and they were telling me Oh theres nothing wrong with it thats the way its supposed to sound and act and all of that next thing you know there is a recall about the transmission so now I got to take it back until they fix it or give me a new truck

Their only concern is to make a sale. I had planned on purchasing a vehicle through Ganley auto and I had placed a large cash deposit down. Unfortunately there were unforeseen life changes that altered my abilities to move forward with the purchase. There were no automatic returns of my deposit on my card. I have had to make the attempts to contact them on the need for MY money back. Here I am weeks later still haven’t received my cash deposit back. I have made several attempts to contact still no outcome. Be careful working with Ganley auto they have no concern for the individuals they deal with only the money they are after. They are thief’s. Very disappointing.

This was the worst place I ever been forced to purchase a truck!! I havent had my car 5 day when I started experiencing electrical problems. The one week after that the taillights went out. The truck reset itself and change the talk back settings to French, and yet the wanted me to deal with this problem for 30+ days before they were willing to address the issues, and they refused to offer a rental while the repairs were being made! SMH!!! Some people just dont have your best interests at heart!!! NEVER SHOP HERE!!! GO WHERE PEOPLE VALUE YOU AS A CUSTOMER AND WANTS YOU TO COME BACK AND TELL A FRIEND!!

Ganley YO YO sold me a car that had nothing but problems, motor blew while I still had a high interest rate loan. They got a judgment against me for more than I ever paid for the car! These guys are con artists!
Initially I rated them high but when I went back to buy a truck they werent willing to deal and were argumentative. Went to Amherst and got a truck with more options at a better price the next day.
The people are great
The sales side is wonderful. It is just the service area that needs help. Maybe things will be different since I am retired and I can stay for service and take their BS. No need for a loaner. Now everyone is happy.

Had an issue with my vehicle shacking while driving. They made me feel like my issue would be handled quickly and then delivered. They quickly diagnosed and fixed my issue with an hour with no appointment. I will be going back there in the future.

First of all. I came to get inspection then theyre going to come around and tell me that me and my driving license and insurance card theyre going to rent me a car I asked for what. For the piece thats on recall and its going to be at least four to six weeks before I come. Then it said they might can take it off another car. Then they came back around and said that theyre going to give me my card and want to call me when the police come in. I came in for a check-up inspection the oil light was on the windshield fluid was on. Then they going to tell me that I need $2,000 a work on a brand new car just got less than a year ago. Guess what they already had that car parked outside waiting for me cuz I did tell him to give me my car back. They KNEW I wasnt going for that scam. A brand new car less than a year when a car note an insurance and they going to tell me I need $2,000 worth of work on a brand new car. They told me its going to cost $100 just to put a tire on the car.YEAHH. Im going some where else for business...
Before you buy a used car from them read this:1) you have to insist on giving you the service inspection report of the car. If they do not provide you, trust me you do NOT want to end up paying repairs after you make a deal. Do NOT let them fool you like it happened to me.2) when making the deal, even if you saw that the salesman has 2 car keys, make sure that these 2 keys belong to the car that youre buying or else you will here invalid excuses from John3) Whatever repairs the car needs, get the price of each part from the dealership and deduct that from the price, do NOT take the salesman word on that. I trusted Matt but apparently I shouldnt have done such a mistake. They will underestimate the price of any parts that needs to be fixed 60% less than its original price .4) Do ask for price before tax totally separate from sales tax and other fees. They can easily manipulate you with the number.Last, John the invalid excuse that you gave me about you not being able to afford financial and manpower wise to control the keys of each car, is such an unprofessional statement from a manager whos supposed to manage the process and not only making the pennies.I am totally disappointed with the car I bought from them. Paid almost 1k of repairs and counting....
The gentleman that I work with was very good. He did not try to sell me on features that I did not want or need. They were very accommodating and friendly. I would go back to them again.

Oil changes are the worst ever here. Fast lanes will have you waiting 3-4 hours tops. But getting my car serviced with a appointment went very well. They told me everything I needed done. Did the work in a timely and professional matter. Happy with my car service.

Poor communication skills. Car was in for 2-1/2 weeks, and with the exception of giving me an estimate, it was almost impossible for anyone to return a phone call. After paying a $3,000+ repair bill, the check engine light came on less than 5 minutes after leaving the dealership.
Would give a zero if possible. They do not care about their Customers! Find another dealership.

The staff are always friendly. The wait time is moderate since I never make appointments. I keep my vehicle service at Ganley and no where else. I always get a survey by email and fill it out. This has always been my place of choice.

I have had several bad experiences with service and oil changes. Long wait times lost parts on my car then they wanted to charge me for a cover they lost. I would not recommend anyone take their car here for repairs..

I bought my car in 2017 and been treated like a number ever since. The lady in service had a nasty attitude with me about my recall. Called me a liar on the phone, then said she was mistaken and made me an appointment. Never got an apology. Then someone called me after to say that they were disappointed by the way I was treated and would have someone higher up follow up with me. Again never got a call back. Also never recieved my 25 dollar gift Visa for buying my car. Got told that it was being handled. Year and several months later, still no gift card.
