Went to the T-Mobile College Street Beaumont location, there were 2 employees working. Waited for about 15 minutes got fed up and left. I dont know what the deal at T-Mobile is lately but I can definitely see a departure in service. I dont think it would be wise of them start slacking.
If I could give a ZERO I would. Do NOT trust this store with your personal information/identification. A woman came into this store with my stolen personal information. She was able to fraudulently open 3 lines to my cell phone account. How is that possible, you say? Well, the store manager, Jesus, bypassed the showing of a drivers license and allowed authorization, even though I have a zero authorization policy on my account. When I had another sprint/T-Mobile manager, Victoria, call the store to ask why he bypassed simple security protocols and ignored obvious red flags, Jesus refused to accept accountability. Jesus refused to help with any information and said just to call the fraud center. Gee, thanks. I don’t live in Beaumont. The red flags were obvious. Don’t come here.

9 hours agoI recently went to purchase a product from this location and they were closed at 300 pm mind you this is not the first time they have closed early. I asked the employees that were standing outside hey why yall closed so early? One of the employees responded very rudely were just closed.Its Christmas time and I understand everyone is tense but as soon as my contract is over I will switch phone companies. Too many rude employees working for T-Mobile now I cant understand it.

Regina was very thorough with us she helped and anxseredl our questions very accurately. The store was clean and smelled amazing, they greeted us and wiped down everything after customers left, the manager asked us if there was something else we needed, we were offered water. Overall great experience. We will make this our home store.
Technicians service was Excellent. T-MobileService is the Best.
Customer service representative (Cori) was very cordial, patient, respectful and professional.The manager on duty, however, was less than cordial, very short and a bit condescending. She gave me the impression that my issue was a bother.

Mr Hamza is the best T-Mobile rep I have ever met. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He should be a training rep for the region!!!! I have been to several stores, people usually are rude and not very helpful. They dont usually care if u have a problem. He is an exceptional employee and his self taught knowledge makes him a valuable asset!
First of all, theres not enough words in the English dictionary that can express how much I appreciate the level of customer service we received from Mr. Hamza. His salesman skills were superior and my family and I will definitely return to the College St. location just for his service.Thanks Ham!!!!!!!
I cant express enough gratitude I have for Allona and Kenin at this T-Mobile Store (College Street & I-10). They were absolutely the best example of professionalism, patience, courtesy, and salesmanship. They worked through the issues we had trying to get away from Straight-Talk and other billing issues we had on my wifes original T-Mobile account.While T-Mobile service was HORRIBLE over the phone, the in person experience at this store was excellent. Even the store employees got upset with the service they received from their support line over the phone.Because of the screw up on the support lines end, my wife lost all her tenure with T-Mobile, which was well over 10 yrs and I had to open my own account and then add her because of the support lines error. Had it not been for the service we received in person from Allona and Kenin, we would have dropped T-Mobile immediately and went next door to AT&T without hesitation.But only because of how we were treated in the store, we stayed as customers, losing all of my wifes perks for being such a long time customer. I WILL NEVER USE OVER THE PHONE CUSTOMER SUPPORT WITH T-MOBILE, I will always attempt to visit this particular location for all my needs.Thank You Allona and Kenin for all your help and everything you did for us! Only because of yall are we still with T-Mobile.
This is by far the best store Ive came to. Duy and Allona the manager took good care of me duy started and his manager finished. The store was clean and smelled very fresh very nice people there. I wont anywhere else.

The manager Omar and his coworkers like Kay and Thomas make my experience so much better!This store is a sorry excuse for a location, Jazmine didn’t even look up to help me! That staff is rude, and do not know the meaning of customer service. Be very careful and enter with caution. I STRONGLY ADVISE TO DRIVE THE EXTRA DISTANCE!
Came in for a new phone and Darryl took great care of me! He even recommended some really nice accessories for my phone to keep me from breaking it again. The whole staff was very friendly. Im in town from Houston and its nice to know where I can go in Beaumont for my T-Mobile needs! Thank you Darryl!

On this date December 6th at 1:34 I walked in to the establishment. There weren’t any customers immediately was greeted but lead to confusion and misdirection to a female employee (in which there were 7 employees total). She clearing just sat her phone down from texting.... I proceed towards her while explaining while I there to visit. Her response triggered me “can you hold on a second” to me I witnessed no one wanted to work and the lady was very unprepared to deal with any customers. I wouldn’t recommend this store. Try the one on Dowlen!

I came in looking for a charger and got a new phone and the assistant manager there Allona was so superb. She above and beyond to ensure my things were on my new device definitely will be following her where ever she goes. Make sure to ask for Allona shes the best hands down. I am one happy customer with a new phone and all my business needs on my new phone.
Ive been with T-mobile for 10 years plus and this is a first time I experience a terrible customer service from this T-mobile store. Without customers, how can an employee get pay? I would not recommend this place to anyone.
My experience here was amazing! Everyone was so nice and friendly. The store manager Bianca Castro was such a great help. She made sure I left happy and I throughly enjoyed my experience. I always was against t moible from past services. I left a happy customer.
I went into the Phelan store and was sold a phone I know nothing about but at the suggestion of the salesperson. Long story short the phone was trash...called tech support...nice people...go back into that store to the the manager Estacie to tell me its a franchise store and call support cant tell HER WHAT TO DO WITH HER STORE!!!!! SHE EVEN TOLD THE LADY ON THE PH AS MUCH WOW!!!!.....My family spends almost 400 a month with this company but this is your store...okGo into the College location....These people are the Gods of Customer Service!!!! They took care of me and stood up to everything that the call center said they would....The manager and staff on duty made me feel like they felt my pain...the system went down ...the young lady kept small talk to keep my spirts up...The young man that actually set my PH up listen to me vent an apologized like he did something wrong himself...this is now my home store...YOU GUYS ROCK STORE 4491

Absolute worst! I have been a t mobile customer for over 11 years. Ive had nothing but bad experiences! The reps I have dealt with were either liars or were rude with absolutely no people skills. I end up having to get the chat reps on their website to fix what the ones in store screw up. I am not going to say that everyone that works there is horrible, but the ones I have dealt with definitely are. I hate that this location is the one that is most convenient for me.
There is information all over the internet that confirms the Samsung 8 has a common malfunction in the moisture sensor. When plugged in to charge the phone will read that there is moisture in the USB port. Humidity can affect the sensor. This is Southeast Texas! Phone has not been wet at all. Always in a case. Tmobile employee says there is water damage where the sims card goes. Thats not even possible with this phone, it stays in a case and is very well taken care of. This phone is still under warranty, and Tmobile is trying to get out of honoring the warranty and wants us to file a claim on insurance. Be ware Tmobile will try to rip you off.
Well I took my iPhone because It was freezing every time I need to open it,and I just got it two weeks ago and their answers was if theres a problem you have to call customer service and theyll take care of you.So I told them that at the other store they actually ordered it for me and exchange it at the store.And their answer was not here, so rude.Thats all I can said
Switched over from another carrier, now Im left with a $1200 bill. Misleading in all ways..... Need better training! Manager all that could say, was Im sorry thats not going to pay my bill.....
I am a loyal Tmobile customer, but I usually go to the store close by Parkdale Mall, but decided to go to this one on College... sadly when I walked in, all the employees looked at me, but not one smiled, nodded or even acknowledged that I was there. Granted, they all did have one customer each, but even a smile from across the room to acknowledge that I was there would be nice. One female employee finished with her customer and walked right passed me, saying nothing. I saw one man walking towards me and I went to greet him, only to find that he was actually just walking to the door to go home. Finally one young man who was helping a customer, and saw that I was being overlooked told me that he would be with me in just a moment. He would have been the only reason I would have considered to stay. But after walking around the store about three times, I saw that they did not have the phones I was looking for and left. No one said anything, even as I walked out the door.
This is the best t-mobile store the repair there are well versed and very nice. Allona, Mirka, Kenny, Ellie and Tyler are the absolute BEST!!!

Im new to T mobile it was a horrible experience and the sales girl lied and messed my plan all up in had to call the real T mobile to fix it. Then the girl in the store lied about being a real corporate store, among some other things.

I added a line and was told, I would get one free - when I received my bill the next month - of course I was charged for it.I had to call customer to fixed the problem and cancel the line and credit my bill.I hate when the store says one thing and the national store says another.
