Came in about a week ago for the early Black Friday sale ( i needed a new dinning table ) first thing as I walked in. I was greeted by a employee ( very nice lady. Did not get her name ) helped me with everything I needed. I Came in 6 days before thanksgiving needing the table by turkey day. And they delivered it the day before and Assembled it very fast. Great Quality furniture Will definitely come back in the future. Great customer service. Friendly employees. And delivery guys 5 ⭐️stars

Poor after delivery service. Be AWARE of 2 day return policy. Delivered partial order and after 5 weeks, when we ccontacted them, the item was still back ordered any they refused to take back the one of two ordered because of their 2 day return policy. No exceptions.

You walk around freely and once you have questions they are there to answer them. We were just there and found a great deal on a TV. Black Friday Deal. Awesome store, huge warehouse. This place needs to shut down first every time I called to check on my order the keep on extending it for weeks and then when it finally came in they gave me an appointment to come and pick it up in a couple of days, then 30 minutes prior to our appointment to pick it up (mattress) they said it was damaged. So I recommend that nobody orders from this place!!!

Good place to buy quality furniture without horrible prices. I wouldnt say that the prices are cheap, but neither is the furniture. Weve visited the store a few times and the sale people arent pushy. Good place to buy an inexpensive mattress too.

I want to live in there. They have so many nice things I want to buy everything, but fit in house. I did get a queen size bedroom set called the Toronto, which absolutely beautiful. The bed has drawers underneath. The nightstand and dresser is breathtaking it’s a beautiful grey color. They delivered next day which was nice because I thought I would have to wait but lucky for me they had it stock and anyway I didn’t even need it until the end of August but now I can shop for comforters :). Almost forgot the staff was every friendly to me and they weren’t pushy on me to buy something which is nice because most furniture store push you to buy something. Thank you 😊

I went to look at a sofa and love seat friday and i called back sunday to come pick it up along with a tv stand and mat and i was told the sofa wontbe released because they have too many inquiries on that item. Its obvios this store is trying to bring the prices up abusing the shortage of furniture due to the covid pandemic. IF YOU WANT TO OVERPAY FOR YOUR FURNITURE COME TO THIS STORE.

We found out last minute that we had some family coming in from out of state. We needed to buy a mattress in a hurry so we ran to the local Mattress Firm. They let us know that they didnt keep mattresses in stock and wed have to order it. Normally that wouldnt be an issue but we needed the mattress right away. They suggested we head over to Landeros. We did just that and our sales associate Kimberly helped us find a great mattress and we even found a desk which we ended up purchasing. Kimberly recognized that we were in a bit of a time crunch so she would literally run from the computer to the area where we were in an effort to get us out as quickly as possible. She was knowledgeable and kind. Just the type of person you want helping you when you go to a large furniture warehouse.

Kim was amazing! She took her time with us and that must have been at least a hour and half. We were buying a whole house of furn.And she waited a week for us to come back and pay her.Plus she got us discounts on a lot of items we didnt expect. This is a great place to buy furn.

Bought a bed set for my growing son. His feet hang off his twin bed...it was time. This will be the bed he moves out of the house with. Quick and great service. The sign says make an appointment so my husband and I began to walk away but an employee opened the door and let us in to shop. Covid19 we wore our mask.

I had been to a few other fruniture stores, their customer service was beyond horrible so I had left . seen LANDEROS made an appointment and found exactly what we wanted . A big shot out to KIM she has excellent customer service and was a great help. Never once did we feel pressured to buy anything she wanted to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted . shes amazing, and because of her we will definitly be back for more :)))))

The store itself had a wonderful setup with a great variety of furniture, but trying to find a salesperson was terrible! We walked around for 15 minutes trying to find someone to help us, finally we walked up to a desk with a lady working and she told us that she couldnt help us and that there were two people working the sales floor. After another 10 minutes a sales associate came up to us and couldnt answer our questions.

Went to look at twin beds. Blanca was very helpful, took her time and showed us a large variety of twin beds and mattresses. She gave us prices and did not pressure us to buy on the spot. We will definitely visit this store for any future home furnishing needs. We have purchased other furnishings from this store and will definitely check out this store first for future needs.

After looking for a medium sized desk with a small hutch, I finally found it at Landeros! The salesman was very helpful in understanding what I was looking for and finding it. Purchasing the desk was quick and easy. Ive purchased furniture at other furniture stores and Landeros is by far the best store to pick up furniture from. I pulled around to the pick up area and my desk was already waiting for me...not waiting, no hassle, no problems! Ill definitely be back when I need something else! Thanks Landeros!

Beautiful furniture at great prices. Staff went above and beyond to find the pattern I wanted on a loveseat. Even though my choice was lower end price wise they still treated my request with importance and found what I wanted! Also came available for pick up much sooner than expected. Highly recommend!

I bought a beautiful livingroom set and matching chair an ottoman a year ago. The gentleman who waited on me was very professional and had excellent taste for good designer. I would go back in a heart beat when l need more help in getting more furniture. Its the best!😊

We had just moved into the area. And we where happy to see such a full service furniture store. The staff was very helpful, if they do not have an item in the store. They will let you look at books and order. I have sent two other people there that have also just moved into Four Seasons. And everyone has been very pleased.

My experience has been great with the Beaumont store. I moved from Northern CA to a larger home in Calimesa, CA. I needed lots and lots of new furniture. I found everything I needed at their store and the people who work there took good care of me. They were so helpful and answered all my questions.My home looks beautiful because of their large selection.

Terrible experience with this store today. Rude staff and was very unprofessional. I felt like I was bothering the sales woman. She never recommended any other item or options about what I was looking for. My husband and I felt alone in this big store with no other customers around. We finally decided on a $500 purchase on our own. At this point we had to find her in order to make our purchase. Upon being invoiced and trying to purchase the item, I was never thanked for my business and she abruptly walked away. Still felt like I was a bother and do not recomend anyone to shop here. The parking lot is empty for a reason..terrible overall experience.

They have nice furniture but not what I was looking for. I did purchase a mattress and box springs from here 4 yrs ago. Bed is comfortable but it squeeks.

Just moved to Beaumont area and was looking for a large sectional. When we walked into Landeros we were impressed with the layout of the furniture and we found the sectional we were looking for. It was reasonably priced(we checked out MOR Furniture and the same sectional was $500 more than Landeros) Jessie our Salesman was very knowledgeable about the product and very personable. I will definitely go back to Landeros for other furniture needs.

I knew this was a superstore, but I was very surprised by the diversity in selection they had. I had a really good idea of what I wanted, and I loved that they were local and had plenty of contemporary designs at a reasonable price point. The store is clean, and the staff is very friendly. I love buying furniture and will return to Landeros.

Lets see my mother bought a couch and love seat a month ago. One week later the stuffing came out of the cushions. She called and let them know, they said for her to bring in the cushions and they would get them fixed. They fixed the love seat but the couch they will not fix. They said it isnt a manufacturer defect. We then asked for a manager by the name of Tony, who stepped out and they would give him the message.A couch doesnt fall apart one week after purchase. How about you back your product and answer the phone! Looks like I will be calling back repeatedly until Tony decides to answer the phone.

Went in to see the mattress department... Tim the employee was super knowledgeable in mattres differences. I still have acouple more places to go to find the right comfort mattress but if I dont find it Im definitely coming back for the Diamond Mattress Plush. I bought a dining room set and it was satisfactory with my familys size because it can be adjusted. The quality of their product is excellent to my standard

I bought a dining table from them . It was assembled by them . The table and chairs are very wabblely. They disnr even attempt to come fix it. One of the chairs was damaged witch they hid with plastic wrap. I didnt notice it until I got home and took the plastic wrap off. So far no respond and I was told they have to call the manufacturer 1st. That makes no sense to me Im your customer you take care of the problem then you deal with manufacture. Customer should not have to wait I bought it for you not the manufacturer! I will not be shopping there again prices are high I only went to them because they are in the neighborhood.

Was looking for a specific color of bedroom furniture (light wood). Found 2 sets on Landeros website that would work, so we drove 45 MIN to their store. There were no light colored wood sets, only a bed frame that did not include other furniture with it. I asked the salesman about what I was looking for and he said they didnt have light colored wood sets (except for a Demarlos off-white set or just plain white sets). Therefore, I found their website misleading as to what merchandise was actually in the store.Their other furniture appeared nice, but again, it was mostly dark color or white. If thats what your looking for, youll probably find it here.The salesman was friendly, attentive, but not pushy.As a side note....The Demarlos set at Landeros is approx. $150-$300 more per piece than at Living Spaces. Thats a significant price difference to us!

Walked the entire store 2x with not one employee greeting, nor asking if we could use some help or anything. So we left, we were about to get a new living room and bedroom set but we will spend our money elsewhere.

When we went to visit this place we found the furniture to be some what expensive, however there was a lot of it and many styles. I think if youre looking for brand new furniture this would probably be a very good place to be.

What a joke,the only good thing about this store is the prices but it comes with a cost down to defective and missing parts to false promises .I will never purchase from this store again and definitely not reccomend anyone to purchase from here unless you have nothing but time to go back and forth on the problems you are having and stock being told is available then being told it will be 3 months after you pay and set up arrangements .I should have just bought my furniture at MOR .If I were you Id look into another store .

When I moved to Beaumont years ago I was actually saddened that Landeros was still in San Bernardino and I would be leaving it behind. I actually furnished my first house out here in Beaumont with Landeros furniture when they were still in San Bernardino and paid a very low fee for delivery all the way out here. So when they moved out here I was very excited and they brought their low prices out here as well. There is honestly no other place I buy furniture.I have never and will never go anywhere else for my furniture needs.

The staff was friendly and helpful, they load your funiture. You must tie down your own equipment only thing with that was their light was out an we were in the dark trying to tie down our funiture so if u go later in the day take a flashlight .

Horrible store, they are LIARS. My sister and I went into the store to find a new couch for her living room. Two different people gave me two different prices. When I asked the manager if he could have a with the price he gave me $200 off I felt okay thats good. We went down to the Redlands location and found the same couch for $1,000 cheaper. Also in Redlands, the couch was in the color that we like the most but were told was discontinued at the beaumont location. When we called them they matched our price and gave us the color that we wanted.Lesson; go to the Redlands location first.

Their prices are amazing and they really take the time to work with families that need help in making sure the price they pay are meeting their budget.Arsie has worked with us for years and we have referred alot of our family to her because we know she takes the time to get the the right merchandise in the right sizes, colors and affordablity.
