This morning I went to Beaumont Texas to get a new phone and was very pleased with customer service. The workers name is Cruse and he was fantastic! He was knowledgeable with all the phones and programs. We will definitely continue to use the Beaumont store because of him.

We had came to go see about our phone plan and some white guy in front of the store with a black at&t shirt and a goatee had stopped us and told us to wait about an apple plan and as many time as we’ve told him that we weren’t there for that he proceeded to lower down his mask and raise his voice and proceeded to catch an attitude. I wouldn’t recommend a place where Hispanic people would get treated in such manner and for that I give it 1 star and if I could if possible I’d give 0- stars.

I have had a difficult time with a phone that I purchased two days ago for my son’s 12th birthday. The representative at the local AT&T store where I purchased the phone was one of the most professional and courteous individuals I have ever encountered and worked with in a retail setting. Her name is Catherine Daniels. I would refer business to the store and more so her because of the experience she provided.

The place I love to hate. $100 put on my credit card at the end of 12 months with ATT TV now DirectTV streaming. Went to take back box. Like I said. Love/Hate with ATT....returning thru FEDEX. I feel let downATT you can and should do better

We went yesterday (7/12/21) to merge four lines onto a family plan. We were there for nearly five hours because the AT&T salespeople could not help us to merge the accounts, and told us to call customer service instead. When I asked one of the salespeople for help, she was visibly angry and raised her voice at me for asking her a question, telling her coworker that, “I do not know what the problem is, this girl just came and stood in front of me and wanted me to help her.” I’m sorry, I thought that was your job? Cruse was finally able to help us, and told us he could have resolved the whole problem in 10 or so minutes, but the manager told him not to assist us. 5/5 stars for Cruse, 0/5 stars for literally every other aspect of our visit.

I have been trying to switch to FirstNet prior to hurricane season. I made my appointment after countless tries of setting it up online and over the phone. Finally I decided to go to the store. I was greeted early in morning by June and my experience was AMAZING. She went out of her way to ensure I got everything I need before leaving the store. Even when there was a network complication she ensured I had IT number and, her work number to keep her updated on my phone issues. The issue was resolved within 2 hours of me leaving the store with no further need for assistance. Yet, I had to call and tell her manager that she truly has an amazing employee with excellent customer service skills.

My wife and I are new customers and just both bought Samsung galaxy s21 ultras. We also purchased the $50 screen protectors with each phone. When he was putting the protector and lifeproof case on my phone I noticed that mine and my wives protectors were on crooked and not sticking. Mine was due to the case pushing the screen protector back up instead of holding it in place. He told me we could go back within 48 hours if they werent sticking, but as far as Im concerned he should have fixed it right then and there rather than having us waste our time going back today.

The wait is entirely too long at this location. I understand getting new phones and accounts set up is a timely process, however, I needed to give them my trade in phone. A quick 10 minute at most transaction. I waited over an hour to be seen. Also, waited close to 2 hours a few days before to speak with someone to upgrade. A few more employees would be helpful. Too many people just standing around waiting for help. LaToya, who assisted me, was wonderful. Very kind and helpful!

I came here two days to upgrade to my iPhone 12 Pro Max 256 GB from a iPhone 6s 16GB. Major difference, but I was finally ready. I was greeted by Laura and it was a breeze. She’s extremely friendly and knows her way around customer service! If you have a chance to visit this store ask for her! She’s awesome.

Spent more time trying to upsell me than listening to what I needed. Since they were so preoccupied trying to sell me other products, they failed to pay attention to what they were doing and messed up the port of my number costing me an entire day. Focus on what the costumer needs first and then try to sell them something on top of that. Thats how you end up with a great experience and an extra sale. Waste of time.

Not a very knowledgeable or professional staff. She tried to run my credit even though I was there to buy a prepaid device. I asked her several times why and she kept saying she had to. She also asked to see copies of my pay stubs and again, I explained I was there to buy a prepaid Hotspot, not sign up for a monthly service. She insisted they needed to make sure I could afford the monthly payments. Again, I had to explain I wasnt interested in monthly payments. Just there for a device, that I would pay for in full, with no contract or service. Finally she got it and tried to charge me way more than was advertised. I showed her the AT&T website for what we were there for and she had to get a manager because theyd been selling them all day for twice that and didnt know about that option. IT WAS ON THEIR WEBSITE!!! We finally left with what we needed but she and her manager really didnt have a clue. She also didnt know anything about a Hotspot or the ports so when I asked about features she just opened the box and asked me if it had them. When I got home I realized she didnt tell us anything about setting it up or sell us any data.

The associate who helped was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The store on the other hand was a different story. The carpets were dirty and stained. Countertops had finger print stains, broken stools, missing merchandise and empty shelves, non working que monitor, and the assistant manager had to be notified by myself that there were a line of people at the front door waiting to be signed in. If it were not the quick service I received from the associate, it would have been a terrible experience. This location has gone downhill and the store is less than 8 years old.

Very good customer service on the phone and the three young associates in the store was very very nice. I liked the atmosphere they created for me and how comfortable they made me feel, especially the young lady who assisted me. Even the young man who signed me in was very polite. I do recommend...you see thats exactly how a customer should be made to feel when they leave any place of business. But on the flip side we as customers should also mind how we treat the workers as well. But nonetheless, I had a pleasant experience.

I understand that things are different with the pandemic but upon pulling up to the parking lot we could see 3 people who looked like they were less than enthused to be at work. Only one person was wearing a company shirt, the two females were wearing their own clothing. Sitting in my car I could see one person eating pizza, and the two females on their own phones and taking selfies. Unsure what to do I got out of my car and was about 2 car lengths away from them. The female employee closest to me told me to get back in my car and pull up for curbside assistance. Unsure if they could even assist me I asked for clarification she again told me to get in my car and pull up. I said that I was farther away than if I were in a car and just wanted to know if they could assist me. She repeated again to get in my car. She did not seem the least bit understanding or willing to change her attitude. The other girl was laughing and the male was attempting not to make eye contact. I understand why this AT&T had no line of customers waiting for assistance. I went to another AT&T and waited an hour to get my answers and that store was beyond amazing. I would travel to Houston for help before interacting with these 3 employees again.

I don’t usually review places, but I had such a great experience I just had to give some recognition. Nicolle was so patient and on the ball! She answered every question I had and never got frustrated or looked to end our discussion. I left there completely happy and content on all the information and services I received! I arrived at the AT&T store and immediately a representative met me, signed me in and shared the wait time. I took a seat and began my wait. I am so glad I did. Sierra came over and told me the wait time was shortened. I had three separate accounts for her to transfer into my name and she was so diligent, persistent, patient, kind and friendly to each person by phone she had to interact with. My first trip was not the best, customer service was sub-par. My second trip I was greeted by Deshadrian and was provided the most professional, courteous, and friendly experience at this store. Any future trips I will request D even if it requires a longer wait. D took the time to make sure I understood every step in the process and answer all of my questions with a smile on his face.

Ive been a customer since 2004. I was contract but am now prepaid & I pay top dollar for the latest devices. I went in to purchase a phone on New Years Eve & was shown cheap prepaid phones & bombarded with unwanted conversation about purchasing internet. And to add insult to injury, I was only offered $60 trade in for my Galaxy s8+ that has no defects. Tuh! I purchased my new device from Samsung Shop and received an educators discount. Ill be using the Gateway & FM 365 locations going forward. I believe my reps name was Julie. I sure do miss Danyelle 🙁🙁🙁🙁

LaQuan at the Beaumont, TX location did an AMAZING job today!!! I’m a Program Director and HR Rep for a center in Lake Charles,LA where I am working remotely due to the hurricanes. My phone died on me early this morning so I had some anxiety regarding answering the text messages that were flooding my phone. Amazing experience. Debated doing it online but so glad I went in instead. I love the set up they have right now post Covid. The employees were wearing masks and constantly wiping down. I felt very safe. I was a little flustered by moving carriers but my rep was very patient and made sure I understood everything going on. The managers were also great. When I had Verizon the managers only came out to see me if I was mad. These ladies checked in atleast 3 times just to introduce themselves and make sure I was doing okay. 1000/10 would recommend.

I realize about social distancing but that is rather hard to maintain when I was trying to see what service was being executed on my phone.Although I had my mask on the young lady( she was also wearing a mask) that was helping me could not get far enough away from me.Each time I would get close enough to see the screen on my phone she was holding she would big eye me like she was a deer in headlights and move away.I dont want to think it was a black/white thing, but it may have been .The end result was I was told I would have to wipe my phone to correct the problem.Needless to say I didnt want to do that.The good news is my friend and I fixed it the next day.The bad news is that I wasted the gas money and my time going to the AT&T store on Dowlen road.And ONE BAD APPLE SPOILS THE WHOLE BUSHEL

I went into this store Sunday to purchase a home modem. I was greeted & assisted immediately. My options to upgrade to a faster home internet service was offered & accepted. For some reason, the whole sign-up process to quite a bit longer that usual and LaQuan stuck with me the whole time, working to get my information in. Her courteous manner never dropped, not once. When I got home, I encountered issues and called the store back. LaQuan stayed on the phone with me & worked for a good hour trying to get an internal support person on the phone for me. Im so thankful for her help.
