First visit to this Eyemart Express in the Target shopping center of Beaumont, Texas. They were busy and still it only took an hour to be waited on. The order process was quick and efficient. Marilyn did a great job taking my order. They had my two pairs of glasses ready in less than an hour. The pickup process was very quick. Not many people were there at that time. I was waited on right away. Did not even have to sign in on the clipboard. This lady was quick and helped me with some adjustments and the purchase of a cleaning kit. All in all I recommend these guys to everyone due to the fact they are all very professional, friendly, caring & fast. Much better than other places in town.

Amazing experience with the staff and doctor!!! Love coming to this doctor and I always bring my parents, kids and husband to this eye clinic. Love coming here and Dr. Conroy listens attentively and gives his full attention.

I did have an enjoyable experience. They were very good with my 4 year old. On both sides! The initial wait time to be talked to about receiving glasses for the first time was kind of lengthy, but thats understandable. I did not like the fact that, when you are messaged that your glasses are ready, you have to write your name on a waiting list and wait again to receive them. I feel like someone could be managing the front desk for glass pick up or any other immediate services. I would give 4.5 stars.

We went to get a replacement for my 16-year-old because we were in an accident on Monday and she lost one of her lenses in the crash. Eyemart Express was wonderful because they told me about the free replacement. My daughter wasnt due for a new pair of glasses until October. So it was so wonderful that she could get another pair after what happened. Thank you! :)

First time patients. Staff is very friendly at both the eye exam office and the eyewear place next door. Our appointments were on time. The longest wait was filling out the new patient form :) Picking out glasses was a breeze and were ready in about 30 minutes. Marilyn and MiMi were on their stuff :)

I went with my sister and brother to the eyemart on yesterday. The staff was very rude. They keep letting the young lady worker call my sister a man. Yes also called my brother mrs. Clay. I said and watched the staff be disrespectful towards my sister queenyette bill. My sister started bleeding they keep us so long. They went into my families fill and acted out a scenario. My family just went in for glasses. If there is anyone who can help I and my family would be truly grateful. The most hurtful thing that happened at eyemart 09/21/2021. Dr. Brianna Willis was so nasty to my special needs brother. She keep acting as if my brother Earl was getting on her nerves. She stated earl was not opening up his eyes wide enough but on the paper work she said his eye glands where swollen. How if she couldnt check them correctly.

Quick and simple! I was being extremely indecisive with what I wanted. A lady name Charlotte was extremely helpful and suggestive with picking out which glasses and what fit well for me. I really love the two pair I have right now and they feel absolutely perfect! Good deals too! Highly recommend this place!

The service was great. I walked in and was asked a few questions and then given a small basket to place the glasses I wanted to try. After a few minutes I was called to a desk and Tricia helped me out. I had made a mistake by using my insurance to buy contacts and she helped me straighten that out. Afterwards she explained everything I needed for my glasses and explained the price and even added it up for me when I asked. She was very helpful and super sweet. They had a special of getting a $20 pair for free. I went ahead with that because I mean free is free. She was very thorough at explaining everything and I left very satisfied. She explained that my glasses would have to be sent off since I asked for transition but the free pair would be ready in about an hour, they were ready in 14 minutes!!! I am very happy that I went and gave them my business and they will probably see me again in the near future.

Adriana was awesome! She did everything to make sure all my needs were met and make sure my vision insurance covered all the cost of my new glasses.

Needed glasses right away - drove an hour to check out nearest Eyemart Express. I was not disappointed! Great selection and pricing. Had to wait a little bit, but Adriana was more than helpful and they were really busy too. My glasses were ready in 30 minutes and they are great!

This store in Beaumont is wonderful. Mimi helped me with my glasses. I have to have no metal and soft Cushing for my nose. She helped in endlessly to find the perfect pair! On a side note over heard of a woman whos house burned down and she lost her glasses and she didnt have insurance on them. Just to say I think it my have been the manager, we will help her because she is our customer, thats what we do! Great place, nice people will always use this place!! Happy customer.

Waited a hour in a half, nearly 2 hours to get glasses. The staff is very short handed. No chairs were available, only standing room for a while.

Extremely professional and friendly staff. Ms. Marilyn is a jewel and very patient. The TURNAROUND was mind blowing. 2 pair of bifocals within 30 minutes. It was definitely worth the trip to Beaumont.

I don’t remember the name of the lady who helped us but she was very helpful, nice, was very patient with me and answered all my questions even though I asked some more than once. I didn’t know you could get your glasses in an hr! That was really nice and your staff was very quick. Will definitely recommend anyone I know to go there.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My mother came in for glasses and was told to wait in her car and they would call her. She was told the wait time was 1 hour AFTER she was already in the car 30 minutes. She had called to make sure they had her number. It has now been 2.5 hours later and we still are waiting in the car even though I called them TWICE to tell them she is on an oxygen tank with a limited supply. They have no measures in place, like maybe scheduling an appointment, with special needs patients. Something needs to change. And they need to take that 1 Hr. SERVICE sign down. Thats false advertisement!!

This is the second time Ive been into the Eyemart here in Beaumont, and its been a really nice experience. Mimi is the ladys name that attended to me and she was a sweetheart. There was just one lady, I didnt get her name, but she came from the back room and had an attitude but I ignored her. I know sometimes people just dont like their jobs or they come in... bringing their home problems with them into the work place. Hope she has a better day.

If I could give less than a star I would. Ive never witnessed more inconsiderate workers. I ended up leaving after I watched an employee get irritated with a man hard of hearing with hearing aides. She refused to get up and walk over to where the man was and repeatedly yelled from across the room while sitting at the desk in front of a room fulf of people. It was so painful to watch that I ended up walking over to the gentleman myself and explained what she was saying. They were moving slower than I had ever seen any type of eyeglass store move. I sat there for an hour with my glasses picked out before finally leaving and taking my business elsewhere. I will never ever be back.

I had went into Eye-Mart Express in the Target shopping center this past Saturday, after Delta, to look into getting new glasses. They are following all social distance procedures to the best of their ability and keeping things super clean! After selecting my glasses from the rather large selection, I sat in the waiting area for my name to be called. Their internet was down due to the hurricane so everything was paper. I sat down with MiMi (I am not 100% sure of spelling) and she just eased all of my concerns! I have tried several times at TSO and they just could not seem to get it right, but MiMi helped so much and described everything that would be done and explained why I may have been having so much trouble with my previous ones. She is so knowledgeable with her profession and just an all around comforting being. I HIGHLY suggest to come see her for any and all needs! 1,000% impressed :)

Eyemart Express was so awesome!! The lady who helped me, got busy right away. She was extremely nice to me the entire time, as was the rest of the staff. I was able to wait for my glasses, same day. They were done in 20 minutes. This is my second time getting glasses from here! Love this place! They even offer you a 1 year warranty on the glasses. I will always do business with them!

I just purchased a backup set of glasses from Eyemart Express. I shopped around and came to the decision that I should have known from the beginning, since my friends and family had already told me - - Value + Style = Eyemart Express. This was my first time visiting this establishment and I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was professional, courteous, but most of all helpful. Cristina helped me locate the perfect pair of Kate Spade frames! She made sure that I understood my purchase by explaining each available option. She is very knowledgeable and professional. John, the General Manager, was also in the store and was very personable. Overall, my experience was superb and I definitely recommend Eyemart Express for all your vision needs!!!

I’ve used this Eyemart Express the last 2yrs and couldn’t be more pleased! They are all so friendly! The manager once helped my daughter pick out her glasses because my infant was very fussy and I couldn’t focus on her. I always get great prices and the wait time is reasonable. You get your glasses back so fast!

Upon seeing me, Meosha greeted me immediately. She was very attentive and made the process of purchasing my multiple pairs of glasses effortless. ALL of their employees should pattern the customer service she displayed as I was ignored by the other associates initially. This is the only reason why I did not give 5 stars.

I was satisfied with my experience here. I came in As a walk in. I waited about an hour or so but I didnt mind as long as I got seen. Anyway the staff was nice and professional. The lady Dr I saw was ok.. but she could of explained my situation a little bit better. This was my first eye appointment in awhile. My diagnosis I needed reading glasses. I walked next door and received my glasses less than an hour. Oh and please ask for Charlotte! Shes awesome! She helped me pick out my glasses and was very knowledgeable. Thanks again Charlotte. I have enjoyed each experience I have had with Eyemart. Mimi is amazing she took the extra time needed to help get my 5 yr old into just the right pair of eyeglasses that fit his face that and his little ears. She also helped with our insurance as well as a great deal with getting him into a backup pair that our insurance doesnt cover and what was the best deal. It was such a good deal we got 2 back up pairs. If you have a little boy you know that one pair may not have been enough. ( LOL ) This is his first pair of eyeglasses also, and he just LOVES THEM !!! Even though they were very busy they handled it in stride.They were very efficient and helpful. They are very affordable and offer same day pick up which is GREAT, not a lot of eyeglass stores do that anymore.

This place is terrible. I waited 3 hours just to get my glasses adjusted and it takes 2 seconds. They have one list where you write your name and they mix the people who need glasses repaired and the people who need to look and purchase glasses together, so you could be waiting a couple hours for something that takes about 2 minutes. Every time I came here there was an extremely long wait and there are usually only 2 workers the whole day. I’ve seen people walk out on them because of the poor service,

Disclosure: I used to work at this location about a year ago and it was nice to see some familiar faces yesterday when I went to get a new pair of glasses.That said, I was actually helped by a new associate and not one of my former co-workers. Ill have to edit this later once I find my receipt so I can add the associates name.The store was clean, I was greeted by every associate (former co-workers and new people alike), and I actually like that they moved the checkout and sign in area to the front instead of on the back wall like it had been.I found several sets of frames that were within my insurance range (a whopping $70) that were actually pretty good. They looked nice and felt solid. The associate let me know some options for materials and coatings for my lenses based on what I had in my old glasses but didnt pressure me at all about adding like anti-glare (btw, i DO recommend that and the lens warranty I just didnt have the budget for it this year). My wife and I left to pick up the munchkin after paying for everything and I got a text letting me know my glasses were ready around 10 minutes later, like lenses were cut and my glasses were ready for pickup already. When I worked in the lab myself thats about as fast as I could get them out. I think I saw a coworker do a set in like 5 or 6 but that was with no other jobs waiting to get cut and her moving like a speed demon.So, yeah, I worked there before but, all in all, it really was just an easy trip and Im so far happy with what I got.

This is the most unprofessionally ran eyewear place in Beaumont. The lady running the show was very rude & obnoxious. They text me in 41 minutes saying they were ready. When I got there I had to sign in and wait 20 minutes for my name to be called before I could get my glasses. Then when I was called my glasses were not correct. There were supposed to sunglasses lens (brown) but I got clear lens. I had to send them back to the lab & go wait in my car once again until my name was called. 😡 They got my last $170.🤬

I was rescued by one of the best employees in the store. I am a Senior Pastor, Nationally known without sounding self-centered. I came to the store in my well coordinated gym wear to go to the gym one block from the store. I entered the store and not one employee greeted me. Some were assisting other customers and other stood around. I was alone for at least 15-18 minutes when one employee came out the closet and not knowing that I could see her, mouthed off to the others anyone ask him did he need help? Waving her hands dismissively as to one of you guys ask him. Finally, this tall white female employee came over and said, or you just looking or need assistance. I asked loudly are you guys open (knowing its only 4:30) she said sure. I said, I would not have known. She said, let me help you. Immediately her Southern hospitality kicked in, calmed my troubled spirit and made my encounter an enjoyable one. I mean Pleasant. Shes from Abbeville, Louisiana and I from New Orleans. Been in Beaumont Texas for 7yrs. I was treated like someone with a 1000 suit on. I bragged to my wife about her. So much so, she went back with me to purchase possibly her new glasses. We arrived when texted in 43 minutes, and upon walking to the door, I said see them and especially the African American female, they dont speak. We entered, my wife said good afternoon, if she spoke, the garbage can did. Not a word. Another white female asked, name- Fields. Pass the glasses and I had to walk over to the mirror to see if they were right, passed me a case and thats it. Rude rude rude rude rude rude. My work out partners are political and city top notched figures. We share good business information and good places to go. I wasnt going to put my foot into the store again. Your employee saved your business from newspaper articles, poor publicity and negative comments from me. Beaumont Texas store.That lady deserves some type of accommodations. I am taking her some flowers or candy. I have a staff of many and I tell them you have no choice but to represent me and this Church where I am the senior pastor. If and when you dont like the image I want portrayed BYE! A refresher course needs to be given at that store. Two folk walked out. I was almost behind me. They, some have a bad attitude. Especially that African American woman. She needs a reality check. While the other Lady was trying to get me my glasses she kept running the vacuum. Could not hear a thing. Rude rude rude. My wife is a witness. Shes a 36 year federal worker and she does not complain but yesterday she got a taste of the Employees from Hell.Saved by the employee with Southern charm.

We arrived around 4:30-5:00 for new glasses for the twins and we walked out around 6 with our glasses. Most places I have to wait 2wks for glasses for my daughter. I absolutely love this place. The staff was great too.😁
