My phone suddenly went dark and never turned back on. I tried multiple different things but nothing worked. I brought my iPhone to this store for a diagnostic. I thought I will lose all my data. They diagnosed the phone right there and told me that they just had to reconnect the screen. They only charged me $25 even though they knew I was desperate to get it fixed! Mobile Zone went above and beyond to assist me in getting my needs met. Sam was kind enough to meet me at my location (as I could not come to him due to the size of my vehicle). My iPhone XS had a new screen and screen protecting glass in about 20 minutes. Due to my work it is imperative I have a fully functional line of communication. Fixed my phone screen and replaced battery. I was told it would take 45-60 minutes. He fixed it in 20. Polite and fantastic service. He stated if I have any problems just come back and he would fix it for free. Oh yeah great price to.Update: Got a bad battery, iPhone ask dozer vice battery, and they replaced it free of charge. No payment for new battery or for time. Keep up the good work guys and thank you!

Had a screen for an iPhone 7 replaced a few months ago and has worked flawlessly since. Then recently bought an iPhone X with a cracked screen and they changed that screen but I had an issue with the Face ID and when I spoke to them they didn’t hesitate to tell me to come back up there. The guys were really eager to please, and when I got my phone back the Face ID worked perfectly. I never write reviews for anyone, but I was so pleased with their service I promised a good review and I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. They were cheap and the service was in and out.

First impressions are everything and pulling up to a gas station kind of worried me. Do not let this fool you! I have an IPhone XR and brought it to these guys with my screen cracked so bad, I could barely see anything on my screen. Handed it to these guys and they handed it back with a brand new screen in less than 15 minutes and has been working great ever since! The price beat anybody I looked into in Beaumont as well. Will definitely be going back with any future issues. 10/10 would recommend.

I have an older iPhone which was having a screen failure issue. I did not want to spend a fortune on it but i wanted to have it fixed without leaving it since my back up mobile phone also failed. I was able to get it fixed very fast (under 15 min) and the cost was right in the middle of the fair price range for this repair. I will use them in the future for my mobile phone repair needs. It is inside a gas station not easy to see, but it’s right across from Jason’s deli and you can find it
