I love the order online and just pick it up. I am horribly baf at going broke when i walk in a store to shop so the pick up service has saved my budget

This store is always low on inventory ! The shelves are almost empty in several places! There’s no reason for it when I can go to Walmart and find the same products and plenty of it right down the road ! Get it together target!

Doesnt have the same full grocery as a Super Target, but the groceries are nevertheless fresh and you can find most of what you need. On the plus side, the store is very well organized and the housewares section is more expansive than HEB. If you have the Cartwheel app and the Target Red Card, the prices are usually better than HEB as well (except for soda, cereal, and wine, for some reason). A great all-around shopping stop.

Easy in and out found what I was looking for today.

Tried to get in the store as soon as it opened to return two pillows. Unfortunately got in line behind a woman who was returning a few items but had paid in several different ways. They only had one person working the return area. I asked a young lady if they had anyone else who could help me and she said no. I had to wait in line twenty minutes to get a refund for two pillows for which I had my stuff together. Not to mention it was a Friday morning, there was a line for self-check because only one register was open. Come on Target, you all need to do better!

Coustomer service is good!

When the Target app initially launched with the ability to check prices, I would get treated badly when I mentioned the price matching to the associate. Now it is easy breezy. For the most part the prices are accurate when I use the app when in the past It was not. I now use Target for groceries since they accept SNAP benefits. I am a single mom of 3 in nursing school. I do not get any financial aid as I have exhausted all of that a few years ago when trying to find my career path.

Beaumont Target is awesome! My favorite thing about this store is their kids clothing prices! I also really love their toy selections along with the home/decor as well! I recommend this store to EVERYONE!

I commend this store for it’s diligence in it’s effort to making sure of it’s customer’s safety. My wife witnessed the stores greeter turning away a potential customer because she refused to wear a face mask. This potential customer was quite rude and persistent that she would not wear a mask, in return the store greeter told her she would not be allowed to enter. This all happened 2/6/2021. Again I deeply appreciate this store’s efforts and diligence to keep it’s customers safe.Thank YouRBourgeois

This Target was well stocked, didnt have empty shelves. Other then being disorganized not having all paper products together toilet paper and paper towels together Id say they where like every other Target

Target is very convenient for me and its always clean. I fill my prescriptions there because the pharmacists are always very nice so I can pick up what I need while Im there. Target has good products at a good price. I enjoy shopping there.

Ordered. A watch on line. Told me it would be here Thursday. It’s Friday. No delivery. No way to call them. Do not order anything on line

This is by far the worst Target I have ever shopped. With my busy schedule, I mainly get order pickup inside the store. It takes them up to 4 to 6 hours just to pick out a few items. If you go inside the store, you are not the priority. Drive up pickup is priority. I made it to the store 10 minutes before someone pulled up. The girl was helping her my items and then immediately dropped mine to take stuff out to someone elses car. You are just better off shopping for yourself. Oh and good luck trying to get a hold of someone on the phone. I try to get a hold of a manager to resolve an issue and nothing. Not a single person picked up. I called corporate and they even took 20 minutes before getting a hold of someone. I know someone who works there and even they couldnt get a hold of someone. Their communication is just awful. WORST TARGET EVER!

Overpriced merchandise that can be bought elsewhere at a much cheaper price.

Target sells good things for a reasonable price. It always has what I need. I love shopping at Target. Just today I bought these super cute shorts for my little sister at $4.

My order is always correct, it is always being walked out within minutes of arrival, and the employees are always so friendly!!

They cheated me out of $8 because I didnt have the receipt. All I was trying to do was switch pants for a different size because the first didnt fit my son. I wanted a even exchange...instead they gave me 3.25. Lost my business.

Everything was perfect and finding help was easy. I just needed to get in and get out.

Great shopping experience

Target store is always neat and clean. I love shopping here but when it comes to product in store and online its totally different. For example, online it says product available but when entering the store the product doesnt be on the shelf of the right size. I would recommend this store to family members and friends. I hope they improve their in-store and online discrepancies.

I enjoy the atmosphere of this store. Its very clean and calm. You can count on an enjoyable shopping experience at this store. This store seems never to be crowded. The employees at this store are very polite, the prices are fair and I am always impressed with the quality and variety of the merchandise.

I had a bad experience made better by an amazing Team Member - had an issue with my Target wallet at checkout, but a Team Member, I think her name was Kiana - she was AMAZING!!! She helped me and was pleasant and cheerful. She is an asset, I hope Target knows how wonderful she is because she knows how to deliver awesome customer service

Always a good experience here .Very clean. All employees seem to genuinely want to assist you. Mens clothing is still lacking but thats most stores now and days unless its a mens only place. Everything else is what youd expect from this kinda store.

Good luck getting checked out. My last two visits I abandonded my cart full of murchandise because I could not check out. The only working cashier was busy chatting with a friend and the 2 working self checkouts had a long line of customers with full shopping carts.

I wanted to buy a iPhone 6 I looked for 15-20 minutes but couldnt find any sales associates to help me so I brought the paper that said see a retail associate to purchase phone to the checkout cashier who was not friendly at all,I gave her the paper she then acted like she had no idea how to help me another associate walked up and told me I needed to bring the paper back to the electronics department ... After looking for someone for another 25 mins I finally found someone to help me

Management seems to handle potential bad situations like 44 hatchimal coming in and 80 people in line for them. They explained that only 44 came in and did a very organized ticket system and got the situation resolved without ever letting it spiral out of control. Great job.

Each time I visit Target the atmosphere is quite welcoming and the quality of goods are above high quality.

Hospitality,sales and hard to find items

Hugh store, have most every thing you could possibly need, but two complaints: noone on floor to ask directions to certain items, plus they need to add several more check yourself out machines. Long waiting lines to get checked out.

Prices, but the selections in the store was wonderful. Lovely vegetables and meat and milk. So much better experience then the crowd at Walmart with only 2 cashiers available. Hate going to Walmart for lack of service and everything seems in a disarray from lack of workers and cashiers.

Because for the 3rd year in a row theyve told me an item was in stock I placed an order them they cancelled saying not available. Now I have to wait over a week to receive it now. Besides the customer service representative were rude basically like he an she was reading a script. Everytime I ask a question all I hear was mmmmm hmmm

I had an issue with Cartwheel and the female Asian employee working acted like she didn’t want to take care of it. Actually, 2 issues. The first was that when I scanned my wallet, it only applied one Cartwheel offer that I had added instead of both. It took $1 off of Swiffer, but did not take the $3 off the Pampers which I had added by scanning the barcode so I knew it was eligible. Additionally, when I scanned my wallet, it only used Cartwheel and did not apply my payment method like normal. When I tried to scan my wallet again, it simply said that my wallet had already been scanned and the employee didn’t know how to fix it. Finally, she said that she would have to void the entire transaction and there was no guarantee it would work the second time. Luckily I had brought my physical Target card as I usually don’t as there is no need for it. Additionally, I wasn’t able to use the gift card that was in my wallet. I love Target and have been a loyal customer for years, but I think I will exclusively shop online from now on.

This used to be my favorite target. After dealing with guest services and the store operator, however, it is not anymore. Got home from a shopping trip yesterday and realized I was missing at least a bag of items, that were left at the store. I called and tried to reach any department I could, no answer. Called corporate, and the man I talked to couldnt get them to pick up either. He submitted a report, and asked me to try again this morning. I did so, and though I got to guest services, she was highly unhelpful. Either they reshelved the items, or someone else ended up with them. Recourse was to drive an hour back to the store and watch security footage, or lose like $35. I called corporate back, and in less than 5 minutes, they had remedied the problem. Corporate gues services-- amazing. Beaumont store employee-- awful. I love target, but they need to work on customer service in this particular store.

Clean store, good prices and deals, friendly staff

I have never ever been to a target as bad as this one. EVERYTHING is disorganized, all over floors and knocked over. Im sure it is the publics fault but everytime I go in there it is the exact same. The employees are never to be found! If u wanna go to target go to the target in Port Arthur. The employees on port Arthur are always so nice and keep it clean!

Pharmacy staff is quite helpful with anything you may need, especially Andrew. Though the electronics department staff could use a little more knowledge.

Update: We dropped in to Target on Thanksgiving to check out the Black Friday specials. After fighting our way down the aisles for 20 minutes we didnt find anything that had the value and utility that we needed at this moment. So we moved on down the road.To me, Target has a solid place in the market with their stylish, somewhat upscale products, with out the prices getting too out of line.

A little pricey at times, but store is clean & has great selections on various designer brand & non designer brand items for your home, closet, kids, gifts, seasonal, groceries, personal, educational, entertainment @ travel! Store presentation is clean & beautiful.

On the website Target was suppose to open on black Friday from 7am-11pm. Had so many customers upset waiting in line thinking that theyre opening at 7am! Im so disappointed!!

Almost like a premium Walmart. Never packed unless its near holidays, and also has a great service center with decent checkout lines.

Starbucks inside target is selling organic apple juice containers that real of perfume. Not cool!

Seems like nobody wants to work and theres never enough checkers up front and they are very slow. Also, found out of date food on shelves. I usually walk out with nothing, because the lines are way too long and there are only one or two slow checkers.

This Target is very well maintained but is often very busy on the weekends. Sometimes it feels like there arent enough people at the registers.

Loved it & the starbucks & other restaurant at the entrance. Pharmacy in a great location too !
