Excellent customer service at the Beaumont store for the sale but after 30 days our bed is still not functioning as advertised. After 10+ frustrating customer service calls, a new pump (self installation), and a technician call (delivery guy) still no success in connecting to the Sleep IQ app. The local manager offered store merchandise but its not about $$, its about receiving what was paid for. In addition, upon delivery my spouse was home. They did not inflate the bed because the pump power cord did not reach...so they manually inflated the bed and left! Maybe they could have asked Do you have an extension cord? So, great initial customer service at the store, we like the bed but I offer ZERO stars for Sleep Number follow up customer service and the delivery experience. Very disappointing.August 2021: Update - still not resolved. Never again.

Montana Moody is an excellence employee.He explained the product and demonstrated it well. I manage a Gas Storage Company, if I had an opening you would be needing a new employee. I would defiantly try to hire him away. I don’t know what kind of career path he is on with your comany but, you should really try to retain him. He is an asset to your business.

Do not buy. Contract said they would move current bed to another room or remove it. When delivery arrived (late of course) they refused to move current bed. Refused to refund money at store. exploring legal action

Bed was not set up properly. I had to dismantle and put back together myself. Called store to complain. Have never received a call back. Ive tried to call several other times. I always get their voice mail.

When I walked into my local Sleep number store I was greeted by a very kind and proffesional employee locked and loaded with all the information one could ask for about any given product with answers to my every question.She was patient, pleasant and made my husband and I feel important.She was compassionate and very understanding towards our needs,and request.There was absolutely no pressure for a sale and took plenty of time with us.Truely loved her job and it showed her customer service.Sleep Number has trained their staff with the highest levelof integrity.Their product is off the charts high quality and so options to choose from.Excellent experience and will go back for all my needs there!

Wife and I are getting older and decided to buy a Sleep Number bed after looking at the different options. We like to deal with local businesses if possible, so we went to this store instead of buying online. The young lady who helped us was friendly, capable and intelligent, and answered our questions very satisfactorily. It was also a great help to actually lie on the mattresses, because we ended up purchasing a thinner (and less expensive!) mattress than we thought we needed. We were entirely satisfied with the store and the sales folks. It remains to be seen if well like the bed; it is due here in two days. So far, though, we are optimistic.

The service in store is great. The whole buying experience is on point. But my bed delivery was on a Saturday and the delivery ppl were extremely aggravated that they had to drive 2 hrs to deliver. Then my base got stuck in up right position the 1st night. Customer service is closed on Saturday and Sundays. So I slept on the floor on our old mattress for 3 days after I spent a fortune on this bed. Now it has been almost a month and my new base still hasnt been delivered. I paid a good bit of money for what I was told was the best bed. That is a lie the dang thing dont even work. We had to pull it apart for it to lay flat. Customer service has been completely unhelpful. I just want it gone! I dont have time to be here to reschedule time and time again for someone to come out to look at a broke bed. They lied and said they were sending a new one. The guy didnt have one on his truck. He was told to come out and look at the bed. Its one thing after another. And get this! They are saying my base is nonrefundable. ITS BROKEN! The store says they cant do anything to help you its all separate. Thats just so they dont have to deal with unsatisfied ppl. THE WORST MONEY I HAVE EVER SPENT! DONT DO IT! ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!

I bought two pillows here during a buy one get one half off sale and was told that if I had any issues or was just unhappy to bring them back and theyd be swapped for another set immediately within 30 days, boy was that inaccurate. if you buy a pillow on sale then they will try to force you to pay the difference when exchanging for a different set, Im waiting to hear back from the manager but so far theyve wasted a half an hour of my time in the store this morning. not very impressed with their customer service up to this point.

Not whole lot explained about the bed or the warranty was in and out of the store less than 25 minutes .
