When we arrived were greeted By Dave. He showed us some sectionals and he lets us know what discounts we can use towards our purchase. The whole process was easy and we were done within an 1hr. The ladies and the payment counter was also friendly and polite.

If you are going to order something from here be careful some of their prices may be cheep but wjere they get you is the delivery for most online shopping they highest they will make you pay for delivery is about $9 but bel furniter will legit make you pay $99.99 for delivery even id you live just about lets say 20 minutes away DONT EVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I asked for a specific furniture set and was talked out of it by a salesperson at Bels furniture. If it is not available for whatever reason it should not have been on display PERIOD

I was very happy with my experience! The sales associate, Rosanna, was excellent! New about the product. She was honest and made me feel good about my purchase. My only complaint would be that there needs to be more products in store to choose from.

We have been looking for furniture for 2 months now, in lake Charles, we came here for the first time and had Dave as our salesman and the first set he introduced us to we fell in love with. The person that I bought my table from was great. Other than that I was not happy with the pickup process, the instructions in the box, or the fact that they made their employees come in to work the during our week long freeze.... oh, and if you didnt know there is no Heating in that facility so it was unbearably cold in there and not a great condition to have to work in at all. Im not sure about anyone else but I certainly didnt do any furniture shopping during our freeze. Any company that lacks care & concern for employees is a negative in my book. I will not be shopping here again. I was about to buy all new stuff for my house and Im glad I held off. Now for a positive... the table that I bought from here is absolutely gorgeous and the price was low. As for quality, Its heavy and seems sturdy. Pleased with the product & price, not the experience.

I like Bel Furniture because the parking lot is rarely ever shared with more than a few cars, they have always had a sale, the staff is nice & you have a nice selection.

Just left store.I walk in hopeful, made my way around the store, found two sets I liked, attempted to get the ladies attention to ask questions so I could make a final decision on which one and she quickly answers my question but keeps walking. I wasnt even finish speaking. I just sat there thinking, Surely she will be back so I sat there Incase she was trying to help others. Nope, she made her way back to the seat she was sitting in upon my arrival. Took back out her phone and just sat there. So I got up was walking towards her and she got up and started walking around the store, as if avoiding us. So we just walked right out the door.It doesnt even make sense. Why have a job working with the public?

I have been to this store before, & I have never had a bad experience until now. I ordered a bed set, picked it up, brought it home turns out they ordered the wrong one. I called they said okay it will be in, in one week. So two weeks past I called I have not heard from you guys what’s going on. Manager stated So sorry bed will be there next week. Here we are Three weeks later they call me to say I’m 5 minutes away from your house to drop off new bed and pick up. (No one called to confirm appointment) I would think because of a courtesy they will put together new bed set since we put the other one together, wrong size and took it down. Also had to wait three weeks for the bed to come in. But I was wrong they just came dropped off and picked up. I called manager and she said we can’t put it together unless we charge you a fee. I stated to the manager I was not happy with the way this purchase went & I will not be back again. She seemed careless. I think conns have better customer service then this.

The place is clean and has a good display of furniture. The complaint i have is they dont sell individual pieces of a set. Now if I was a small couch for a man cave. I would not be able to get one because their policy doesnt allow them to break any sets. Well I dont think thats a money friendly policy but hey they can do what they want. I went to home furniture nears Sams club and they took care of me right away and gave me only the piece I wanted. If you want the flexibility I would not recommend this place. Hope this review helps the owner see the opportunity increase business

Lindsey was so great and helpful! Walked us through almost all the sofa sets on the show room floor and explained each ones features. I was so indecisive and went back and fourth on what I wanted. Even purchased a set, but changed my mind when I got home. Went back the next day and Lindsey helped us pick out the exact one I wanted. We went back on a Sunday, and they had no wearhouse personnel to help us load it, so another associate, Dave, over heard the conversation and offered to help my husband load it for us! The exchanges was so easy and the fact that another associate offered to help us was fantastic! We are beyond pleased with out purchase and buying experience!

Purchasing beds for our children. Found a couple that we really like and are decent quality and good prices (especially in comparison to other furniture stores around town). As soon as we walked inside, Dave was ready to help us. He did a fantastic job answering any questions, never made us feel pressured or like a burden...very kind and helpful. I purchased a living room set in November. I purchased the warranty. The recliner broke in December. They scheduled to come out to fix it and didnt show up twice. I was told I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee as well as another delivery fee in order to replace the items after I have already went through all this when I am suppose to be enjoying my furniture. This store doesnt care about customer satisfaction and now Im stuck with junk furniture that I just purchased. Go somewhere else.

Staff was great, but prices are ridiculous. The same item at other locations was 100-300 dollars cheaper. Same maker, same everything. They are selling the bell name, not the equipment.

Went in to look for futon beds or trundle beds for the teens but they didnt have any in stock. The staff was friendly but only offered delivery of the items for a fee.We get their ads all the time in the mail, seems they should spend less on advertising and more on keeping items stocked in a warehouse closer to the store.Not acceptable that Katy, TX warehouse is the only way to get it same day.

Walked into store wanting to buy a recliner only to find out it will be a 2 week wait because they are a showroom for Katy Texas which is over 100 miles away. Not a good way to get buisness when you service another area faster than the area you have a store in

Purchased Ivory theater chairs on sale for $588. Previously purchased a red set in 2010 that lasted until a few months ago which speaks to the quality of their merchandise. I have been purchasing furniture from Bel since I resided in Houston and will continue because they have wonderful sales.

I entered the Beaumont Bel Furniture Location to buy a specific piece of furniture today. I asked for a small discount on the item and the manager on duty named Toni assured me that “This is not a Goodwill or a Flea Market. Everybody always thinks they can always negotiate. You can either pay the price on the tag or leave.” I did not ask for any facetious comments. I simple “no” would have been sufficient. I will be shopping for an entire home full of furniture soon & I will certainly not be shopping with the Beaumont Bel Furniture because of these comments.

I went to pick up my order and when I get to the back for it to be put into my truck, they tell me it’s not here. I received two phone calls previously telling me that it was here and suddenly, it magically disappears. They gave me excuses and no solutions. I would give no stars if I could.

The furniture I bought here is of extremely poor quality and literally started to rip and fall apart after about a month of use. A leg fell off the couch, an arm detached from the chair, and wood inside the couch poked through the thin fabric of the couch. Employees refused to honor the warranty by repeatedly asking for description or pictures of the damage and then not responding to the information they requested. They did not return phone calls or emails until the warranty expired. This is an unethical, substandard business.

Had a bad experience in Beaumont store. Store manager was very rude and disrespectful to me. The salesperson hung up in my face on the phone. When I mention lawyer to manager he threatened me telling me he will take his time on my refund. I will never go to that store again in life. Rude Nasty people!

Wish I could give it zero stars. Walked in for the first time today to buy my first couch. I saw about 10 employees while walking around with a friend. No one greeted me or even walked up to me to ask if I needed help. Employees were laying all on the furniture, one even had his legs kicked up and was on his phone. I took my money elsewhere and found a fantastic couch. The only thing we got was stares. Very unpleasant first and last visit.

The customer service was great but I was pretty upset when I noticed my receipt didnt include a full address and the spelling of my name was misspelled and the delivery guys had to bring my items, which at the time it had me worried. I had to go back to the company three times! I also noticed I didnt received my 100.00 gift card the paper advertised in the mail for my purchase being over 399.00 dollars. I was later told that I wouldve had to get there early or that deal which was days last when I returned to ask about this the store had a power outage so the manager just gave me that message and I left however once my items made it on the delivery day I must admit I was very satisfied!

We walked in abt 10 mins before closing last night. Not realizing they closed at 8. We were looking to buy 2 living room sets. We were asked about 3 mins after arriving if we were buying or not because they were closing. We asked about a if a set was available in different color, no was reply, asked if any sets came in different colors. No. When I said abt picking up a set, was told it takes a week to come in. Ad clearly stated, texas only in stock store? Not at all impressed

Ive been waiting on mattresses for 2 months, the first delivery the mattresses were soak and wet i stayed up drying for hrs so i can atleast get some sleep noticed it was the wrong mattress. Called and i recieved nothing but rudeness over my things. I called corporate and it was the same situation first off the corporate office was the worst i would never ever purchase from this place 😤

We found out that one of the six pieces of our sectional we bought was broken after the purchase, and Chris managed to find and order us the piece new as replacement.... the warranty offered is inexpensive and offers complete coverage for five years which is wonderful.... Rosanna was very nice but the showroom is limited. There are a few pieces of high end furniture but overall, they have flea market furniture. Overall, nice but the quality is just not there.

After waiting 59 minutes to be waiting on and watch two customers inter the store after me and get waited on before me was not pleasing. I was in the store for 2 hours to purchase one item, I did take in consideration that it was busy, but I thought it would go in numerical order. All I received was I am sorry, which I accepted. But when I ask about waving the delivery fee, because of the amount spent, I was refused. I feel I should have received some type of promotion. I really like this store.

Half the lights were off when I went in and almost nothing was in stock, what furniture they did have was broken down and lots of stuff looked like it was attempted to be put together but why half way put lots of things together and just leave them laying around unfinished? Just weird and looked unprofessional.

When you come to a place of business, you want to feel welcomed; comfortable. You want to feel no pressure but at the same time have your questions answered and needs actually thought of.
