The visit was great and the excellence begin with the phone call. I was having concerns with my vision and called to see if it was possible to be seen without prior appointment. I called right upon them opening and was able to get an appointment. The operator was pleasant both on the phone and in person. The wait time was little to none.

Amazing staff!! We brought 5 kids in with us and they helped us so graciously with zero complaints. I highly recommend going there and we will definitely be back!!!

I moved to Beaumont from Charleston, SC almost 6 months ago. I was on my last box of contacts, and could not find the business I used for years in this area. I simply walked in, paid $110 and received the most interactive & passion driven experience from the staff; AND the Optometrist. With my free box of Alcon solution and lens case, and trial pair of contacts -I walked away seeing good!

Went in for a walk in eye exam. The staff was friendly and courteous. The doctor was knowledgeable, explained ever procedure and piece of equipment that was used and answered EVERY question.

The office staff was friendly & personable. The doctor was great. The service was fast. I wish we would have switched sooner.

3 stars because there are very long waits, not because lots of customers but rather there is usually just 1 person working and it takes a long time for them to help 1 person. They are good about adjusting and repairing glasses so thats a nice plus, its just understaffed and has long waits. (Prices are competitive on the frames and they have a good selection as well)

I had an eye appointment to get new prescription. I called to let them know what Insurance I have on my way there. By the time I arrived 10 minutes later, all my paperwork was ready. All I had to do was sign. I waited about 5 minutes, then I was taken to the back for my exam. The Dr. explained every single thing he was doing. 15 mins later U was on my way home!

I have tried going to 2 other eye doctors since my eye got hurt while over here in Texas and had no luck until I tried the vision center @ Walmart in Beaumont!!! The staff was great and friendly and fast to get me in to see the doctor! As for the doctor he was a awesome Dr and very thorough and great at his job. Im soooo glad I decided to try going to this dr office cuz it was a great experience and I will most deffinitly use them again in the future! Thanks again for helping me your awesome

The doctors part and examine is great good customers service and fast..the part where yoy bring prescription has terrible customer service...it like no one wants to work that why they cant sell glasses..u took my kids prescription eles where.
