The employees are great. Super friendly & helpful. Problem is if you show up on Fridays or Saturdays. Theres standing room only then because so many people are paying their bills in person. At those times they dont have enough employees & they are dealing with a tired & agitated after work mob.

My favorite store in the area always stocked with products and the staff is so helpful!

Do not ever expect customer service to be a priority. I have been without a phone for a week and could be up to another 2 weeks before I have it back. Meanwhile, I still have to pay my full bill and can not suspend my line since I am the main line. I cant wait to switch carriers and start receiving great customer service again.

Didnt know when you switch... your phone works for that day and the next day your phone gets turned off saying I have a remaining balance of 56 dollars I thought when you switch and pay a big payment that your good for the month

Terrible customer service,I went in to switch from Metropcs to Cricket,the Retailer gave me a free case with my phone and charged me a $25.00 activation fee when I was told I get a free phone and with it,is a free activation for switching over.I went back to the store to ask for my activation fee back and the retailer wanted me to give him back the free case before he gives me my activation fee back?!I am thinking dude,you told me the case comes with my phone for free and now you want it back?I might as well.give him both back?
